Warning all rooms have carpets with pets allowed. The carpet smelled like dog urine the towels were dirty had feces stains on them. I never heard back from the manager.

I've been staying at this property for years, even before the change in ownership. It's a great location. The property is getting a little dated, and maintenance is on a lower standard then what it used to be with Marriott. You don't want any of rooms on the freeway side. We had a 1 bed suite, it was large, we love the full size kitchen. Overall our stay was good, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The room had a couple maintenance issues, the light in the bathroom flickering, the wall at the shower head was damaged and someone tried to caulk it together, it looked a little scary.

Felt very comfortable, and the room was cozy.

We had a horrible 3 weeks stay here with our family. Knowing that we would be staying here for 3 weeks, they still assigned us a room facing the noisy highway. We thought we could manage but it was impossible to sleep at night as the noise was much more prevalent at night. I asked the front desk if we could move rooms and they showed me 3 different rooms available to make the switch and I was just disappointed they even had those quieter options but didn’t want to offer that to a family with 3 young toddlers from the get go. Why put us in a room that has already been noted as being extremely loud by the freeway, especially if we’re staying for such a long time? It was such a hassle for us to shuffle but we did anyways. The room they let us have, had so much dog hair throughout the room: the carpets, the couches, curtains and beds. They didn’t have a vacuum for us to borrow so we went and bought one from Target as our daughter has allergies to dog dander. The vacuum had so much hair once we were done. We brought this up to the front desk and they just said they’d take note of it but didn’t offer any other recourse for us. The night time male staff was also very rude to me when I asked him for garbage bags. The facility is dirty with stained concrete leading the rooms. We also felt very unsafe when the guest staying across from us was raging and cops were called. Overall, would never come back & don’t recommend.

The room is outdated and smells. I found five cockroaches in the kitchen, some crawling out of the garbage disposal, some in the dishwasher and one dead on the kitchen floor. The mattress on the king-size bed was caved in, in the middle, and the pillows were very flat. Spiders in the room and outside. The outside property is not kept up. Pullout couch sofa mattress is paper, thin. No room service unless you're there for longer than 5 nights, which is terrible. I was there Tuesday-Sunday and needed new bedding. Only good thing I have to say about this hotel is the spa and pool is nice and the breakfast in the morning is good. The breakfast hours are terrible though breakfast stops being served at 9 AM.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is currently being used as a permanent residence for men with government vouchers who would otherwise be without a home. The permanent residents there smoke cigarettes inside their rooms, which caused smoke to constantly infiltrate the room I stayed in.
The room carpet was dirty and worn. The hotel charged $10 per night for parking in their dirty lot that had tons of open spaces.
The noise from the freeway was so loud, it was difficult to sleep.
The overnight clerk was rude and had an attitude.
The room keys quit working after one use.
I normally would not complain about a hotel, but this one was pricey, and at that price should be better.
I definitely would never stay here again.

Room was in pretty decent shape, carpet is very old and needs to be replaced. Area near the kitchenette you could feel the carpet tacks, my daughter scratched her foot on them. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The only complaint is dirty entry and upon entering the suite it smelled mildewy. We sprayed with disfectant. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the outside stop. I would rent again for the price.

Came for a soccer tournament. Perfect room for pre-teens traveling with their parents. Great amount of space in the room, had fun at pool and hot tub, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hearty and the kids loved the pancakes and toppings.

Breakfast area very unorganized, too small no where to sit with the large amount of people there. Hard to find condiments, messy.
No ice machines.

Great location, right by the freeway! So close to Huntington Pier! Will def be back!
Only critique is the parking! Coming back from our daily adventures it was hard to find parking by our building.
I will definitely stay here again

Good place to stay. It is close to beach. The drive is just minutes away. Good breakfast included. Would have been nice to see some different choices for breakfast. Change it up, same stuff everyday not so good. Dining area a little small for all the units they have, the same for the pool. Basketball court was cool. First time I see something like that. The bbq and fire pit area was a plus. Cornhole game was a good addition. Overall its was a good place. I recommend.

Decent size Studio style with pull out couch to accommodate a total of 4. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to wall for shower and kitchen had basic amenities to cook and eat with. No oven but it does have a counter top stove with 2 burners, a microwave, an apartment size fridge and a dishwasher. Outside there was a nice picnic area with a grill and fire pit plenty of seating and a fenced in basketball court right next to the picnic area. There is supposed to be a pool and
Spa but I didn’t venture out far enough to see any of that. Nice property will stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

Property was good no issues, but they should add lotion to their bathroom vanity.
