The Space:
This is a single family home that has been converted into a duplex. This is the upper unit of 2 units. There is a lower/basement unit that is also a short term rental property. Guests can expect to see other people at the property. Each unit has a separate, secure entrance and the only shared space is public street parking.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
Guest Access:
Upper unit guests will access the property through the front door using a combination provided by the host on the day of their arrival.
Please park on the street, the driveway is reserved for the lower unit.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood's central location makes it a convenient base for exploring the city's attractions. There is a lot to do in the area, so please feel free to check out Denver's best.
Getting Around:
With decent public transportation options nearby, we reccommend renting a car or ride share is also an option. You'll have easy access to all the must-see sights while being able to return to the peaceful retreat of our Airbnb after a day of adventures.
Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that this home's incredible location is also because it is situated near the highway. Not something you will notice while inside, but I want to bring it to your attention. Also, there may be guests in the lower unit. While we make efforts to keep noise to a minimum, and we have strict quiet hours, you may occasionally hear them from time to time. For parking arrangements, the driveway is reserved for the lower unit guests. As guests staying in the upper unit there is street parking for your vehicles.
