This hotel was probably the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at and we are frequently traveling all over. We were so impressed, the floors, the bed, the jet tub and bathroom-spotless!! 10/10 and will be back!

There were bugs in the room, no water pressure in bathroom sink, the air conditioner sounded like a helicopter landing, the tv guide didn't match the channels on the tv, and generally dirty.
2.0
Room was fine. Only negatives are the drains drained very slowly and parts of the room needed upgraded

The worst thing was feeling like our room was not clean. The bathroom smelled of urine. A hair dryer was not available to use. There were holes in the curtains. On a positive note, the staff at the desk were helpful. We will probably not be back to stay.

Bathtub was dirty, hole in bathroom wall, no iron, fridge cracked. The room was dirty. Staff was very nice.

They had roaches so I checked out within 2 hours I was only there for just about 45 minutes in the room. But holes in bed, floor dirty as ever and they had people in the room next to me offered me drugs. And oh freaking roaches!

This would be a great place to stay if a few things were repaired and cleaned up. The ice machine is out of service (thus no Ice buckets in the rooms) , the floor in room #227 is coming up and I stubbled over it, the door wouldn't latch, the hair dryer is not on the wall anymore. The toilet in room #228 fills every 10 minutes and scares the sh** out of you. The grounds are littered with garbage, and the pool is closed. I'm not complaining just listing a few things that you may want to know before you stay here. I called before booking and knew the pool was closed but I have forgot to do that before and wanted to share with anyone else booking for the pool.

Staff was great! Room was fair, old tv was still on wall new one on shelf, duct tape on shower rod to wall, less than great other giests...noisy truck , came and went several times up to 3 am

First room they put me in did not have electricity. Didn't think nothing about it went to a second room and only put a couple things in there thank goodness. After going to get dinner and coming back to relax I spotted a bug on the refrigerator. I then went to the bathroom spotted another one. I also found two more and capturing one of them. Went and told the front desk and they told me that they were sorry and would refund my money in the next 5 to 7 days. They lied to me and did not refund my money. Do not stay here unless you like sleeping with bugs

Arrived very late at night. Front desk was great and friendly. After checking into room had to go and get new sheets for bed bc hair and lipstick all over the sheets and pillows. After coming back up the people beside us was smoking weed and it came through the air unit into our room. Other then that everything else was fine.

Terrible night for sleeping , kids running in room above me all night. Someone tried to open my door at 1am. A woman knocked on my door at 2am trying to sell herself.

What was unique about the property was its proximity to Daniel Boone national Forest, and there were abundant dining options nearby. also, it was amazingly inexpensive.
What we didn't like about the property was:
1.the pool was closed for maintenance, and looked like it had been for quite some time
2.the ice machine was not working and needed maintenance
3.it was on a main drag ( 27 ) that was noisy late into the night.
4.the refrigerator in our room was not working
5.there were bugs in the room (we're not sure if cockroaches and/or bedbugs)
we were so horrified that we checked out a day early, after a pretty sleepless night

You get what you pay for. A bargain hotel that delivers absolutely nothing special. Very convenient parking and dining options. No maid service, spotty cable, but a great price.

Good location, comfortable bed, and overall nice place. My only complaint is that I wish they had checked the remote for the TV worked before they gave me the key card.

There was roaches in the bathroom and I told the staff….not a big concern to them….was very nervous about the bug issue …..ended up not being able to take a shower there and left early due to the cleanliness….

1. At check in you're hit with an additional $50 refundable deposit that is not mentioned when you reserve a room. You hope you get it back.
2. You can't ask for extra towels until you bring your soiled towels back up front. They don't have extra for everyone (that's what front desk told me)
3. Room door did not close all the way. There was a noticeable gap anyone could see through.
4. You get 3 terrible, flat pillows. (my fault for not bringing my own)
5. Bathroom door would get stuck. Had to yank on it to get it open.
6. Bed was okay.
7. If you don't mind any of that, it's an ok place to stay. I guess it does what it's supposed to. It was clean for the most part, so that's a bonus.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. I came to stay as I was competing in the Miss Kentucky USA pageant. How this hotel was advertised was not accurate. There were a VAST number of issues; the door to the room did not close all the way so if you put your eye to the crack you could see in, the room overwhelmingly smelled of bleach, the closet rack was ripped out of the room, there were people loitering and smoking weed all over the place, the front desk lady (who mentioned she lives at the hotel????) said my room number out loud, and then when I immediately went to check out, SHE MADE FUN OF ME. I’ve never walked into and out of a hotel so fast. And of course, to top it off, they denied my refund. I wouldn’t send a roach to this hotel. BE. WARNED.

Property was in fair condition, the bed was horrible but for the price and just one night it was doable.

Rooms need cleaned better they have an odor. No coffee pot, no remote for tv,pillows suck flat, only one pillow for one bed and 2 for tbe other bed. Not enough towels n wash clothes.

We thought this was poor even for a Red Roof Inn. The pillows were old and flat, the towels were totally worn out and the air conditioner smelled like mold. I think a light bulb was out in the shower room because it was really dim.
2.0
Dirty. Bathtub had ciggerette burn marks all over even though it was a nine smoking room. Toilet had hair all over. Comforter has burn holes. Unpleasant odor in room. Mucus on walls beside sink. Excessive dust on most of the fixtures. Room smelled like an Iraqi gas station

Property has age but was clean.

It was dirty, half the lights didn't work, coffee machine didn't work, towels were either dirty or stained so I didn't take a shower, just wanted to get out.

There was a group partying until midnight the music was so loud you couldn’t sleep. There were several men on the balcony and in the yard below yelling and laughing. The sheets on our bed was dirty we asked for another one and changed it ourself. I would never stay at this property again.
1.0
Rooms had rips in the curtains, dirty print on the bed spread. People were out until 1 am grilling. We will not sue this location again.
