You get what you pay for, we just stayed over night. Not the cleanest.
3.5
Room was very clean. Beds were very soft and comfy. Guy at the desk was very nice and helpful. Had a great stay will stay here again.

We left before spending the night! The hotel reeked of smoke and a half hearted attempt to cover the smell with cleaning product. The hotel HAS NO CAR CHARGING. The TV has a huge scratch across the screen.
3.5
Inexpensive place to stay. The girl at the checkin counter was very nice and friendly, wonderfully pleasant.
The location of this property is ideal for shopping, food, and major roadways.
3.5
The continental breakfast was horrible the muffins were stale and my husband's was moldy

this place is very good for the price

Terrible

Smoke smell in entryway. Liquid splashed on the wall over waste basket. Blood on the underside of the quilt when it was folded back.

Someone tried to break into my room at three am this morning and again in the 4:00 hour.

Filthy! Looks nothing like the pictures. Checked in and immediately checked out had to go down the street to Springhill Suites and purchase a room just so we would have somewhere to stay. This place needs to be shut down. I cannot describe the filth! Mold, hair on beds, dirty pillowcases entire building smells like an old basement. Do not book this place!!!!

Clean and nice stay and I would recommend this place for the price

We liked everything about it. We were close to everything. Check in was easy and the staff was awesome!!
3.5
The power kept going out and we understand that situation was out of their hands, but we had to go stay somewhere else so still trying to get a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay. The property smelled awful, like cigarettes. The rooms were okay, but things were falling apart.
3.5
Bed clean. Very limited breakfast. Floor dirty. One handle on tall cabinet came off. Screws too small.
3.5
Place was clean and bed comfortable. Decent place to stay for the cost. Breakfast was minimal coffee ,juice, muffins and an apple

When you first step in there it smells like an ashtray.
The whole place stinks and the rooms are poorly cleaned. There’s men constantly smoking in the front entrance and to top it off the beds had bedbugs. My granddaughter and I were both bit.
I was able to find the one. Put it in a plastic cup and gave it to the front desk attendant and he did not care.
That place is too expensive to be so disgusting.
Never will I stay in one of these hotels again.
3.5
not very clean room or frige ice machine not working not much for breakfast bathroom was very clean
3.5
the bathroom was unclean (hairs weren’t cleaned) the AC blew funny smelling air. we got there very late and this decided to stay. we moved to another hotel the next day. would not recommend.
3.5
I didn't like the old style bedspreads. The breakfast was a joke! The good news is Yum Yum donuts is across the street.
3.5
I didn’t like the stay. The building smells like cigarette smoke. The bathroom towels are old and feels rough. I noticed hair on the bathroom floor. I don’t like the fact there’s no elevator. I sense the owner and management are cheap. The breakfast was pitiful. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The entrance way and lobby smelled like smoke from the 1970's. The hallways smelled the same.
Our room was OK.
Won't stay there again.
3.5
It's a small room with a bed and a bathroom. That's it.
3.5
Quiet, but not clean.
3.5
This is an inexpensive hotel. The condition is poor- cracks in walls and flooring, stains in shower and on towels. The buttons to open front door from outside do not work, thus making this hotel not handicapped accessible. The lighting is low, not bright enough to read. The walls are thin, which meant the guest above my room could be heard clearly and made it difficult to sleep. The breakfast includes dry cereal, packaged muffins, apples, coffee, juice. Positives: bed is comfortable, good location, mini-frig and heater both worked. I only stayed here because it's the cheapest hotel in town.

The room had not been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had several types of hair and weird stains. Pillows and cases were also stained and they don't use pillow protectors. Microwave and refrigerator were covered in crud. Mirrors were filthy and the bathroom vanity had dried toothpaste running down the front. At first we were going to try and clean up and disinfect the room and requested new bedding, towels and a disinfectant spray. They could not find a disinfectant and gave me a flat sheet, then brought two pillow cases (there are four pillows) and a mattress protector when I had to specify what I meant by needing clean sheets. I promptly checked out and have a case pending for a refund. The person at the front desk was friendly and checked us in and out quickly.

Great. Price. Decent location

Front desk staff was alright to deal with, I stayed at this location for for a week. The room floors were sandy, and l I never did receive room service after asking to exchange towels.had to do so myself at the front desk. Free continental breakfast consisted of an empty juice machine, and huny buns. Highly recommend yum yum donuts across the street. All in all this hotel is a older building and a cheap stay if you are looking to just hang your head for the night.
3.5
Staff was good and friendly. Room wasn’t clean, blankets and towels had stains, room smelled musky.
3.5
The cigarette smell is over the top awful even in a non smoking room. It hits you at the front door and doesn’t let up. I left my luggage in the car to prevent it from permeating it.
3.5
The hotel was just dirty. Would t let my kids Eve take off their shoes. The bathrooms had mold, just felt like walked out of the shower just as dirty.
3.5
The front desk staff was very helpful in accommodating our family's reservation and room needs. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. We had a nice stay here.
3.5
Bed was comfortable but the room/bathroom (around base of toliet) was dirty. Even saw a cockroach come out from under the toliet seat. Don't put out enough breakfast items for # of people staying in hotel.
3.5
Breakfast was very bare bones. Pre packaged blueberry muffins or choice of 2 cereals. Can get better deals through hotels.com but this was a last minute choice.
3.5
Convenient to shopping and restaurants

Stood at reception waiting for someone to come to the desk for about 10 min. The woman was very bland in tone. The room was overall clean, except the entry way wall and bathroom walls. Looked like they had been sprayed with coffee and never wiped off.
I stayed 2 nights, and the mid morning after the first night, there was a knock at the door. I was not clothed so my bf went to answer the door and before he got to it, the woman just unlocked the door and opened it!! She wanted to know if we wanted towels. He told her no and closed the door. WHO JUST WALKS INTO A GUESTS ROOM?! from there out, we put the DND hanger on and chain locked the door.
The envelope under the tv with "Thank You" in big letters, implied cleaning staff wanted tips left. Thought that was really unprofessional.
The only reason id stay here again, is because its conveniently located to Everything. Highway, food, shopping, coffee etc.
3.5
Clean but worn down. Shower faucet was problematic.
3.5
Room looked clean but found a couple bed bugs. And there was probably a lot more.
3.5
Cleanliness was a big issue for me in the hotel. From the moment I stepped into the hotel the carpet was visibly dirty not in a worn down way but that it wasn't kept up with. The upstairs hallway where I stayed had so much dirt along the edges of the hallway it wasn't the kind that built up in a day. I attached photos of all the build up on the corners of the room where I don't expect daily cleaning but any type of regular routine would prevent. Sheets and towels did appear to be clean.
If you have accessibility needs please note there doesn't appear to be an elevator.
Safety and security
They did have sufficient cameras, the lobby door however was not secured after hours and on one instance there was no one at the desk.
The door of the room appears to be too small for the frame which prevents the room from being fully dark after hours.
3.5
Room smelt dusty. Torn curtains. Dusty shades.
