Very good

The location is in a prime location accessible to both the railway station and the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The suite rooms are neat and well-maintained. We had a free breakfast option and the in-house breakfast buffet is very nice.

The room of my sister and my parents smelled cigarettes despite using air freshener multiple times, I guess someone continuously smokes in the room while room cleaning, the management should check this out.

The location is fantastic and the hotel is comfortable .

- The front office staff is very rude - they can't even provide the basic things like match sticks and knives for celebrating birthdays .

the property was at right location but the rooms were very small and stinky. there was no window and ventilation. the staff was ver rude.

Worstest hotel experience of my life... I would never recommend anyone.

What I didn't like can't be expressed in one or two lines.... Firstly they sent a wrong Google location and we were literally going round and round searching for the hotel, though it was right on the main road. Secondly, we booked a suite room, we were provided with the worst of facilities in the room. No dental kit, no shaving kit, no body soap, not even a water bottle was provided in the room. Each and every thing had to be asked and after requesting after half n hour they'll provide the same or even sometimes they straight away deny. Thirdly, as my wife had undergone a major surgery and advised by the doctor to take two pillows beneath while sleeping, we asked the room service to provide extra two pillows. After requesting several times only one pillow was provided and that too without any cover. Again we called the reception and requested them to provide another pillow as it's a medical necessity. Inspite of considering my genuine request the person at the reception started misbehaving with my wife talking rubbish and rudely with her. Last but not the least, 7 in the morning we had to check out as we had an appointment with the doctor and this fact was informed one day before to the reception. Before we can get up and get ready, the power was cut and that too in our room only. We informed the reception and they behaved as they were least bothered, and as a result we missed our appointment with the doctor.

Location is very good. Owner is a very gentleman. Very good staffs and very professional.

rooms small hence over priced & staff never smiles nor are much customer focused with the exception one Rowland. also was asked to pay for my stay in advance not a common practice with other hotels. nor was I pre-warned of this when booking.

I was looking for a last minute high quality hotel in Old Town. I stayed in the suite. The staff went above and beyond with any help I needed. The room was cleaned everyday, good AC, very hot shower, good food, and amazing location. I don’t think I could have had a better experience.
