We want our guests to enjoy the best comfort while staying in our home. We provide high quality mattresses. All are medium-firm gel foam and are protected by water proof and allergy barrier mattress protectors. We provide white, high thread count, all cotton sheets. Dressed with down alternative duvet.
We provide thick white all-cotton towels, shampoo, and body wash.
Our cleaning policy: we hire a family owned cleaning company. They set the price and it is a living wage.
We, as well as the cleaners, have very high standards. Rest assured that the entire house is cleaned between guest stays. ALL linens including duvet covers are washed. All floors are swept and mopped. All bathrooms are sanitized.
***note that the property is one street away from a fairly busy small town road. Expect to hear some small town traffic noise while on the porch or if the windows are open.

The house was perfect for the visit to the area. It was girls family weekend of 5 to see the Biltmore and shop in Waynesville. Comfortable beds, nice showers, thick towels and great location. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, house is lovely and convenient to downtown. Host was responsive. Busy road traffic and early check-out would be our only complaints. Would book again if ever back in the area.

We had 6 adults and three children, ages 8, 6 and 2. It was great to have a bedroom for each family. The upstairs was wonderful with the 2 twin beds and queen bed. It was a cozy home. It was a quiet neighborhood. The families were able to walk to the playground. We would definitely rent this again.

This house is absolutely beautiful. It's vintage meets modern chic. Upon arrival, the house was very clean. The kitchen had fully stocked utensils, spices and coffee. The bathrooms are gorgeous. I especially enjoyed the rain shower setup. Towels were five star ⭐. The bed had adequate pillows and was extremely comfortable. There was enough space for all of us. I'd reserved this house for my son-in-love's birthday trip. We all had a really great time. So many local attractions. We visited Lake Junaluska and enjoyed kayaking and miniature golf which was about a 10 mins drive. There's also, local shops within walking distance near the house as well as bars and restaurants. The Kornerstone Kafe is highly recommended. Anna responded to any questions, comments, etc. If I could give 10 stars, I totally would. We will definitely be back soon for the perfect getaway.
