The staff was really nice and helpful at all times. The only complaint and a strong one is the horrible noise that was coming from the construction work being done. It started at 8am, so much for relaxing and sleeping in. If it didn’t start till 9 it would have been acceptable. So much for sleeping in ☹️☹️

It was ok. The best part is the location. The AC in the room was so loud and rattling it was very hard to sleep. The couch had stains on it. The fridge in the room did not work. Everything I placed in there was just as warm the next morning.

We were married at this hotel 20 years ago. It was nice hotel then and we think it’s even better now. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Glad we came back.

The first room we got was on the first floor which smelled of mildew. Opening the balcony there was moth eggs as we were told in between the sliding door rail and in the corners of the balcony. We were told there was nothing that could be done about it. It was disgusting. We suggested getting pest control or maintenance to spray and we got no response from the supervisor right then. We changed our room.

The location was perfect for families with children. The playground and splash pad is less than 5 minutes walking distance. The place was super clean with great customer service. I will definitely stay here again.

The pool area didn't appear to be kept up very much. The hallway to our room was kind of smelly. Plus it was kinf of awkward walking past all the worker areas to our room. Will all of the doors open and peaple working it felt pff.

I love the location, staff, and grounds of the property. The place needs some carpet replacement in the common areas by the rooms but I think they are working on that currently. Always feel safe and happy staying here while visiting the area.

We were surprised to see that beds were not made or towels replaced on our first night. We did not see any instructions posted to let us know if we were supposed to indicate we wanted them changed. I thought that was basic hotel etiquette. Otherwise, it was a quiet and enjoyable stay.

The check in staff needs to be more detailed in the check in. After i paid for incidentals, she just said "okay, you're checked in" but never gave me my room jey or room number. I had to ask for it and which direction was the elevator? Going to a new hotel and not knowing the area is a great opportunity to ahow good cuatomer service. Offer insight into any needs the guest has and ensure the guest knows where to go. At the very least tell them the room number and give them their room keys and then say "You're all checked in. You'll find the elevator to your room to your left." Hope that helps.

Would not recommend. The only thing that was nice were the beds. Bugs by the window/room, bathroom sink, and shower didn't drain. There is no restaurant on-site "more like an expensive snack bar" and needs help the hotel outside and inside "decor" horrible, by pool not enough chairs and it's run down decor, rugs in rooms and hallway smell like mildew and they are stained.
