I had a fantastic stay at the Hard Rock hotel! I wanted a staycation over a long holiday weekend. I attended the John Legend concert, had brunch in the morning at the diner, and spent most of the day at the pool. It was a wonderful visit, and I look forward to another stay in the future.

When I booked, I did not realize that there is no A/C. Even in the mountains in the fall, it gets warm. The hotel is older and the exterior warm. Even with a box fan running, the room was too warm. On a good note, the staff members were pleasant and accommodating, and the bed comfortable.

Comfortable room overall, but no safety lock from the inside, which was not good for children who could easily open the door; we had to prop the door with a chair to keep family safe. Wished there was more room for children in the meal area...felt very crammed.

Beautiful area. Nice safe area to walk. Property is a bit outdated and worn out. The room had an overwhelming smell of air freshener or maybe carpet freshener…had to open all the windows to air it out. Otherwise seemed clean and had plenty of clean towels and pillows.

This is an older property but well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only down side is no AC which I didn’t think would be a problem at the end of September but it was 80 in the room at 8pm. We did ask for a fan and were provided with one.

This is an older facility that has been nicely kept up. The people above us left at 4:30am and we could hear them walking around. Nobody's fault but next time we would request a 2nd floor room. I appreciated a dog-free building, but saw people sneaking their dogs out in the morning. Very nice breakfast. Beautiful setting close to walking path around reservoir.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. I love it. The room was great very clean and the bed was very comfy. The location is awesome right by lake Dillon. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Stay here if you want to ruin your trip! We were unable to sleep throughout the entire night because people partied in a room nearby and played the same song on repeat until 4 am. We called the front desk several times and management did nothing about it. There were people in other rooms pounding on the walls, but they kept playing music and management allowed it. We are gonna request a refund. This is the most horrible hotel stay we have ever had. The bass made it impossible to sleep and it completely ruined our next day because we got two hours of sleep.

I visited from out of town to attend a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. This was right across the street and was so easy and convenient for my wife and I. Nice property, decent clean rooms, and really great continental breakfast.

Everything about this property is great unless you have a bottom floor room and the people above keep walking back and forth. The breakfast is good, rooms clean, there is no AC so just ask for a fan and open the windows. Worked ok for us.

Did not get the room. The desk clerk was beyond rude and angry. I am hard of hearing and she had to repeat herself a few times. Then says what’s the matter you can’t understand asian accent in a snarky voice. I said it’s been a very long day of driving in traffic and she didn’t need to be f’n rude! She said no room for you m’efer and slammed her door shut. Bad enough for me but my wife is in poor health. We are here for a wedding in the morning and now what do we do?

We were surprised there was no air conditioning. The beds are very soft and need to be replaced, at least our room was that way. The hot tub was great but the sauna never heated up. Very clean.

Excellent location for concerts at Dillon Amphitheater. The property is older but the rooms are clean and tidy. Friendly check-in staff and a surprisingly good breakfast with eggs, bacon, and waffles. Perfect unless you're seeking luxury.
