I would recommend

the views were amazing, all was very clean and tidy. it had everything we needed.

the shared toilet that we were already aware of and the fact that was actually a therapy centre, which would be uncomfortable if we were staying over the week

An unexpected location (high floor in a commercial building, in a therapy center) but once you accept that it's actually perfect. Really liked the little kitchen where I could make myself a fresh coffee in the morning

Amazing views from top of the city

Amazing view of the city, the apartment is located on the top floor of (possibly) the tallest building in Chur. The place is very clean, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious and with modern appliances. There is a coffee machine in the kitchen that is available to the guests and you can buy fresh croissants at the kiosk downstairs.

Checking in quiet easy than I expected, just watch the video. Washing machine and the dryer quiet handy. Very good value of money.

Need to be patient with the checking in procedures, but it worth to do.

Superb

The accomodation was on 23 Floor of a building. The room is in the premises of a body relax clinic. It was spotless clean. Brown glazed floor tiles and white wall tiles a good combination. Bathroom was clean to the highest standard. Clean towels and clean and comfirtable bed. The view from the room is amazing. It is about 10-15 min bus from the station.which takes 3 CHF. You can buy ticket from the driver or from Tourist Info centre at station. The check in bit complicated atleast for me.

The check in time 2000 hrs is too late and illogical. It should be around 1500 hrs.

Amazing :)

Great view, good price. Excellent cleanliness, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. I was surprised by its location (it’s in a message therapy Center), but it wasn’t a problem.

It’s very easy to hear what other guests are doing- in our case they didn’t behave properly even after 1am. Also some of the outlets weren’t working.

Make sure the host gives you the pin code for the lock.

The view of the city was incredible on the 23rd floor. The airbnb is located in office building. There are only 2 other rooms/offices once you are inside the locked area of the floor you are on. The bus stop is located right across the street of the building. There was not only a washer, but a DRYER. The host was very nice. There is a nice Italian restaurant downstairs.

On the first night the host asked me if I had a pin. I said yes, but that was a miscommunication on my behalf. I did not realise he was talking about the pin that he would have sent me, not the booking pin. I am new to Booking, and I never received a pin from him via message and he should have known that. I was locked out of the area to get into my airbnb for quite some time, because of the keypad lock, after a late night dinner. I sent a message to the host and he was not responding. My phone was not working because I had an Italian phone number. I got very lucky that the lady at the restaurant I ate opened her door after closing and called him, and he responded. I booked the room with 2 beds, but only had 1 bed, so I thought I misbooked it. The next day after I reviewed that I had booked 2 beds, I discussed the issue. After a long discussion, and him telling me this was the only room he had, he finally said the bed was broken. I told him that if knew there was an issue with the second bed that he should change his listing to 1 bed. He did so immediately. FInally after all that, he offered to place the mattress on the floor, which I accepted, because I was sharing a full bed with my 25 yr old son.
