Great location and house! Communicate was great. Only thing we didn’t like was when booking late check out for 1pm the cleaning ladies still came at 11am. And also the grass was not cut

Comfortable house, accurate description, and extremely helpful and responsive hosts! We (almost) ran out of toilet paper and had additional delivered to us by the host within an hour.

The property was horrible. When we first pulled up to the house the grass was not cut, floors was not swept or mopped, and the pull was not clean. The property manager tried to argue with me because the house did not meet our expectations. On one side of the house the air did not work leaving my guest unsatisfied. I will not recommend to anyone.

The house is nice but trash wasn't pick up so a lot of flys was around and the WiFi doesn't work that well and the car satiation with the two cars don't make sense because really two cars can't fit but it's a tight fit and if you have a guest they got park 15mons away which my family has nice cars so they decided not to come see us didn't want they car to be mess with or tow

Working away from home. Crewmembers and I stayed at this location. Beautiful large home with excellent location and enough room for the entire crew...very comfortably. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area whether family on vacation or group working in the area. Close to everything and comfortable enough to sit back and relax.

It took a long time for the hot water to get off the shower or sinks. I would prefer more than one key for the house. The parking is only good for one car. The house was spacious. The pool was nice.

Our stay with Maya was wonderful! She was super accommodating and quick to respond to questions and requests. The place was spacious for our group of nine and the pool was great! The only thing was one of the master bedroom's sink was slow to drain and there was only one dish pod provided for the entire weekend. Aside from those small inconveniences, I'd stay at this property again!

The picture of this place is exactly how the house looks. Spotless clean, delicious pool, and comfortable beds, maor is an extremely nice, and kind guy.Was always there to help us when we need it something. Highly recommended for place to stay in north miami. Will definitely book this place again.

We had a group of 10 friends that stayed here two nights before a cruise. The house is very spacious and the pool was pre-heated to a wonderful warm temperature! The house sits right outside a gated entrance to a neighborhood with 24 hour security guard, we felt safe and secure! The amenities in the house were definitely sparse, some items in need of repair. The ice maker didn’t work and shelves in fridge were missing or broken, the dishwasher wouldn’t drain and was unusable, kitchen was missing lots of basic items like potholders, dish towels, serving or mixing bowls and a working can opener. Towels throughout the house are thin and small and limited. We had one small roll of paper towels, three 13 gallon trash bags, no charcoal, no laundry supplies or supplies to clean kitchen counters. Just basically don’t plan on any of the extras that are common in rentals like spices or coffee or such. There were so many gnats in the house that we couldn’t even have a can drink open without 1/2 dozen swarming on it. Housekeeping was still there working when we arrived and they had all of the doors open so maybe that was how the bugs all got in. The property manager was responsive and went and bought and delivered things to us but we were only there for less than 48 hours and just wanted to relax not keep asking for things. The overall vibe was that this house is listed for sale (which it is) and could use some TLC if it’s going to be continued to be used as a vacation rental.

I first want to say how beautiful the house is and the pictures is exactly what you get. We had an amazing time there especially the pool. I would definitely recommend this house if you’re stay north of Miami! It’s more than enough space for a big family/friend group. I hope to book again once I come back to Miami. Thank you for hosting us!

My family and I just flew down a couple days to celebrate my cousin's birthday. The pictures perfectly describe the place, it's a very nice house. There were only a few minor issues. Like the bathroom towels having a lot of lint in them so we used the pool towels instead, they worked perfectly! Everything was clean except the pool, but it was just leaves and debris from the trees, no biggie. We used the net and cleared out the filter and we were in business! We turned the heat on for the pool because it wasn't already on, but it didn't get heated while we were in there. In the grand scheme of things, all that was small stuff. I appreciated the fact that the place was clean. One plus I didn't see mentioned is there's a lot of extra sleeping cots and pillows and covers in the closets. We didn't use any cots, but the extra covers and pillows came in handy. Also, the beds were comfy. I have no real complaints here, I would definitely rent this place again!

House was nice and clean . Pool was heated and great ! Manager super great about responding . Listing said sleeps up to 22 which is deceiving. Each room has one big bed , they said they have tons of cots but the cots were for very young children not suitable for teenagers or adults .and they charge for each cot .

This property was an excellent place for a large group to stay! Large bedrooms with king beds, spacious kitchen and common areas, comfortable pool area which was kept very clean. Our only complaint is that the bath towels were terrible. Regardless, if you are traveling with a large group, we highly recommend staying here!

Actually the best experience we have ever had with a rental home - cannot recommend it enough! It started with the really clear communication with the host who answered us in minutes and offered to send someone over if anything was wrong. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL and SO CLEAN. We felt so comfortable, the kitchen was great for our big group and had a lot of amenities, the bedrooms were super comfortable, and the pool was preheated for us for free. Basically all of this plus the amazing location made it such a great experience. Thank you for hosting us!!

We had an Amazing one night stay. House conveniently located near the Aventura mall area. Not far from FLL airport and Miami cruise port. House is VERY spacious! I stayed here with 9 of my family and friends (all ladies). Pool was warm and ready for use. House clean and had everything we needed. Would def stay here again. The rental rep/owner Susan called to check on us. We felt safe and secure in the home and this area.

The inside was spacious and you can tell they upgraded the living area and kitchen very nice. The pool was nice and with the pool heater running from 93-95 degrees the pool felt great. A few things left more to be desired. First, my 4 year old ran around barefoot inside the house for the first couple hours and her feet were near black on the bottom. A good tell that the floors were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The beds were not comfortable at all, for the money they spent on the kitchen and living area, it seemed they may have cheaped out on the mattresses. One of the microwaves did not work, at least there was a second one in the kitchen. Two of the bedrooms wall outlets did not work and it wasnt the circuit breakers, we checked them. Paid for 9 guests for 3 nights, I was honest and up front prior to our weekend that a 10th guest (last minute) was going to stay with us on one of the nights. They forced us to pay for the 10th guest for all three nights under the reasoning they had to provide towels, etc, for the extra guest. Well there were only 10 bath towels, half of which were far too small. Also in the house was only 1 wine glass, 1 margerita glass, and 1 shot glass. Glad we brought solo cups (this was a family trip, not a party/drinking trip). TV had about 5 channels for cable purposes, make sure you bring your netflix/hulu/etc, logins.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOME. wow. From the decor to the location to the pool.... we enjoyed every minute with our friends in Miami! This house was recently renovated and you can tell because everything looks new and spotless. The beds are suuuuper comfortable and the kitchen is really big and well equipped, perfect for our family stay. This is actually the second property we have stayed with this hose in South Florida and we knew it would be just as great the second time. The pool is absolutely beautiful with the lounge chairs and BBQ, our kids really enjoyed it! The location is perfect super close to the beach and Fort Lauderdale. Honestly one of the top places to stay with the price and location and everything. The hosts were very sweet and responsive at all times with all of our questions. Highly recommend!

We had to evacuate due to the hurricane. The place was very roomy for us and had no issues. Communication was great with the owners! The kids loved the heated pool!! If ever back in Miami, we would book here again.
