The front desk rep was great but the room heater didnt work had to move to another room and it didnt work either but they was able to keep it on running which mean i couldn't control temp but overall hotel old but nice bartender was not friendly at all to noone

We liked it, my husband loved the hot breakfast made to order, good selection . We will keep embassy suites in our mind next time. My family enjoys it.

It was great , you couldn’t really control the air conditioning even though there was a thermostat. It was great stay though . Room service was great & very nice staff.

The pool was old, cracked, and cold. It also had a high chlorine smell, which means it's got a lot of pee in it. It was hard to breathe, so we only stayed a few minutes. The suite we had, had 2 tvs. Only one worked, the other had the cable wire cut, and capped, so they knew it was broke. By the time we found out, we were too tired to move. The whole place smelled musty and the parking garage was super confusing and smell like cow manure. We will never stay there again. The breakfast was good, the staff was nice, and offerred free water.

I've always been a huge Embassy Suites fan (childhood memories, I suppose). The "safe underground parking" here only allows vehicles that are under 6ft 6in tall....I just bought a new truck (not a crazy lift....it's factory), and almost scraped my hood before I stopped and realized it wasn't going to fit. After that, you have about 8 parking spots in front and some not so safe areas to park in the back. It rained while I was there, and they had about 6 buckets catching leaks from the roof, my coffee maker didn't work in the room, AC wasn't the best, and only one elevator was working on "my side" of the hotel. I still love Embassy Suites, but this one isn't the best.

Other than the parking and lack of security in the underground parking garage the property is great. Clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and a good breakfast.

The hotel building is really nice inside- just like the photos. The interior lobby and restaurant section felt nicer than the room. We had a suite style room and it was spacious, though the toilet flushed so slowly that it worried us every time. The room was pretty old too and didn’t quite live up to the Hilton standards we were expecting.

I called the morning I was to arrive and was assured there would be linens on the pull out couch. No linens. I waited 20 minutes before anyone showed up. I had to request clean towels on Saturday. There is black mold in the caulk around the tub. There was no place to park Saturday night. When is the last time you painted the stripes in you underground parking lot?

I had to switch rooms because the tub was broke in the first one and the toom was dirty. The ac did not work in the new room, so we were hot all night.

We really liked our stay at this location. Our room was a king suite and it had so much room! We loved the ability to park in two different lots and the breakfast was above average. Comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms have been updated and well kept-sparkling clean.

Sad that this used to be such a nice hotel. Looks like this hotel is stuck in the 90's. Nothing has changed since I stayed here back then. The lobby was hot, the desk clerks had to have 2 fans blowing on them just to keep kinda cool. My room was OK, was never a comfortable cool/cold. Find another hotel to stay at in this area.

The lobby of this hotel was so hot. Just sitting in the lobby I was sweating like crazy. I’ve stayed at several embassy suites and never experienced this before. The parking situation is a joke. Completely awful and feels very unsafe in the underground garages. The pool had so many chemicals in it in the morning my kids couldn’t swim. Very disappointed

The place is outdated. And the all of the hotel smells Moldy. Including the rooms they dont smell clean. Im very surprised because Embassy suits has higher standards. Just avoid this place.

Its Dallas so the location is never gonna be perfect. Nice hotel, rooms are spacious, lobby is nice, breakfast was awesome. Rooms could use some updateing. Furniture is outdated but still nice. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and they did a great job cleaning. The condition of the property is a little rough. The pool was very cloudy so we weren’t able to swim like we had hoped. There was a parking garage down below but it’s very confusing and very tight to move your car around.

This was tied for the worst place I’ve ever stayed , the toilet was so low it felt like i was going in the woods the lamps were all broken , no electricity ion one side of the bed the bathroom door didn’t close and it stunk ! The parking lot was disgusting and scary .

The property is dated. Parking above ground is limited. Underground parking is tight... typical problem when in any major city. The free breakfast is good...above average. We stayed on the second floor with 2 beds and a separate room. We have TV in the bedroom and living room which is nice for the kids. The elevators require room key which can be annoying but good safety depending on how you look at it.
