Not worth trying to find parking. Just pay for it to make your life simpler. The room didn’t have anything wrong. Overall a perfect stay

The room was huge. Plenty of space. Clean. The price was very reasonable for the location. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is great. The stuff is very friendly. The room is big and clean. The only problem is checking in line was too long and take more than 10 minutes for checking in.

Stayed here once before years ago and recall it being standard DT quality.
Stopped here on the way home from a college visit for my son in SC and found it needing some upkeep.
We rolled in really late (12:30pm) and the check-in was good. Didn't wait too long and checked in quickly.
The hallway on our floor was kind of warm and damp (temps in the area were not that high) as was the room. Even after running the AC at 68 degrees, the room continued to feel damp (our parking ticket was soft and pliable from the dampness). The AC unit itself had rust on the top.
The bathroom needs some work. Mildew stains on the tub caulk. Damage to the sink basin stand. Tub clogs after first shower and the fan doesn't seem to help remove moisture.
And while it may be "normal" for hotels in the area, the cost of the breakfast in their cafe is ridiculous. $29 for the buffet and most non-buffet breakfast items are so expensive (many are $20 with no coffee or sides included), you may as well just get the buffet. And they didn't post the menu/cost outside. So you don't see it until you sit down and they've already given you coffee/drink. I almost paid for the ($4 each) coffee and left.

No AC in hallway in SOUTH TOWER. It’s as if they don’t care about ventilation what so ever since that’s where they put 3rd rate party guest

Ridiculously high prices for breakfast $28, to have a microwave in room $25, parking $40 , and there was no pool which was why I chose this hotel. I saw pictures of a beautiful pool taken 6 months ago shown when I looked up the hotel. NO POOL!! I will not use Expedia again to book a hotel.

Decent hotel near the airport and Pentagon. Easy access to major roads. Rooms are a little dated but clean.

Room was dirty and i even captured the flies inside the room in the pic! Terrible stinky smell when we checked in! Staff is unprofessional and rude(Jordan was the receptionist)

Welp they didn't have a fan in the bathroom. All this money and they can easily change that out. But that's not a deal breaker for me.
However WHAT IS! ... and now I have to question their ENTIRE level of cleanliness!!!... is there was a VERY USED tampon just chillin in the room... on the floor! Not in a corner, behind a chair or furnace, not coverd in a window... literally just on the floor by the bed.
So, to me... that means that NOOOBODY in the cleaning staff caught this vacuuming, or picking up the linens or wiping down the desk or closing/ opening the windows. NOBODY! cuz it had to be there IF they cleaned the room. Well now I gotta question EVERYTHING... did you actually change the linens?, what about cleaning the toilet... the shower, are my pillows just turned or did you give me new pillow cases. Smh.
I actually like the hotel too... like it WAS one of my go too's in Arlington. Idk if I can really trust it after this. When bottled drinks are $4, and parking is $45... I kinda expect to walk into a clean room, or at least not one that has a dirty panty liner just on the floor. I called house keeping to get it... and it wasn't that big of a deal to clean up, but to have a guest have to call about it at all probably's not the best look for you as a business.

This was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and the view we had of the washington monument was amazing. The staff were all amazing, especially the servers in the dining area. The warm cookie at check in was a cool suprise! Water pressure was way better than our house. Nice size tub made it nice to unwind and take a bath.

Affordable hotel that’s pretty nice. We had water come through our ceiling from the room above us; their bathtub overflowed. They upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience. The Skydome was interesting to see and hotel food is pretty good.
