very impressed with hotel cutting breakfast hours form 10am to 9 am meant I missed breakfast both days - little silly also had late check out and the guy came up twice as I am picking my bag - really other than that great place

This wasn’t what I expected after reading reviews and looking at photos. It’s motel style. The pool is completely empty not useable. One vending machine for the whole place. The towels and sheets seemed clean but dingy and scratchy. Bed springs were broken. The front desk staff seems to hate their job. I have never stayed somewhere where the staff told me to come get the toilet paper they neglected to stock in my room at the front desk They have free breakfast which was ok. Checkout at 11am but they deactivated my cards around 10am. I would have probably had better accommodations at the Super 8

Decent clean room but very outdated facility. Thankfully we got put into the “executive building “ so our rooms were accessible from the inside of the building (hallway). Although this was also very outdated.

We would not stay there again. There was a broken framed picture on the wall that could have fallen apart and hurt someone. There was a broken light bulb, dangling from the socket that could have broken and caused a fire. The walls were dirty and the bathroom was dirty. And there were 2 broken chairs.

The hotel was decent - the beds and bathroom was clean. The carpet in our room had some stains and was torn at few places. Overall an average experience.

Property was run down. Room smelled like it was smoked in for 20 years - but covered up with a half-done paint job. There was chipping paint in the doorframes. When checking in, the staff member was laughing the entire time. It was very uncomfortable. No AirPods, no TV was visible. I asked twice if everything was ok and he proceeded to laugh. Also, having tiny bed pillows are uncomfortable too - dimensions were 7”x7”.

This place is so bad even the Bates Motel would shudder. It has zero redeeming qualities. Best Western should be ashamed to have their name on this dump. Which is unfair to dumps. My socks were FILTHY after walking the floor. The towels are exfoliation devices. The bed is sunken down in the middle. The interior lighting is way too bright. The curtains don't work to block out the exterior lighting. From the moment you drive in and see the parking lot, you know you made an error in booking this hole. The ownership clearly puts no money back in to the property. How sad is it, that the Comfort Inn across the street looked 879x better. One would expect more, a lot more from a Best Western. The only bright spot was the decent restaurant next door. There was absolutely no way i would even think about trying the free breakfast in the lobby.

It was a 2.5-star motel. Clean... enough. The cheap bath towels felt like 40-grit sandpaper. This orange gunk was all over the halls, and the pool wasn't open. Breakfast closed at 9:00 am, which is too early for a Sunday. The desk clerk felt a bit creepy. The whole experience was just... 2.5 stars.

It was a convenient location but the room i stayed in was not impressive. The bed was very uncomfortable, I did not have water pressure in the shower, and the main light of the room flickered often. I was only in for a few days and was going in and out, it was an okay stay but I would probably choose someplace else who maintains their rooms. Additionally I was not informed housekeeping was limited unless requested, read that on a sign as I was checking out. I feel like all guests should be verbally communicated that piece.

Was not able to check in because may card does not have my name on it. Banks in Mexico stopped putting names on cards for security reasons about a decade ago.

We just stayed one night, but were happy with our stay. Comfortable, clean, quiet in a good location. My only complaint was the strong smell of cleaner that was used on the floor or the bedding. I believe it was the bedding because the pillows had a strong smell from a cleaning agent. I considered asking for a room change but we left the door open for about 90 minutes and that helped. There is a fantastic restaurant next door called the Colonial Cafe, which has great food, and a wide variety of ice cream desserts.
