Since I can only leave a 1500 character review I will bullet point:
Pros: Location is excellent for a ski trip
Cons:
- Upon checkin the door handle was broken and couldn't get in the cabin. Locksmith had to come and left us with no door handle or way to lock the cabin when we left the next day to ski
- Hot Tub was not working for the first 24 hours, Hot Tub vendor that came out to check on it said its "junk" and really should be replaced. Control panel was damaged and couldn't read controls. Heat took 48 hours to come on, three out of four sets of jets did not work.
- Heating Stove made an ungodly annoying rattle preventing us from sleeping at night
- Garbage disposal was clogged and not working causing the sink to fill up from the dishwasher whenever in use
- Bathroom was dirty and had to be cleaned before use. Sink is clogged and takes a few minutes to drain whenever used
- Washer/Dryer are not full size and just shut off during use. Had to call to have it fixed.
- Front porch is a lawsuit waiting to happened its so slick
Called the property manager for the door handle, hottub and dryer issue and gave up after that and dealt with the other issues. Requested to speak with management twice but have yet to receive a call back.
Poor lady in the office dealing with these issues...she tries hard but Property Management Company (Stay Montana) seems to be in over their head. This coming from someone that rents properties through VRBO myself.
Go elsewhere.

Property was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, however I did find a random sock under the bed that wasn’t ours. Hot tub wasn’t up to temp and contacted the property manager and they immediately came to fix and it was perfect when we returned from skiing that day. Communication was effortless and they were so friendly. The property was exactly as described and was so comfort I highly recommend this rental. So easy to check in and check out.

Nice property in a wonderful area. Excellent views toward Big Sky. Quite and peaceful.

We had a great stay at this property! No complaints. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. Hot tub was in good shape. It was roomy enough for 4, but 5 people would be pretty tight. Very short walk down past cabin 11 and you are on the slope to ski down to Iron Horse. Getting back to the house you take Powder River Run (an easy blue). We loved it!
5.0
Location is as good as billed. You walk 50 ft to the slope. You get on the mountain in a very convenient and accessible spot. Easy to come home for lunch and get back out on the slope with minimal interruption in your skiing day. Vistas are incredible! Kitchen is small but surprisingly well stocked with what you need to make most any kind of meal. You must have a good 4WD or AWD vehicle as roads are snow packed but very passable with he right vehicle in winter.
5.0
Loved the ski in/ski out accessibility, incredible views from the back deck. Location makes it difficult to dine out if you don't have your own car. No public transportation availability and taxis are almost impossible to find. Jacuzzi blew a motor while we were there which was disappointing but I understand there was not much the owner's could do at that point.

This property is perfect! Cute cabin and the view is amazing! So peaceful and quiet. I'd love to come stay again in the winter months foe skiing!

Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The property is well described, has all the essentials, clean, amazing location and view. Owners/property managers communicated well and easy to work with, take care of the property well, everything was in great condition. They also provided great information about the area, to see, do, eat, shop and relax. Super helpful .
Couldn't ask for a better vacation ski in/out spot in Big Sky.

We were very happy with the cabin, the cleanliness, location and especially the amenities that most rentals are lacking with. Most rentals have very few and poor-condition pans and other kitchen necessities for cooking...this cabin was very well stocked with everything we needed, including basic spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc. They also did not skimp on providing sufficient paper towels, cleaning supplies (dish soap, new sponge, etc.) and toilet paper, as we have experienced at many other rentals. We were very pleased with the condition of the cabin and felt very comfortable for our week long stay.

Easy ski-in/ out. Clean cabin with beautiful views. Bed mattress, pillows and kitchen stove are due for replacement. Electronic door lock was convenient when not frozen; luckily there was a spare key available.

