The room was nice, but the TV did not work. I called down to the desk but I was only there for one day so I just let it go.

This hotel was one of the accommodation options for my stay. It was a great hotel for the price and convenience. The only downside was that the parking deck was across the street.

Cozy hotel on the beach. Staff is very friendly. Elevators need a re-do. Asap.
Twice we had someone try to access our room. No idea if they were staff or not? Was difficult to tell. Our door also did not close all the way on its own. Thank god we noticed.
The room was clean. Balcony is very small. Breakfast was a good value.

There was no housekeeping to clean the room.I told for receptionist 3 times ,the cleaning person come and change one bedsheets and left without changing the other bed .no water , no coffee

Very pleasant stay.

We exited the facility on Sunday afternoon, checked out gave them the key and a receipt was emailed to me. This morning, we received a phone call to visit the front desk at the check-out time. The had no knowledge that we were out of the Hotel and the room had been paid for.
Equally alarming were the number of cockroaches on the property, including one in our room.

When we first arrived and check in, I was told that the room we booked was no longer available. When I asked why, they said it was because I booked through a third party (aka hotels.com). I booked a two queen bed suit and they gave us a one king bed suit with a pull out couch. They offer us free breakfast for our whole stay to make up for us not getting the room we booked. The pull out couch was terrible and not comfortable at all. We had issues with our tub and got moved to another (same type of suit) room the next day. The suit didn’t have any plates, silverware, etc in the cabinets. So if we brought food back we had to request utensils. The view was amazing. There is a an adult gym and a play ground for the kids right behind the hotel, so that’s a plus in my books. The staff was very friendly. The pool was cold, it doesn’t get direct sunlight for the whole day. The only reason why I would book Thai hotel again is the location of the playground right behind it.

The hotel is ok..You can definitely hear everything in the rooms. They charged me extra stuff and the parking is not free which I thought was free parking... But all in all it was ok...The restaurant needs to add more to the menu as well

Clean good staff

The housekeeper never came to clean the room and give us new towel , we called and complained 7:30 pm . They showed up around 9:00pm .

The staff were all super nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious (although unfortunately not complimentary). However I could tell that this hotel used to be fancy but is definitely becoming a bit rundown. The pool was pretty grungy, and I actually ended up having to change rooms because of cockroach sightings. My friends also got downgraded and ended up not having enough beds for everyone.
Overall, pretty standard hotel.

Charging $15 a day for handicap parking is reprehensible

This was a great stay overall. It was clean rooms were worth the price and housekeeping staff were awesome. There was only one bad experience with a front desk employee named Sue who was unnecessarily rude and nasty. Otherwise great experience here.

Very good service

It was a good time expend with the family and really recommend.

The staff was very friendly!!

Great stay! Staff were friendly. 4/5 stars due to a few minor items. There was a broken shower wand that squirted water everywhere while the shower was on. And the room door wouldn’t self latch. We had to pull it tight to make sure it locked before leaving. Also, one particular staff member kept using the elevator, he really smelled bad and the smell would linger in the elevator. There wasn’t a time that i can recall using the elevator and without try to hold y breath. I would stay here again but i cant give a perfect review due to the above issues.

Excellent Hotel!!!!!

This is the 3rd year in a row we have stayed here. It has gone down hill with the cleanliness. The service in the restaurant was slow. The pool and the areas around the pool were dirty. The lounge chairs by the pool were broken. We saw a couple small roaches in the bathroom and a big roach in our dresser. Our bathroom sink was clogged. It was really disappointing to see how much the property has declined over the years.

Nice location

Eric Perrault front desk manager was rude, disrespectful and clearly biased in his interaction with us. I’ve traveled with my organization to a Marriott brand hotels all over the world and have never experienced such appallingly insulting behavior.
3.7
The bathroom was the only bad thing of our stay. It was small and the door was not openning completely because of the height of the new floor. The bath was old with lots of uses that didn’t make us comfortable. For the rest two nice queen bed comfortable and a small balcony with sea view.

