Everything was great. Hotel very clean and nice. The complimentary drinks during happy hour were amazing!! Rooms are very nice and clean. The indoor pool is very nice as well. Breakfast had great choices and a made to order omelette area. If I had any complaints it would be that I wasn't told about having to put a $100 deposit til I got to the hotel and also you are charged $10 a day for parking. All in all great trip and in walking distance of the Metro main reason for picking the hotel.

Excellent experience

The hotel was OK. I feel like the rooms can be updated a little they were a little outdated they can use some fixing up overall, the day was OK. Breakfast was delicious. I know my daughters enjoyed the pool.

Very comfortable. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Metro.

I wanted to surprise my partner because I have t seen him for a month. He drives semi trucks. Check was nice all except the noise. We were up all night! He left early and only took an hour nap before heading back out. I did complain to the front desk. They extended my stay for 1.5 hours and that didn’t help. It was a family with six small kids. The screaming, jumping, banging up against the walls were ridiculous. I’m a mom of five but sheesh. Never have I experienced this at a hotel stay.

Overall a wonderful hotel with excellent amenities-especially the evening reception which includes a free drink. But I couldn’t fully enjoy my stay as our room AC was not working. The room was 78 degrees and that made my stay miserable

I have stayed here before and liked it, however this time around I was given a room with urine on the bathroom floor. It made me terrified that the bed wasn’t clean as well. The worse part is this is the second room I was given the first had a strange extra door attached that led to a middle room, the crazy part is my room butted up to the stair well, and the laundry room not another hotel room on the side the door was. It was highly creepy.

Room was clean and provided what I needed for a one night stay. I did notice underneath the bed had a lot of trash and debris from previous guests.
4.2
The stay was nice, conveniently located near Spring Hill metro. The breakfast buffet was adequate and the evening ‘welcome hour’ was a bonus.

It was good!!

Not bad at all we frequent this location. They do need to update their furniture and vanity.

Much enjoyed our time there!

wonderful experience!!!

When we arrived, at 2:50 (our room was to be ready at 3:00), the room was not ready because they were waiting on housekeeping. We had driven 2 hours to get there. We were not able to check in and there were no restrooms available because those were being cleaned as well. This only took 30 minutes, but the front desk staff were not very considerate when checking us in.

I didn't stay and canceled through app beforehand and still was charged for one night! Now have to wait until Manager whose not available and who has to make decision today to see about getting it credited back

It was amazing there. I recommend this hotel 💯💯

It was great!

On Sunday the breakfast was very pared down from Saturday and Monday. Plastic utensils and no turkey sausage. Few workers cleaning up. I remember when this Embassy Suites had do-it-yourself waffle makers which were much better than the current offering.

Stay was great. Loved the evening reception and free everyday breakfast. Omelettes we’re made to order and were delicious with plenty topping options. Pool is small but no bad. Parking lot is big and not bad at $10 a night. Only gripe is we requested towels one afternoon and was told 10 mins and they never came. We just grabbed extra towels from the pool area. Overall good stay would definitely come back.

Great experience- pretty room, nice shower, Great breakfast! We were in a hurry- so didn't get an omelet to order! Next time!!!

We stayed at this location once before. Love the location, rooms are very spacious and clean. Service is very good.

Great little staycation with my son - the staff is wonderful, property is clean, evening reception and breakfast is great.

The front desk receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful. It took me 30 minutes to check in because he kept insisting that my card was declined for the $250 incidentals fee. I tried multiple cards, all of which worked elsewhere, but he continued to say they were declined. He repeatedly stated, "That's the rule of the hotel, and I need the $250 on your card. It can't be cash or anything else." He offered no assistance and just kept repeating the same thing over and over.

This is well located with great service, friendly staff along with great selections for breakfast and of course, a great happy hour!

Below expectations compared to other Embassy Suites.

Excellent stay overall, really liked the location of the hotel with loads of shopping and dining options close by and only a few mins walk from the metro. The size of the suite was perfect for us with the two rooms, the kitchen area was useful and the bathroom was huge. Free breakfast was great though wish it was on until 10 during weekdays (I was travelling with 2 teenagers...). Loved the omlettes especially, though some pastries would have been good (advertised but none on offer during our stay). The evening reception was a great treat with free pretzels and chips and soft drinks for the kids. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly, especially the omlettet makers and bar staff. We only had the room serviced once, and only one bed was made (sofabed, whilst other left unmade, which seemed odd) and the dwindling toilet paper not augmented, so we just left on the do not disturb sign for the rest of the stay. Also some previous resident had left a cigarette stub wedged in the window frame, I did dispose of that as it was a bit grim. But overall cleanliness was good. I would revisit this hotel as the location and size of the rooms are excellent, and the breakfast and evening reception are nice added extras.

If there ever was a nasty staff, roach-infested kitchen, poor-quality food, and an overrated hotel in NOVA, this is it: Embassy Suites by Hilton at Tyson’s Corner, Virginia!
Customer service: We were greeted by a couch potato and condescending front desk personnel who did not really like us being in the hotel. When we checked in, the front desk gave us a lower-rated room, even if we paid for a premium room. There is a front desk supervisor who runs around and attempts to boss others but is not in the business of solving problems. I cannot believe Hilton staffs people like that!
Diversity: Over 97% of staff are Hispanic, as many of them responded "no habla ingles"! There were only two foreigners (Africans) and two whites on the entire hotel staff. The GM also happens to be a Hispanic guy (who does not care to address customer issues but hides from the public) but who is happily staffing with people of his ethnic group.
Hilton is overly extending itself to owning most of the hotels in the area and does not care about hotel management, customer service, or guest security issues.
Embassy Suites by Hilton at Tyson’s Corner, Virginia, claims they provide a "free continental breakfast," but this is by no means what it says. The food is of extremely inferior quality; many items are not available, poorly prepared food runs out quickly and does not get replenished, as well as the kitchen staff having an intolerably bad attitude when interacting with guests. Fruits and foods such

Front counter staff wasn’t very pleasant. No ice in the ice machine on the 5th floor and the breakfast buffet area was a mess.
