Welcome to "Bikini Bottom Topsail"!
Ocean front 3 bedroom 3 full bath in the Villa Capriani Resort. One story condo with an elevator, situated on the top floor with views of both the beach and pools.

Large private balcony overlooking the ocean with outdoor seating.

THE SPACE
★ Two master suites, both with private baths and king size beds.
★ Third bedroom for the kids with two bunks (4 beds).
★ TVs in all bedrooms and living room.
★ Spectrum cable and free Wifi. DVD player in the living room.

★ Fully equipped kitchen
★ Onsite restaurant and bar with amazing views
★ Largest oceanfront pool in NC
★ Multiple pools and hot tubs
★ Washer and dryer in unit

All linens provided and included in cleaning fee. Linens folded and placed on beds for bunk beds. We also provide beach towels but those must be laundered by guest if used. Doorbell camera for security.

**Hot Tubs are open year round**
**Pool and hot tub hours are 9am-11pm**

Pools are open pending inspections. If your reservation is near the dates, please reach out to confirm the pool will be open if you plan to use this amenity. There will be no compensation for a pool/hot tub that is not open.

The complex does not allow animals. We use this as a second home and have strong allergies in the family. Please, no animals.

The HOA schedules bug treatment the last Thursday of every month. The maintenance crew will knock before entering.

Had a wonderful time staying at Bikini Bottom condo! Six of us took our 85 year old mother there for her birthday and this place did not disappoint. The elevator made it really convenient and one floor unit was just as described. Beautiful, modern, very clean, and the balcony view of the ocean was priceless. Ample room for all of us and a short walk to the pool and lovely wide beach. Unit was well stocked with necessities and plenty of kitchenware. Complex community was nicer than expected and well maintained. One of the nicest VRBO rentals I've experienced. The host was very pleasant answering my questions before the trip regarding accessibility for my mom. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this stay. Thank you!

This property was perfect. Plenty of space for the family. Well stocked. Clean. Top floor. Amazing views. The kids loved the waterfall at the pool! The multiple pools are amazing and the beach was beautiful! Night time views of the pier added a special touch to the already perfect view. Fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean waves. We absolutely loved our stay!!! The property was perfect and very well maintained. Checking in and out was a breeze and the owners were very kind. They were responsive to questions, and really went the extra mile to provide essentials for the guests staying in their home. This was our first time staying in North Carolina and we are already planning to come back next year. Beautiful beach without being over populated with the option of the pool for anyone not wanting to get sandy. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to book!

Your Condo is so attractive and comfortable. The balcony/porch was our favorite spot, for sure. With perfect 70's weather, it was comfortable any time of day or night to watch, listen, read, have a glass of wine... and let the sea feed our soul! It was a beautiful week to celebrate our 49th Anniversary.

We loved everything about Bikini Bottom. Everything was clean and meticulous. WiFi was perfect. Location is perfect. Showers had great pressure and hot water never ran out. Nice touches like keurig and towels and linens provided. Will definitely stay again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. All of the finishes and furniture gave the whole place a luxurious feel. The property is out on a front corner of the building and the proximity of the beach is amazing, you hear the ocean from every room. The entire pool/hot tub complex is also very beautiful with nice landscaping. We will be visiting again.

We arrived to find a clean and inviting space. The unit was perfect for my husband and I who were traveling with our son's family. We had such a lovely time at Bikini Bottom and we enjoyed every minute. The view was spectacular, and we all spent a lot of time on the balcony that overlooked the ocean. The unit was spacious, providing private bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone as well as ample family space for meals, playing games, or watching TV. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The overall facility was also beautiful. Not only did we enjoy the private beach, but the pools were wonderful. The property was nicely landscaped and well maintained. We would highly recommend staying at Bikini Bottom. We hope to return soon!

Very quiet, relaxing, peaceful location. At least the weekend we were there. Condo was perfect, lots of space, lots of extras, and everything we needed for the perfect beach get-away. Owners responded to our multiple questions/etc promptly, just things like- is it ok to rent a movie, can we stay longer, etc.. always available, which was very nice of them. Can’t wait to visit again!!!

Brinnan and Melissa are indeed super hosts…. We spent a long weekend and the stay was perfect in every way. Their home is exactly as advertised - well appointed inside and the location is superb. Close to everything but also quiet with the waves breaking on the beach and a perfect view of the ocean right outside. We would gladly stay with them again on our next trip to the area.

This was our first experience with a vacation rental by owner, and it set the bar high! From the beginning, the owner was very easy to communicate with. The check in process was easy. The condo was beautiful and clean with a gorgeous view of the ocean, beach, and pool area. There was more than enough room for us all (3 adults and 5 kids). We loved the little touches that made it feel like "home". And we added to the guest book and shark tooth display :)

This condo was perfect for our family of six (two parents, two grandparents, two kiddos, both age six). The layout was wonderful, the condo was spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked. So many nice touches that we’ve never had before when staying at a condo – complimentary popcorn and Hershey bars, travel toothbrushes and other toiletries, perfectly clean bedding and linens. Although we didn’t need it, there was even a baby monitor. The resort area is just as nice. We enjoyed the pools, spas, and the restaurant. The owners were so responsive and answered all questions promptly. We would love to stay again!

This oceanfront condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning to see the sunrise and drink our coffee. What an awesome 3rd floor view of the ocean, beach and fishing pier! All the amenities in the unit were great! We really enjoyed our stay as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary!