Covid-19-free ski trip
We were looking for a place where we would have minimal potential for Covid exposure...and we found it. After a long drive from North Dakota the clear directions provided took us directly to the
cabin just 50 paces from the nearest run. The contact-less check in let us in to the perfect sized cabin for my family of four which was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was as described in the description. I appreciated how the owner responded to a minor issue in the bathroom quite promptly, in person, and wore his mask as we briefly interacted. We wanted to re-book for February but unfortunately for us they were already booked for the dates I wanted. We'll try again next year!

Magical
My husband and I were celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary and we chose Big Sky as the place to celebrate. This cabin is about 5 mins from Big Sky resort where we went skiing for two days. This place is ideal if you are looking for close location to skiing. The only downside is that it is about 30 min drive from all the restaurants, but the owner was kind enough to leave details of restaurants that deliver. The cabin itself was cozy and nicely decorated. It was very easy to find and get into. Also the welcome basket was such sweet and appreciated gift. The view from this cabin is out of this world. The main highlight of this place is the hot tub. After a long day of skiing, I would look forward to that amazing hot tub with a glass of wine and mountain views. Staying here was a romantic spot but it is also great for a family of four. Cannot wait to return to this cabin with our children.

Great Place with Amazing Views
This property was everything we expected. Took the family to Big Sky for new adventures, and we were not let down. The Cabin was well appointed and was situated very high on the Moonlight Basin side, giving you amazing views of the Valley. For summer trips, it was close to mountain biking and hiking trails and a nice downhill ride to the main village. The hot tub was a nice addition and we enjoyed sitting in the Hot Tub and taking in the amazing views. This place would also be a perfect ski in/ ski out stay with the ski runs being at the end of the driveway. Can't wait to come back in Winter and experience Big Sky Skiing.

Big Sky 2020
This was a perfect little cabin for our girls ski vacation. The cabin was well equipped and super close to the slopes. It is so easily accessible that we were able to take a break from skiing and come back for lunch and to warm up before heading back out. It took us about 20 mins to get to the closest grocery store, ski rentals, etc. The cabin had more than enough towels for showering and the hot tub, as well as soap and shampoo/conditioner to get us started. We cooked most meals in the cabin as Big Sky doesn’t have much in the way of bars/restaurants. The hot tub was nice and clean with amazing views. We had a great week and would definitely come back.

Beautiful views from Cowboy Heaven
Loved the views from the cabin - especially from the hot tub at night. The hot tub was wonderful and possibly the best I’ve used with the colored lights adding a nice touch.
A few issues included a slow working dryer and finding the place. Although we had written instructions, it was confusing and getting there at night a little daunting.
Overall it was a great place to stay.

Lovely, comfortable, clean and well-situated cabin with amazing views! The hosts left a nice basket of "goodies" - a thoughtful and appreciated touch. We look forward to staying in this property again in the future.

Clean, well stocked, and very accommodating. Just as advertised.
The views from the front porch are amazing, the hot tub was inviting, clean, and well maintained and particularly soothing after a day on the slopes.

This place is awesome- we're already planning when & how we can go back.
The cabin has everything you need for a fantastic ski vacation. It's ski-in/ski-out via the Powder River run (to the Iron Horse lift), and also a short jaunt down the street to the Natawista run that takes you to over to Moonlight Basin. It's quiet, rustic but very comfortable, has gorgeous views, and a great hot tub. Although there are other cabins/houses nearby, it feels way more secluded and low-key than staying in a hotel, condo, or townhouse. It's exactly what we were looking for in our Big Sky trip.
5.0
The location can't be beat with the ski hill a few steps away! We arrived to a nice gift basket and note. The cabin was well appointed. It had everything we needed! Loved the hot tub and fireplace.

Our family of four spent a lovely Christmas and New Years in this Cowboy Heaven cabin. We had absolutely everything we needed to eat, drink and be merry and would absolutely return again.

Very clean cabin. Accurately described. Everything we needed. Extra home touches such as welcome basket. Lots of basic supplies for cooking. Great location. Great views. We even saw a black bear around the cabins. An hour from yellow stone. Great hosts. Swift to reply to responses.
