The house was great! Only suggestion is: if you only provide whole bean coffee you need to have a coffee grinder. This was not a problem for us as we always take our own supplies.

We had a last minute weekend away and this place was perfect! Right on the water, close to a boat landing and close to great places to eat. The house was very nice, clean and fully stocked.

Place and property was awesome. Fishing not to hot. We stayed here 2 of the 4 nights. Stayed in room 2 nights at Randolph's marina 40 minutes away so we could fish and did very well. Thanks. You are a good manager.

The house was located near the back of a cove. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The back deck was perfect for quiet mornings and late evening relaxation. We brought our 20 ft bass boat and was able to put the boat in just minutes from the house. The deck had electric hookups to keep everything charged. Plenty of parking and room fro the truck and boat trailer. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was firm but surprisingly comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. We drove 20-30 minutes each night for dinner. Highly recommend Gillian’s in Monks Corner. Located right off Cooper river with great food and good service. Our favorite meal came from Mac Daddy’s in Cross, directly on the Canal that connects Marion and Moultrie. The view from the patio was perfect and the fresh Catfish was amazing! We did dine in Santee the last night at a Mexican restaurant, very busy but food was decent. None of the recommended restaurants in Santee were open through the week during our stay. Lake Marion was beautiful, we caught some nice bass. We made the trip across the lake to Taw Caw creek, safe passage across the lake is at marker #62! That area was beautiful and offered more grass and Lilly pads. However we both caught some great fish in the cypress trees right out of the cove from
The house.
Area was beautiful, house was cozy and quiet! 5 stars!

The property was great! It was very nice they had charcoal bbq. Had everything on site that we needed and was only 5 minute drive to launch the boat at a local marina. Was only $8 total to launch one day and take out a few days later. Boat dock was great!!

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway. We had hoped to fish a little more but the wind and rain didn’t cooperate much. The home, yard and communication with property owner were great! We will definitely be back and bring the family along next time.

Sanctuary
This lake house has absolutely everything you will need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The house is older but updated. My husband left his boat tied to the pier the entire time we were there. He fished off and on all day and I got some much needed rest after a surgery. It is very quiet and cozy. The back yard is beautiful. This place would be great for quiet time and great for a family vacation. The thing that stood out the most for us was the outside lighting and electrical outlets. You can light the backyard up at night and you are able to see and walk to the pier with not a problem. There is outlets at the pier also. The kitchen is completely updated with a gas stove to die for. We will be returning soon. The owner was very friendly with a quick response time. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.
