PROS: Quick check-in, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Wonderful customer service from front desk agents, particularly from Joh. CONS: Blackout curtains did not meet at the middle, so light still came in. A/C unit was extremly loud when it kicked on, so I had to keep off at night. Overall, a great stay.

We were told on check in we would have maid service every other day. We never received maid service our entire 4 day stay. Our last full day at the hotel, I specifically asked the front desk to have the room cleaned before 2PM that afternoon when we left for breakfast. We were gone all day and returned at 3:30 to clean up for my 50th year high school reunion. On of the maid staff came to our room while we were getting ready. I asked her to come back in 1 hour. when we returned from the reunion activities, at 10PM, the room had not been cleaned. This entire experience was not acceptable. We will most likely never stay at a Marriott property again.

Cable and internet were down for first day/night. Internet was fixed, but cable remained down due to "complications" with their cable company. Cable was fixed after 2 days, and then the elevators were broken for last (2) days.

Hotel is great looks nice and has a great feeling customer service is great at helping you with things you might need during your trip. The king room i got is a bit small but has a nice new look to it and another bad thing would be that in the pictures the pool actually looks bigger rather when you get here its quite small.

We were excited to stay at this hotel. It is very nice looking and the staff was very helpful. However, nobody informed us at time of booking that the water would be off. No warnings the day off either. We showed up from the Safari park and couldn't use the bathrooms because no water was in our room. We had to go across the street to the shopping centereverytime someone needed to use the restroom. A bit of warning and we would've been out most of the day instead of returning to our room. Other than that, the hotel and staff were fine.

Spacious common area, clean rooms, good food! My only suggestion is to clean up the pond area. It looks so pretty from a distance but up close you can see it has a ton of trash in and around it plus a bad smell. If that gets cleaned up I would give this hotel 5 stars.

Overall, property is fine, but I do have some complaints. Rooms Are not made in between the days you stay. We stayed for two nights and the room was not made once. At night you can hear the cars on the freeway. They charge for parking even though the hotel is located in a residential area. Showerhead is fairly low so if you are over 6' tall it might be a problem. No exhaust fan in the bathroom either. If we stay in this area again we'll look at other options.

Relatively smooth check-in, despite a long line around 4 pm. Somehow, we were booked into a handicap room at the end of the hall (nearest to the freeway and fire exit), with a creaky low rise platform bed and fixtures. We seemed to have missed out on housekeeping services, and the room was not serviced during our two-day stay. Someone opened the fire door around 5:30AM, triggering a brief alarm, and later another guest's dog started barking. Not a good night's sleep either night of our stay. The pool and hot tub water was a bit cloudy, not clear. Hotel grounds could use some clean up since some guests neglected to use the trash containers provided around the main entry.

Buyer beware! I will not be staying at this hotel in the future. I booked a room through the Expedia app with no issues. The day of my reservation I called the hotel at 5pm to notify them I would be arriving late around 11pm and the staff members verified my reservation at time. When I arrived at the hotel at 11:09pm I was told by the same stuff member they were over booked by 13 rooms and had no rooms available due to Expedia overbooking. I reminded him of our phone call from several hours prior and magically he had a room available. It appears the hotel is not willing to honor Expedia lower price and giving Expedia app users rooms to people walking in. The hotel was clean. The room was nice however I will never book at this location in the future.

The property is in a quite and safe neighborhood. However, the room assigned to us in not ready (checked in at 1 pm), no shower curtains, run out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Informed the front desk the following day but the person in front desk did not follow thru so when we returned that night about 10:30pm, we did not have the amenities to use for the shower.

The elevator door closes too soon . If you are not on the side of the open elevator the door shuts. It is difficult for seniors to run to the elevator and probably dangerous if a kid gets in without an adult. Wish there was better dining option at the hotel.

This Courtyard needs a refresh. Hotel is clean and staff are great. Rooms are showing their age, as well as some public areas. We chose this location for convenience to area attractions.