Good everything

Excellent stay, beaches are clean and well maintained. Hotel was steps from beach and excellent condition

Quiet and relaxing

The thermostat battery died and the AC was stuck on high and god only knows what temperature. We came in super late so i waited until the morning to call and the person at the front desk, Sue, was not very welcoming. Maintenance was very helpful. Another interaction with Sue was the same rude tone. I am assuming that is just her way, and maybe she would be better suited no serving guest directly.

They charged my card again after it was already paid thru travelocity.

Location was great.
Bathroom was terrible. They really needed a fan and new shower curtains. Not sure if there was sand or mold on the shower curtain.
The main room was great, bed comfortable, loved the fridge and microwave.
Hotel breakfast was ok. Usually went elsewhere. The pool was nice.
3.7
Staff and service excellent. Liked the updated decor. Room spacious with good amenities. Bathroom tiny but liked shower and bath soap and lotion very much. AC/heater kept temperature nicely but was noisy—may need servicing. Breakfast was very good as was service. Beach was idyllic while we were there and enjoyed the balcony and ocean views.
3.7
The elevators were not working, so we had to use stairs. Even when they were working it was scary to take a ride, the doors were closing on you.
3.7
Elevators are slow and they only have 2, room needs updates,restaurant/cafe staff very slow.
3.7
This hotel is not up to Sheraton standards
3.7
Good hotels I loved the weighing I recommend it
3.7
Horrible elevators. One was broken down. The space inside was tiny. Tinier than normal. It took my husband and I 30 plus minutes to get on an elevator. Horrible!
3.7
Hotel is old and needs a complete redo. Room smelled of must and mildew. No balcony, no view, room felt like a dungeon and prison like. Didn't even stay the night, drove back home. Will never stay here again. A complete waste of money. Do not stay here.
3.7
Great location and staff was friendly. Property needs an update... It's your typical chain beach hotel. Breakfast buffet is too pricey for the quality. Walk a block or two and you can find far better for your money. Checkout time is chaos with the limited number and size of the elevators. Again... The place needs an update, but for the price is was fine.

Been there a few times- i like it

I booked two rooms for my family and they were placed on separate floors, and they were only able to accomodate us on the same floor by downgrading one room. I appreciate they ended up refunding the second room, but I would have preferred to get what I ordered. Also, the second room's door lock did not work (battery out?), and it took an unacceptably long time to fix the problem. Finally, unknown hair in the bathrooms. This is the worst. It's such an obvious sign that the room was not cleaned properly. It's like finding a cockroach. If there's one, there's more. What else wasn't clean that we didn't notice? Finding a hair is just so gross when checking in to a hotel room.

Off to a bad start when we got there. Michael, was rude and unwelcoming when we pulled up. Upset that we pulled up to get our bags out. He proceeded to scold us and made my partner take the car over to the garage while I had a pile of bags in the humidity. Watched me struggle while I was trying to get them on the cart. Another worker came over to help. The worst part was that while I was waiting for my partner to come back from the garage across the street, he was letting OTHERS leave their cars parked. One car was there before we got there and was still there as we were walking to our room. Around 30 minutes. Rude! Just rude. Check-in was a little rocky as well. Not the nicest guy. Room was beautiful with a few random stains on the carpet. Double lock on the balcony which was nice. No issues with noise even though we were close to the door. AC had a hard time keeping up once the curtains were open, but we were outside most of the time. Easy access to the beach. Gym was a bit dirty: I was in there 3 days in the row and the same garbage was in the treadmill cup holders. Water and towels were stocked in the morning. Overall, happy with our time there. Interactions with workers needed some work.

The Hotel was this okay. When we arrived we had to wait over three hours for our room, which in the end wasn’t our room they gave us a room that was available at that time. The bathrooms were unbelievably small for a family of three. The beds were okay. Had better and had worse.
The elevators were very slow and also very small. We did not have an ice machine on our floor and the floor below had a broken ice machine so we had to walk two floors up and over the entire length of the hotel to get ice daily. The luggage carts the hotel uses are terrible. They are a triangle shape so loading and pushing them over the door frames were impossible. When using them to check in and out both times our luggage fell onto the floor because of the shape of these things. It made for a terrible beginning and ending to our family vacation. The location of this hotel is great but
the price of this hotel is not worth it. I would spend more money next time to have better quality. I was disappointed, we have stayed in many Sheraton’s before and loved them. This one we did not.
