No breakfast. Very old building. Only half of the motel is used.

The place looks like a permanent live in motel. Only half the buildings are being used. Not exactly the best part of town. Very run down area. No Wi-Fi

The room was clean

The outside of building looks like drug addicts stay there. The day of check-in I received an email from the hotel stating there would be a $50.00 damage deposit. When I arrived I was told the deposit would be $75.00 and that the email was incorrect (even though the hotel sent it), The checkout day around 5pm the hotel called saying they were keeping the deposit because the bed was wet. I asked them to send me a photo and they started screaming they were keeping the deposit. I never received a photo and when I left there was nothing wrong with the bed. This place is a rip off and I should have looked at the reviews. Photos of the walkway out the room door.

They were very accommodating we didn't arrive till 1am and someone was there to check us in and even had the a/c going for us

Location was nice not much traffic at night.The room was very clean completely remodeled,talked to the owner he is doing a full on remodel of the entire property he ask my input and gave him some suggestions.Definitely would book there again.Owner takes pride in an effort to keep his guest happy.

Please do not stay here!!!! I booked this hotel because I saw the positive reviews and it seemed like a cheap clean place to stay overnight! I pulled in with and was completely mortified. I was traveling by myself and my small child and could not go anywhere else because it was late at night. I didn’t sleep a single wink the door didn’t even lock. The bed was black and dirty!! I was afraid the entire night because of the filth! I checked out first thing in the morning and the Male receptionist went ballistic on me in front of my small child! He was hostile and asked me what I had expected! I only wanted to check out an update this review. I was afraid he was going to get violent with me in front of my child. I never asked for my money back I just wanted to leave. As I was packing my bag and I saw a very large cockroach running across the wall and told him of this!!!! This is an honest review I’ve never written a review on anything but I wanted to make sure that people were aware of the misleading pictures and other reviews on this website! When I pulled in to check in the Uber driver asked me why I was staying here and he said that other patrons have been missed lead with pictures and reviews as well!!! This is seriously worse than the Bates Motel!!! I took pictures to send in disbelief to my family but erased them, I didn’t realize you could add them to this review 😡

This place has been completely remodeled and the staff was very nice, Mr Dev in the office was very helpful and made sure we were happy, I definitely recommend this place when visiting Florida again, very quiet and well worth the price

The bathroom was clean and modern. Towels clean. Internet strong.

The awful smell upon entering the room. No mini fridge and no iron. The building was really rundown.
