Amazing hotel!

Bed and linens had stains on them. Rooms were nice though. 38 dollars a day for parking is outrageous when you are staying at their establishment. I could see like 10 dollars. But almost 40 bucks. What in the world

We came into town for a bachelor party. The main purpose was to go to the Bucks game. The hotel was close and convenient for us to go back and forth to the game and plenty of other restaurants throughout the neighborhood. Only complaint would be that you could not adjust the temperature in the room. We’d change the thermostat, but the temperature in the room never changed. It was quite warm in there at all times.

Room was small...it was 82 degrees with no way to cool down. we shut the heat iff and bought a fan which only took it to 75. Pillows seemed more like decorative pillows other than bed pillows as they were smaller and square. Staff super friendly and amazing

The lobby in this hotel is beautiful and the location to the conference centre is excellent. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel needs an upgrade. Our room was very worn out. The carpet was torn in multiple locations, stains on the pictures, lamps that needed replacing and more. It didn't feel clean or fresh when we arrived.

Beautiful hotel for a short overnight trip, I felt like I was in Vegas.

First of all I booked the room for the price of $165.00 then when I checked in they said they are adding $40 for some other fee that I was not aware of but they said I would get the money back. Which I still have not been refunded. The thermostat did not work in the room. Which I made the woman at the front desk aware of. I also asked if she could discount the price of the room because of that. And she said she would waive my overnight parking fee which was never taken off as well.

Lobby and exterior were beautiful. Rooms haven’t been updated in years. Very small bathroom, light switch in bathroom worked half the time, wall paper folding up, TV didn’t get half of its channels, creamer for coffee in the room was curdled.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Has convenience of restaurants and starbucks in the hotel. Cafe was way over priced though gor the breakfast 25.00 a person for food you got free in any other hotel very disappointed. Parking is 38.00 a night but have in/out privileges
but still a lot for parking. Everything else was excellent though. Was in walking distance from fiserv forum which was very convenient saved having to psy for more parking somewhere else.

Room didn’t have a/c because it was too late in the season and the building is old so it’s all centralized. Our room was 80 degrees. There was nothing they could do for us. The people working at the front desk really should not be in the hospitality industry.
Besides no a/c and horrible customer service, it’s a beautiful hotel and in a good location.

Loved that my dog was able to stay with me and they had an outdoor dog area and two hotel dogs! My dog became good friends with them and it was such an amazing experience. It was so nice for her to play with some friends. Hands down will stay here again if in the area.

Reservation was for a queen room for 2. We had a double bed in a very very very small space. When you open the door - you hit the bathroom door if opened, Staff is very nice - when we couldn't turn off the air-conditioner. It was freezing in our room upon arrival - and a very nice staff member fixed it. We also didn't get towels for 2 - only 1person.

Staff was fantastic, older hotel likely in need of update

The hotel was beautiful! Lots of history and fairly priced considering the location. Lots of places to walk to and there are two good restaurants and a Starbucks located in the hotel itself. It was clean, bed was comfy and staff was very friendly! Of course, we can't forget the adorable doggies that greeted us at check in!
The only downfall was that the bathroom was really small and there wasn't a pool.

Amazing the hotel was large clean and in a central location to everything, public transportation city buses Amtrak and Greyhound walking and Patawanamoie casino . The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly & my stay was pleasant.

Beautiful older historic hotel. Loved it!

Overnight stay for a wedding. The lobby is beautiful our room however seemed like it had not been dusted in a little while. It was surprising to say the least. Changing rooms or having someone to dust would’ve had late so we did it ourselves.

We stayed there before having to go to a procedure at Columbia St Mary we didn't take advantage of any of the amenities if there were any breakfast was great and a breakfast buffet downstairs there's a Starbucks right close by remember if you don't prepay for the breakfast it's rather costly

Lovely hotel at a good value. Comfortable.

Beautiful hotel! Reminded me a lot of the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, which we love! A cute little surprise, was being greeted in the lobby by Millie & Sadie. Millers Pub had really good food & service as well.

Excellent service and friendly staff made for a memorable trip. Check in went well, the staff reached out to make sure everything was going well and checkout was stress free. .

The hotel was adequate for what we needed. The location was close to our event at the Riverside Theater so we could walk there easily. I tried to locate the parking garage on the website before arriving, but there was no indication of its location. I even tried to call the hotel, but I ended up speaking with someone I couldn't understand.
The room was fine for an overnight stay. The furnishings were sparse. There was a desk chair, but no other seating in the room even though there was clearly room for it.

Nice property in the middle of a nice area. My family and I easily walked everywhere. The hotel is older but I found the accommodations nice. The manager went above and beyond to resolve a room issue we had. We had a great stay!

Mold in the shower, stained towels, the A/C didnt work (it was set mid to low 60s but remained a constant 72 the whole duration), it seemed like they spent their whole budget on the lobby areas and nothing on room upkeep or maintenance

it was overall an enjoyable stay

We had stains on our comforter and paper folded up under the legs of the tv stand which made the room look trashy. Also had cockroaches in the bathroom. The hotel is old and in major need of upgrades.
