There was a lot of construction going on, so it was frequently noisy and there was a strong odor of adhesive (related to flooring repair?). Overall, the hotel seemed worn and kind of shabby.

After we paid a lot of money for our stay, when you get there you need to pay a hotel fee just in case anything happens and you have to pay for parking too. Breakfast is not included and you need to pay extra if you want breakfast

Location, customer service, and modernization was excellent. Did experience a very noisy neighbor, which when I called the front desk was dealt with in a speedy matter. The only issue I had was the noisy renovation work on my floor that started early morning and I was trying to rest up for a long road trip. Overall, great hotel.

Room was dirty, crumbs, smears on the mirrors and stains on the bedding. We wanted to stay a couple night before Disney. This is the worst Hilton I’ve stayed in.

It was a good stay. We were able to check in a little early. I did have to call twice to request for more pillows but they did apologize for the delay. The bed was a bit lumpy. The pool area was very nice however there was broken concrete with caution cones in a section near the steps. Great view from oceanfront room however the adjoining roof with large ac units was loud when it kicked in. Overall it was a nice stay.

The check in was okay. It was late and I had just finished a lengthy road trip in the rain. The young lady with a busy desk was doing her best to manage check ins, guests, and incoming calls and was polite. Check in to 423 The room was average. Upon using the rest room I noticed there was water all over the shower as if someone had just used it. I found that to be something I could overlook. Promptly I looked over the menu for the starlight restaurant. I called down and ordered and unfortunately they do not have room service so they call you when ready and you run down and pick it up as take out. The food was delicious. I had actually ordered two entrees just in case I didn't like something. The brisket was delicious however not a fan of the fettuccine Alfredo. Alfredo sauce was creamy but minimal flavor. Later In the night using the restroom I noticed that the toilet was not flushing at all. In the a.m the shower did not get hot , only warm. I mentioned this upon check out which the gentleman was friendly. However, the mention to put in a work order for the toilet and the shower was not even acknowledged that I was speaking. Check out was simple and the rest of the common areas where busy. The gentleman at Starbucks was fantastic. The pool was simple and the beach access is also great.I did stay at a parent property the following night with a much more positive experience with better amenities for a better rate.

Every other day housekeeping is inadequate for a beachfront hotel. Towels are used more frequently than standard hotels. Trash cans need emptying daily. Outdoor shower for sand needs to be replaced as it barely worked. Shower needs to be upgraded. Liked everything otherwise but these items should be addressed for the prices being charged.

Room was very clean and neat. Staff was friendly and professional. My family was especially impressed with Starlite restaurant with food. Portion was great (amount before inflation) and everything (dinner) we ordered were so tasty. Coco beach was so quiet and family friendly. You walk 30 seconds from hotel promise. Wish we stayed longer.

Location is close to beach, Publix grocery, and few restaurants. BUT, the in-room A/C units are very loud, suite layout awkward, clunky elevators, no strings to dry beachwear, folding sofa is very uncomfortable.

Hotel is nice, beach is awesome, food and drinks were great. The linens on the bed could be cleaner, i seen old stains on the duvet. Lastly my comfort level towards the end freaked me out. View from my room i could partly see the ocean and the roof extends from my window. The last night of my stay, all lights were off and my curtains halfway opened. I woke up in the middle of the night, looked out the window a seen a man standing on the roof maybe about 10 ft from my window. I thought i was seeing things so i just laid there to get a good focus. Yep it was a man. I sat up slightly to reach for my phone and my phone lit up room that man walked away. He didn’t have a flashlight, work vest or anything but when he got to the other side of the roof then i could see a light turned on. Front desk said there is a worker cleaning the vents. In my head 2am in the morning???? I didnt see any equipment in his hand, n no flashlight. The front desk said they will report it But this was weird and ahoud nitnuave happened at all.

Amazing hotel! It was so convenient with my kids to have a restaurant in the hotel, and a pier to the beach. The store is great in the hotel, there is ice cream, and the arcade games were so fun! The hotel was very clean, the staff was super helpful and nice. Caters to not only adults but kids as well. For example at the pool there is a nice bar but there was a dj playing music and had a blowing bubble machine. We will be going back there again, highly recommend!

Walls were thin and you could hear your neighbors snoring. The room is worth $150 a night and not $289. They even charge you for bottled water in the room and if you need a chair and umbrella at the beach they charge you for that too.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. No suitcase holder in room. The restaurant got several things wrong and argued with me that mini potato pancakes are the same thing as a side of pancakes. He acted irritated when I asked him to change my order to what the menu says, which is mini potato pancake. They forgot my bacon and I had to ask someone in the kitchen for it. Garbage was overflowing around the pool area at breakfast time, and I had to grab the net to remove beatles from the pool multiple times. Exterminator? Not sure pool pump was on.
