Free parking, not too busy when we stayed so it wasn’t too noisy. Pool area is cute but pool itself was dirty.
The rooms felt dirty—the chairs in the room were heavily soiled—they looked like they were picked up off the side of the road. The lamp was water-stained. The smell of marijuana smoke wafted into our room —not sure if through the crack under the door or through the ventilation. Luckily it didn’t last too long. No smart TVs so we couldn’t connect to streaming—mostly a problem because we were traveling with a small child and there was nothing child-appropriate on tv. Also there was quite a bit of visible green algae in the pool.

There was no breakfast, which was disappointing since I didn't know about, but there was only 1 pkt of caffeinated coffee in the room for 2 people. I went to the front desk and asked for more and they would only give me decaf. The clerk said I could go next door to the coffee shop. It really lowers the class of your hotel to not even have in room coffee. The staff are minimally hospitable.

The room has been remodeled nicely with beautiful shower. The room was very clean. Staff was very nice.
The room I was given was next to the electric room and laundry room. I was awakened several times throughout the night from various noises. I would stay here again but not in the same room.

No breakfast offered.
Only one coffee cup; no guide for television channels; would not rate this as a 3.5, comparable to Super 8, etc.

La propreté, l’efficacité du personnel, la literie
Bryant ! J’ai été réveillé par le camion poubelle plusieurs fois (à chaque container) . La route est très proche de certaines chambre, dont la nôtre

pool bar and jacuzzi
when we were checking out we were told our pool bar bill was $22.50 and all we had was a beer and a pina colada which were $7 each. When I explained that to the guy at the front desk he said there was nothing he could do about it. Until that point we truly loved our stay but that disappointing transaction with the check out guy ruined that. We attempted to go back to the pool bar but the doors were locked and nobody was there. The man working the bar was so friendly and nice-we actually gave him a tip.

It is my favorite place for the best price!

Beautiful hotel, just recently renovated. Very clean, great facilities and we particularly loved the beautiful bathroom.
Just our personal preference- the bed was ok but not the most comfortable that we slept in. I am sure others love it - it’s just our preference

Best handicap bathroom I’ve ever experienced—Room 166
The construction noise & banging in the wing I was assigned. Fortunately, I wasn’t working or zooming at the hotel this trip

Room was clean. Everything was worked. Smelled good.
The guy at check in never gave me anything about what I'm paying. Except for telling me about the 100 insedental fee on my card. He said pool is heated. It is NOT heated. Also next morning house keeping unlocks my door and opens it. Thank God we had a chain on! We just got out of the shower. Then we ck out and the young girl there clearly just rolled out of bed. Didn't say anything. Just played with her hair while I waited for my receipt.

Our little family was blown away with our space. The room was so large, yet comfortable. The shower, beds, and mini fridge were absolutely perfect.
Construction storage containers took up too much parking space outside. Parking adjacent to the rooms was tricky to secure.

It’s changed since we stayed there last time. It’s not quite as charming as I remember but it was clean and felt safe.
The beds were harder than I like. Towels weren’t very big or soft.

Just the construction

location, right off the freeway
I didn't like that they put us in a room that had renovations happening in the next room. Waking up at 7:30am to workers in front of our room and banging and saws going off at 8am was not ok. Also housekeeping knocking at 8:45 was a surprise.

I liked that all the staff was friendly.
I dislike that some of the rooms didn’t have conditioner, nor shampoo or body wash .

Family friendly, really good for families with younger kids and groups of families
Great Pool / hot tub with pool bar
Picnic area with gas fireplace
good location to explore the wine country
Breakfast was not sustainable, plastic utensils, styrofoam cups, paper plates and bowls way too much packaged food
Hotel being remodeled, no information on booking.com about this
Heavy scented cleaning materials used, not for allergic guests

The Room was very clean, And smelled nice
There Was no shampoo once I got in the shower and only a couple squats of conditioner came out. I suggest putting bigger numbers on the room so you don’t have to get out of your car to find out where your room might be. And for the money the breakfast was absolutely horrible that’s not even a breakfast, when you pay $170 a night you expect to get more than, box cereals, a bagel, an apple was the only fruit or a pancake you put in a toaster. I have paid way less for a motel room, and had 100 times better breakfast

We really liked the access to the hot tub, pool, and fire places in the evenings. Staff was laid back about us using these amenities. Decor was updated and cute. Breakfast is extremely basic
We had a very difficult time getting questions answered by the staff and our requests for minimal housekeeping, i.e. emptying the garbage, were ignored. We stayed for 3 nights and our garbage and recycling was not taken away once. We had to ask for towels, the dirty ones were never collected. We also requested clean glassware, which was also never completed. Our interactions with staff were friendly, however, they never seemed not able to help. Answers included "I don't know what to do", "manager isn't on site", "we only have 3 cleaners today".
The world is short staffed right now, we get that, but perhaps the owners should consider closing some rooms so that basic housekeeping can be completed.

I was traveling with my dad to be in Santa Rosa for Medical appointments, we were in the back by the pool. we stayed 3 nights. When he changed his filter on his C-pap machine before leaving, it was like we had been there during the Fires. I have photos, went to speak with the front desk about cleaning the filters in the Heater/ AC unit I was confronted with extreme ignorance. I will not recommend this “Hotel” to anyone. Very Disappointing
