First room was by elevator and rumbling every 10-15 minutes so we requested a room change and they graciously accommodated both parties on my reservation. However, the shower head had mold on it which I took a pic of and showed the front desk. They then offered to credit our valet parking fee which was very nice. Shower curtain did not prevent water from escaping onto floor and the floor was soaked. GFI Outlet In The bathroom did not work we tried to do a reset but it kept popping . Forgot to mention that to the front desk. Front desk personnel, valets, restaurant staff were very accommodating and I loved the Starbucks beverage stop in the morning. Bkfst Buffet was standard ala cart was reasonable and decent food to order off the menu for Bkfst and dinner. Bartender was not the friendliest and we had even given him a huge tip for our earlier tab and he never even said thankyou! Hotel Price was reasonable, and we felt safe. Restaurant and bar are not open 24/7 and room service is limited. Beds were very comfortable and up to a Hilton standard but the cleanliness of the showerhead was not. Also not happy that the hours in the restaurant were limited. I wold t stay there for more than 1 or two nights.

Hotel was convenient but the rooms were worn out and had water stains and swelled wood on most of the trim. Certainly not a place you should work around without shoes on.

I booked a room with the jacuzzi tub however there was a sign to inform us that the jacuzzi was not working. I spent an extra 150 just to stay in the room for that purpose. I stay here all the time and this was the first I’ve experienced this.

Good room/overall, but parking was tough, and I have a handicap tag yet there weren’t any such spaces available when I returned to the hotel after a night out. Also, is there any security in the garage if anyone can enter? I didn’t see any security guard, nor did I see any patrol car or similar.

This hotel has seen better days. The common areas appear very worn, the room was dusty, furniture was worn, fixtures and bathroom vanities damaged/worn. The room was also very dusty. I also find it objectionable for a property like this to tack on parking charges to an already expensive stay when the garage was on site. Charging additional for parking seems punitive and unnecessary.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel itself is very outdated for the amount of money they charge, the rooms and hallways and elevators are all very old and need upgrading. Nice location and very friendly staff.

This venue is in terrible shape. Wall paper is peeling in the lobby and elsewhere to a point where one could slide one's hand beneath the paper. This is particularly noticeable above the check in desk. Every doorframe from the hallway is scraped with significant paint missing. The carpeting is atrocious. Bathroom was in poor shape with plumbing in need of updates. All in all a terrible experience. I'd like a refund for my stay. Hilton executives should review or sell the property. This is an abandoned stepchild.

Unfortunately, not so good. Hilton usually carries a good reputation, but not Hilton Stamford. The rooms need updating, no tv reception with satellite, added parking expense not clearly stated by Hotel.com. :(

Overpriced, the food bought in a hotel was ok, but inconveniently served (had to go to pick it up downstairs), but certainly not up to expectations based on price. Breakfast “toast” were minimally warm slices of some whit/beige bread, definitely not toasted. Lovely grounds, but the garbage basket intended for doggie poop bags was overfilled with food waste and was not cleaned between afternoon of our arrival and late morning of our departure. This dog walking area is next to a fancy walkway and drop off of the guests, it is not in some faraway hidden spot. Not worth the money

Hotel was completely overcrowded, there was a wedding or event going on and people were running up and down the halls all night long. Talking. Call the front desk didn’t do anything. Had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to try to get everyone to be quiet. Terrible stay will never stay here again, want my money back

Annabelle and Erika were both 5 start quality in regard to heling e with my comfy stay and Annabelle signing e up for Hilton points. Kudos to both ladies. The Saturday breakfast dining and bartender were also great. I will definitely come again.

The hotel is great this is the second time I stayed here. However I paid for a room with a king size bed and was give a room with a double bed which was very disappointing since I was in a romantic get away with my significant other.

The staff was not helpful. My wife was sick and that’s why we had the reservation last minute. Anytime you call the front desk doesn’t answer. I would call multiple times and nobody would answer. They wouldn’t bring things to your room, whether that be a food delivery or a toothbrush. The room definitely need to be upgraded. The showerhead looks like it’s about to fall off and the sink has a big crack in it. The AC was barely making the room cool. And they basically were like it’s DIRECTV so you have to deal with it. This hotel not Hilton standard hotel.
