Our stay at the regent was outstanding. The hotel is very nice indeed with incredible views of the HK skyline. The concierge team, in particular Kenneth and Marshall, truly went above and beyond to assist with everything they could. Absolute top service!

Prime harbout front location in downtown. New renovated 5-star hotel with an infinity jacuzzi which my family had a great time at. The harbour view rooms are simply stunning!

Actually staff are really great, caring and polite!! Breakfast are great, pools are great and the jacuzzi pools are nice for kids. my room is luxurious sea view but I am quite surprised that there is no bathtub in the toilet. My room costs HK7000 … 🙄 but no bathtub seems a bit not worth then

The Regent ( formerly The Intercontinental ) has always been an excellent hotel and our hotel of choice here in Hong Kong. The recent refurbishment has modernised the hotel tastefully whilst holding on to all its character and tradition. Service is world class as are the rooms, food and everything else! A wonderful stay of a little pricey!

I am really grateful and satisfied for warm
hospitality during this stay. The hotel is close to the station and easy to understand and really convenient. The room is calm, stylish and fabulous. The hotel staff prepared birthday cake for my partner. I would definitely like to stay again near future..

The check in was terrible and no information was given. The hotel is OLD from the 80s and you can actually hear the pluming from the other room. Bathtub and toilet flushing. The view is great, but the pool view o LH if you are in the Presidential Suite, otherwise the wooden deck is compromise the view. Bottom Line... too much money for what they offer. View is nice, but the noise does not pay it off. Terrible experience, I am not a light sleeper... the room is really noise and freaking old hotel.

Phenomenal experience. Intercontinental never disappoints but in one of our favourite cities it felt even better. Great spa, happy hour at the executive lounge, nice gym and comfy rooms

Booked the hotel’s airport transfer service which was great. Probably double the price of a taxi but wor5h every penny.
When we arrived at the hotel the staff opened the door of the car, greeted us warmly by name, and then walked us straight up to our adjoining harbour view rooms. Check in was done in the room in a couple of minutes. The best in experience we have ever had in any hotel anywhere.
Great rooms with stunning views.

I have been staying in this property since the 1980s when it was a Regent Hotel. It has the best Harbor views available. This trip we requested two harbor view rooms as usual. We were placed on the lowest floors, one of which was extremely noisy. Since we reserved the rooms through Expedia, I can only surmise that, because of reduced pricing, we were given the least desirable rooms. The manager apologized and offered a bottle of wine which we did not take. As a matter of information, the property will return to being a Regent as early as next year.

Very convenient place to stay in Tsim Sha Tsui considering the current situation in Hong Kong. The hotel was walking distance to the harbor, room also had a great view to the harbor. Staff were very helpful and professional. Will recommend

The staff was super attentive and we had an overall good experience. The restaurants on site are great (Nobu and their steakhouse). Their breakfast buffet is a bit pricey but worth it, great variety. The hotel room itself is nothing extraordinary, but the hotel’s location affords you great views. The hotel is connected to a brand new shopping mall with luxury brand stores, movie theater, and lots of amazing eating spots.

Aged hotel that is in dire need for upgrade. Definitely going back to the Ritz or any other newer hotel for the next HK trip.
