Wonderful. I’ll be back!

I enjoyed my stay, loved the area the hotel is located in, I felt safe and was glad that there was a safe parking garage for my car, we were upgraded to the 10th floor no charge because my daughter requested a room with a view…. Great experience overall

Great location in Glendale. Clise to the 134 which will get you to other Fwys quickly. Pillows are too soft and housekeeping failed to make up room 2 days out of 4. Will definitely stay again!

Great location however air conditioning was not very good

It felt super outdated, We had to use a vending machine, which ripped us off to get a bottle of water, Nothing was provided really. We needed roll in bed for my daughter and the front desk was super rude about it. I understand it was nighttime, but it looked like she didn’t want to be there. The room was super old. It felt very outdated. The beds were super uncomfortable. Not the best experience of all. Also, the bar was closed most of the day. The bell man and the manager were pretty much the only ones who were super nice you could tell they were going above and beyond, but all the other employees were horrible. I will not go back that’s for sure

The hotel was clean enough generally. The pool should’ve been more clean. There was a good amount of trash in pool. On sunny days where the pool is an attraction, special care should be taken. The room was very hot. Partially because it faced the sun the majority of the day. Which is understandable. However the part that was frustrating was how the AC reset after a couple of hours no matter what you tried to program on the panel. So it never gets cool unless you are constantly watching the ac which I’d rather not do on vacation.

The beds were really uncomfortable. The breakfast food was good, but it should have been included in the stay, and the waitstaff for breakfast made it very confusing and awkward.

Total dump. Look elsewhere. This hotel was old, dirty, the mattress was old and no longer held any support or shape - just sunk, AC didn’t work. I could go on and on. Find a new spot.

I thought breakfast was included in the fee.
I would like the information at the time of reservation to be easier to understand.

The property beds had bed bugs

Service was okay but property is run down and nothing working properly.

Staff members are nice and friendly. Facilities are clear.

Employees went on strike screaming in the lobby. room was dirty/dusty. used soap bar in the shower from the last guest. check in employee offered us to cancel the reservation and stay elsewhere rather than offering to fix anything

Roodtop lounge was not open for whatever reason. Was a main reason we picked this location. Late night counter staff was incredibly rude. Plus side, all the valet gentleman were over the top polite and simply wonderful. Last dau they we were woke at 7am by horns, drums and a guy yelling on a microphone. Ended up being workers om strike. We ended up packing as fast as we could just to get out of there. They were right outside the front door, not sure why authorities werent called for trespassing. Either way not one person on the staff explained, apologized or even cared. Just an over all terrible experience. I stay in a Hilton almost every week, all over the country, hands down the worst one.

Dirty, old, needs to be updated. Asbestos ceilings

The property has a great location, price per night, and great service. It is outdated though, and needs a fresh updating of the rooms, beds and bathrooms.

Great location, comfortable stay
The hotel is ideally situated in a vibrant area with plenty to explore. Check-in was a breeze and my room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The lobby offered a nice space to relax or work. While I didn’t experience the dining options, the bar was a pleasant spot. Overall, a satisfying business trip stay that met Hilton standards.

It is a nice hotel, quiet and convenient.

Stayed for 1 night. Reserved a room for 2 adults 1 child and was given 1 king. Tried to explain to night time front desk lady and she was extremely rude from checking in to asking her for an extra blanket. Since we were only there for the night and tired we decided to adapt. Went downstairs because we were hung up on 2 times over the phone by rude front desk lady. When I came down she got caught talking about me to another employee. Over heard her saying that we were trying to take advantage on discounted rooms through Expedia even though I booked for 3pp. Overall room and hotel was clean and in a good area. We came down to restaurant for breakfast and food and service was good. The front desk in the morning were nice when we asked about making sure we were not recharged for parking since we had prepaid. Hotel area is very convenient. Would have been a five star stay if it wasn’t for the lady watching the front desk at night who was obviously having a bad day.

The decor and technolog in the room is dated, like its the 1970s.
4.0
The place was nice however I had to change rooms due to the heating and cooling system. I then found that the thermostats are regulated. Being in the hospitality business you would think one could control the room temp as one would like. This made it tough to sleep. Also there was some kind of protesting or something that woke up the entire facility around 6:30am.
4.0
The overall feel of the hotel is one of ambivalence. There is no sense of caring or concern for either the guests or the property itself. If you must be in town for one night, it’s doable. Beyond that I would recommend finding alternative lodgings.
4.0
The Hotel is clean and there is restaurant inside if you come in late such as 7 or 8. It is also close Crab Avenue which is walking distance. The only cons is the parking fee and the breakfast. The parking fee is expensive so as the breakfast. Overall, it is better than one of Hilton’s hotel which is the double tree.

There was a strike on during our stay. We were woken each morning at 7am to loud shouting and drums. The picket line ran outside the main reception each day which our children found very unsettling.

Could not accommodate parking, AC not working in room, room was dirty, staff was not helpful or friendly

Convenient. Quiet. Clean

The Hotel itself was nice and clean but a little outdated. We did have trouble with the shower not draining and had to call the maintenance to come to the room to fix it. They didn’t have enough pillows as most hotels do. There were just two flat pillows per queen bed but I guess I can’t complain too much for the price. Wasn’t the best but wasn’t horrible either.

Unfortunately, there were protesters every morning during our stay which we were not made aware of during our booking. This was not what we expected. I would check with the hotel before booking.

Stayed for two days. The facility was nice with lots of amenities. Good location close to cafes, the mall, freeway, grocery store and was in good proximity to attractions (Griffith observatory, universal studios, and WB Studio Tour). Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin but not too bad. Comfortable bed and host shower with good pressure. Only negative was the $29 per day parking fee. However there was plenty of parking

The room was not clean, the off duty employees marching at night making lots of noise. The whole visit was terrible.

It was a clean hotel with great staff.

Place seemed empty but overall was ok

The parking should be included. There is no other option in the are so you are stuck paying $30 to park each day

Really? A strike ? A bunch of noise waiking me up at 7:30am. Went to get breakfast and then they went inside to strike. Shut to hotel down, offer some compensation for this ridiculous mess
