Mixed experience due to poor soundproofing.

The staff at the hotel were all extremely helpful, friendly and good at their jobs. The location is great, the rooms are well appointed with great balconies, and comfortable beds. Furthermore, the breakfast and other food options were of high quality and reasonable price.

The only reason I wouldn't return to this hotel is that the sound proofing is terrible. I stayed for x 3 nights, two of the nights were not particularly enjoyable due to noisy neighbours in the room next to me. When they left on the 3rd day, I very much enjoyed my stay (just for context, noise from other rooms can still be heard even if the occupants are being quiet, but it's tolerable. It's a real shame the poor soundproofing lets this otherwise excellent hotel down.

The location of hotel is away from main town

Buffet layout for dinner had limited choices. Food preparation also can be improved. Breakfast layout is fine. The staff keeps on asking your opinion on food and whether you liked it. Room 211 I stayed had no view at all. There is another building in front of the room balcony.

Have stayed here with my special child for a night , and I had no difficulty in manoeuvring him around. Everyone was so

staff, services and cleanliness. Has all the facilities like gym , pool , bar and spa.

wish it was little more closer to the Center and no sharp turn to reach the location.

The staff was very good and helpful. They gave us a free upgrade to a suite which ensures I will visit the property again. It is beautiful and clean. Their restaurant is also good and serve good breakfast outdoors in the lap of the mountains.

The staff was pretty supportive. The food options and the taste of the food was really good. Also the live music over the weekend alongwith dinner buffet made our evening.

The hotel was not upto the ITC standards. The bathrooms were pretty small and had pungent smell. View from the resort was average. The balcony connected to kids play room had junk stuff stored. Wifi wasn't working for us on the second day and was not even fixed even after multiple complaints. Pool area was smelling and was not well maintained. Pool table was not there in kids play area.
