Fred was wonderfully communicative and helpful, and the apartment was perfect for me - a solo traveler watching my son play baseball for a week of summer. I particularly appreciated all of the “extras” Fred and Shari provided - plenty of coffee (with real cream! This Seattlite was in heaven), a few cans of soda, lists of restaurant and coffee shop reccos. Much appreciated, and thank you for the wonderful experience!

The property was perfect for my husband and me during our son’s Cooperstown tournament. Great location, helpful owners and modern/newer place. We had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very inviting, clean, comfortable and had a cozy feel. Check in and check out was a breeze. Fred greeted us upon arrival and was available through text for any questions or needs that we had. It was about a 25 minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park but this location had everything we needed; a variety of stores and restaurants. I definitely recommend for future guests.

Perfect spot for me to get some work done while shuttling back and forth to watch my son at Allstar Village. Great location to shops, restaurants, and proximity to the fields. Very clean and updated.

The property was clean and beautiful. It was an easy walk to downtown Oneonta for meals or shopping. The neighborhood was very quiet. The washer and dryer were great to have during our stay!

We stayed here while my son's team played at All Star Village. It was so convenient, only a 6 minute drive to the field and within walking distance of tons of places to eat. Fred was an amazing host. He met us when we checked in, recommended several restaurants for us to try (100% recommend Toscano's for dinner - one of the best meals I ever had) The apartment was outstanding - exactly as it looks in the pictures. Everything we needed and then some. Clean, modern, bright. Huge plus for driveway parking.

Not just a place to stay, but all the comforts of home. We felt welcome from the minute we checked in. A couple minute walk to town or a full kitchen to cook home cooked meals. Full access to washer and dryer. Dont forget AC during the hot and humid days. We cant wait to come back in 2 yrs for our next Cooperstown baseball tournament.
