Good location in the Buckhead area. Plenty of options to eat within walking distance.
Hotel itself is your basic 3 to 4 star. There is nothing to really set it apart other than location. Parking is not included in the rate and wasn't early disclosed when I booked which is why I knocked off a star.

The room was fine, and parking was convenient even though it was pricey. ($24 per night.) Unfortunately I had very noisy neighbors who decided to rap until after midnight. Gym was decent and facilities clean.

Great price, great location

Staff was very unpleasant, using profanity, tried overcharging me and called the police when I told them my bank was emailing me while I was standing at the counter for fraud detection. None of this was explained to me that you were going to put an additional 600.00 on my debit card for a deposit. I did speak to the manager who never followed up as she stated. I do not appreciate you Mr staff using profanity in front of my son and grandson and very unprofessional. Every single time I stay at the Hilton, there’s an issue. The last time I was in LA my boyfriends head was split open by your glass table that was pushed to close to the bed and that was overlooked and you did absolutely nothing to make that situation right. I then went to tru hotel and my card continues to be swiped several times for 100.00. There was a temporary hold on my card for another issue and once it was lifted, my card has been swiped several times in the past week for 100.00 which it should have been swiped once for the total amount. Our room was not cleaned but once after I request it be cleaned due to having children in the room. Garbage was not taken out. No clean linen etc. Hilton has continued to be horrible experiences. I stopped renting at hiltons for a year. Go back giving Hilton another chance and my boyfriends head gets split, my card was not swiped one time for the total but several 100.00 transactions. This has always been a difficult stay, nothing about renting at the Hilton has been horribl

It was ok due to the location but otherwise quite worn and a bit dirty. The linens and the bathroom was clean. They need to remodel the rooms soon.

My door didn not open or close property I had to press it closed with my body. And it had a mildew smell
2.0
It was quiet and comfortable. No above and beyond service but well enough. Rooms need occasional deep cleaning. It was musty smelling and dust built up in corners and such. The valet guy failed to tell us there is 15 minute free parking around the corner when we asked about unloading so that was annoying. All in all it was a quick stay and was clean enough which is my main concern.

It was nice

Within walking distance of the MARTA and several restaurants, which was perfect for our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff were polite and speedy.

Room smelled like Marijuana, parking was $20, not mentioned in the price

Parking is expensive here. You either pay for valet or the parking garage.

The room was never cleaned new towels were never provided or rags. When i called the front desk they had a nasty attitude. Even though cleaning note was left like the room had been cleaned.

Pretty rundown

valet is not apart of the deposit, so its $75 deposit a $40 valet fee. If you do not do valet, you self park for $25 & pay everytime you leave.

They elected to trim trees all weekend up till 11:00 PM right out side my window. Technology is old and not updated

The hotel along with staff made my stay immaculate

Overall was a good stay. Location was convenient to all the places we planned to visit. We had a late arrival (which was noted on reservation and it was a prepaid reservation) and initially we were told they didn’t have a room for us. I did book thru a third party site Hotels.com but the front desk clerk did find one available room a handicap accessible room ! So everything worked out!!

I really liked the stay at the property. The area was beautiful. Very convenient for my reason of being in Atlanta-Buckhead. The staff was nice and helpful. The bar experience was nice. I even liked how the room looked tidy and well kept. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel.

I checked in to room 435 I started feeling bad so I went down to get medicine for a severe headache and sneezing and coughing and nausea came back to the room and I continued to feel bad so I decided to turn the AC up then was when I found the carpet was soaked in water from a leaking AC and I took a video of it mold was around the AC and on the walls behind the curtain and then I never had hot water until the night before check out it was awful

Room was a bit dirty but area was nice!

There was way too much noise until late at night. There was a large loud argument at the front desk at 7am that seemed to never end and was very predominant in the whole breakfast area. Speaking of the breakfast area, the food was cold even though it was less than ten minutes after earliest time for breakfast. The cook told me that the food is put out at 6 am, even though the beginning time for breakfast is an hour later which was 7am.
Undoubtedly this was the worst experience I have ever experienced in a Hilton property.
I would suggest that a lot of staff training needs to be done or the Hilton name needs to disassociated with this property

The front desk staff was very nice but the bathroom shower didn’t turn off completely

One elevator was broken so it was a long wait for the other elevator.
2.0
Front desk guy was rude and completely void of any personality. We don’t even make it to the elevator before a man comes out of nowhere to beg for money because his car is being towed! Our room had a noisy air conditioner as well as mold on the ceiling and baseboard under the desk by the AC unit. The door to our room stuck so badly that it required a full shoulder push to get in! Front door was badly scuffed along with the rest of the furniture in our room. The shower valve handle fell off while using the shower. When we called the front desk to ask what the banging was, we were told that there was a construction crew on the roof. That lasted all three days we were there. Never again! We expected so much more, especially staying in Buckhead.

I didn't like the fact that there is no free parking. $40 a day tax for Valet parking or self parking for $30 a day. The room itself was basic. No stay over service. No pool or hot tub . They had a basic fitness center. The "breakfast buffet was a joke and over priced. The food was ok. My husband had Burger and fries, I had a Caesar salad with microwave chicken on it. Over priced but convenient. Our valet was awesome. A big shout out to Cain. The staff was awesome 👍. Lower ring corporate experience.

The bathroom tub had rust, mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and bathroom floors looked like they had been mopped in a year. Tried to sleep in, but was woken to 3 maids in the hallway hollering at each other (originally I thought it was teenagers playing around-that’s how loud they were being). Also, loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at because they were doing construction on the roof. We were on the 3rd floor and heard all the banging.
3.0
It was ok but the parking and wifi sucks
0.5
Valet-only parking in a hotel with over 200 rooms, it's not a service if it just makes lige more difficult for everyone. And you have to signup with your email/phone on a webapp to use the valet service.
The rooms were okay.
