Nice one night stay. The Fleming’s restaurant attached was perfect! Only drawback we encountered was the “absolutely no late checkout” answer we received when asked. Probably be back.

My mom and dad come in each year and we find a place to visit throughout Arizona. We have been using Air B n B so that we have enough space for all of us.
This time we tried Hotels.com and came across a villa for a very reasonable price. It was 1550 sq ft with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and a full kitchen which is exactly what we needed. The villa was set back away from the hotel which was great because you had privacy but all the amenities of the hotel. They offered a complimentary golf shuttle or you could just drive you car up to the hotel and park easily to enter.
The was quite dated and in need of a renovation but definitely a great find. Many of the villas and the small pool toward the back of the property were in the process of renovations and the future plans we saw looked amazing. Would be interested to see them when they’re completed; however, the cost will be insane.
The pool area at the main hotel was very nice and offered a bar. However, the prices were a bit outlandish, costing 45 for 3 drinks. Scottsdale or not, that’s a lot. The hotel could benefit from a happy hour or even a social hour for guests to enjoy like many other hotels in the area. Price aside, the service throughout the hotel was great.
We did not try the breakfast or on site restaurant because there were so many options in the area and no perks to stay on the grounds.
We’d stay again and look forward to the updates.

Location was ideal, property was dated and seemed like they were trying to update. The whole front of the property was void of any plants. For the price I found it underwhelming.

Well overall I have to say it wasn’t terrible. Service was excellent for the most part. The food was average and they had a limited selection. Plus it was a bit overpriced.

The hotel was good. The receptionist were all very friendly. The AC in the room we were given upon arrival was not working & they quickly were able to accommodate us into a new room which was nice. I did a staycation here with a few friends. During our trip, my car battery died but luckily Colin was happy to & able to assist us with getting my car started & he made a stressful situation very stress-free. Thank you Colin for your help, it was definitely appreciated. We don’t have any complains, very satisfied.

The stay was for my sister who was visiting the area from South America and is a limited-English speaker. The Hilton staff was extremely attentive and very kind with her. They went out of their way to find ways to communicate with her. She definitely plans to stay at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas again.

We came on vacation with another family and shared a villa for 7 people (3 kids). The villas were spacious and had everything we needed to spend 3 nights comfortably. The staff were very kind and helpful. Special shout out to Logan, our shuttle driver, for taking us around the resort and nearby areas and finding our daughter's goggles she left in the back seat. We spent time at the main pool and the villa pool and enjoyed both. Also, loved the movie night in the pool. Thank you for the hospitality!

It was a great stay. I had a room adjacent to the pool are and was still not disturbed by the outside festivities

This was my 3rd time staying at this property. Each time my experience had improved! The property itself is very nice. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of + some! I’ll definitely continue to stay here whenever I am in the area.

I was put in a Villa and when I arrived I noticed that several things had not been cleaned and that the furniture was VERY dirty and stained. I was extremely tired from my trip so I just went to bed. After about 30 minutes there was a loud noise that woke me up every hour on the hour. I called the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful. They switched me to a new villa for the 2nd night of my stay. I was in town getting my elderly parents home to live with me and I did not have bandwidth to request a refund for that 1st night but I feel I do deserve a refund for that night.

Went there to relax and peace and quiet.

We stayed for a wedding nearby and had an amazing weekend. Drinking, shopping, laying by the pool, and great food. Walking distance to food and shopping so we didn’t need to rent a car. Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We were quite disappointed with our Villa this year. After staying for a week last year at the same resort (Different Villa), we were expecting the same top notch Villa we had the previous year. Unfortunately, the Villa we were assigned this year was very subpar. The sink was plugged, and the disposal did not work, The stove in the unit took forever to heat up and would not cook anything we put in it even close to the estimated time on the food label, the toaster would not stay down on one side, the faucet on the sink in the master bedroom was so loose it felt like it was about to fall off. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty looking as well. We also found a box of cereal in the kitchen cupboard, and a stick of lip balm in the second bedroom from a previous occupant. This unit is in serious need of appliance upgrade and deep cleaning. For the expense of staying in these Villas, we expected much more. There are way too many options in the Scottsdale area, to put up with this dated and unclean property for future stays.
On a positive note, all the cleaning ladies were extremely friendly and always offered us more towls and water.

It was great.

Nice staff, clean, quiet and very comfortable bed and pillows.
Short staff at the coffee bar on the weekend and the bar for food one night.

Front desk staff member Robbie (I believe his name was), was super nice for upgrading my reservation into a villa when I told him it was my son and I with our dogs checking in. We had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Pool needed attention. Resort could use updating. Especially toilets and bathrooms.

Nice big suite, quiet and easy to get to all the creature comforts.

Checkin had to come back twice room not ready.
Fire alarm at 3am that wouldn’t go off - bride stood outside on day of wedding for an hour until had to move to other room.

Not allowed to check in until after 4. Property is run down and spread out. Pool facilities small and crowded

Paper thin walls. Mediocre amenities.
Far better options throughout Scottsdale.

Pool open until 10, and pool bar open until 11. Bar service slow during the day.

The hotel needs a renovation. There is plans for an extensive one

We like that the pool has a bar and food service. The Starbucks on site is also a plus!

The stay wasn’t really worth the cost of the room not to mention breakfast wasn’t even complementary after pay that high cost for the room.

All was well.

Too much noisy landscaping work at all hours. And the landscaping work seemed unnecessary- hours spent sculpting bushes to a perfect shape and then continuously shaving off pieces every day. It put a real damper on any outdoor activities on the property.

Location is excellent. Plenty of parking. Pool gets busy and they ran out of towels two days in a row. Almost two hours to get new towels the first day at the pool. Pool was also pretty chilly. Room smelled moldy immediately following showers the first night, that never went away. Other places are better for the price.

Environment was fine, room was clean. Ceiling makes the loudest creaking sound keeping you up all night. Front desk claims it’s normal from weather but it was sunny entire time I was there. Wouldn’t book again do to being awake all night.

Beautiful property. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken, and we didn’t get to use it.. that was something we were looking forward to coming from Colorado.. wanted to sit outside in the hot tub and look at the stars.. too chill to do that in the pool.

We were surprised to find that The villas are a 10 min walk from main hotel area….
Also surprised to find our villa was very tired - and has some maintenance work needed (Missing kitchen items/broken kitchen cabinet front/cranky dishwasher paint “patches” needed). Not up to Hilton standards.

This hotel has a beautiful exterior. The view is amazing. Service at the restaurant is great. The interior of the rooms is just okay. I could not check in early without paying an extra fee, same if you want a late check out, even though my company paid for a meeting conference room. I didn’t feel the quality of the room warranted the price.

not impressed by villas. costly, yet very basic and poorly cleaned.
