Comfortable bed, clean linens & towels. Lot of Southwestern motif decorations - I liked it. Nice server at the included breakfast. I was pleased with our choice of this hotel.

Ideal location and price for visiting white sands. Having breakfast and being pet friendly was a plus for us. Nothing fancy, budget friendly, and met our needs. I would stay again if we went back.

Amazing place. I was very surprised. I expected a no good place but it was the opposite. I think this is going to be my favorite place when I pass this way again. Thanks for the great stay.

Outdated but clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is from a menu of tasty dishes, although amounts are a little small.

It was perfect for our stay. Older place but clean and comfortable. Close to White Sands NP.

The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The floors were dirty. The bathroom could definitely use a remodel. Road noise was loud. For the price, overall it was good.

A good overnight stop.

Stay was very uncomfortable. The bathroom tub was clogged and even after continuous complaont it wasnt fixed. Food was good but the stay was not as expected.

No complaints. The room was comfortable and clean. By the time you factor in the free breakfast, it’s a decent value too. The breakfast burrito is fabulous! I did find that the online price was cheaper than when I went in to book a room in person, so you might check before you walk in. Lescombes Winery and Bistro is just a couple blocks away and great for dinner.

No shower curtain and coffee maker leaked moderately. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

A very cute establishment. If I make it back to the area there I’d definitely visit again.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are clean and they were very nice. The person that checked us in was very friendly.

Once again, I believe, the front desk sees that we booked through Hotels.com and gave us a terrible room location. This time the closest room to the freeway. Very, very noisy.
This has been a pattern for the last year when booking through you.
Quite disappointed.

The included breakfast options were very good. The location is incredibly convenient to White Sands National Park, the Space History Museum, and other attractions in the area. The hotel is being remodeled so all of the rooms are updated and comfortable.

Great property. Beautifully decorate. Helpful service. And a really good breakfast that blows other properties included breakfast away.

Room was comfy The bed had crumbs on it. Checkin staff was excellent. The room’s ac wasn’t working well and the front desk took care of it right away sending maintenance. The pool was freezing cold—we couldn’t get in it. Overall it was a pleasant trip. A nice breakfast is included

Did okay for a quick overnight stay in the Alamogordo/White Sands area. It's a step above a Motel 6 but expect no-frill rooms, although the pool, local crafts/gift shop, and breakfast restaurant were nice to have.
The room itself is dated and could benefit from an update, but everything worked and was clean-ish.
A limited breakfast menu is included (coffee or juice plus the "basic" selections from the restaurant menu), which I found pretty disappointing. A very small portion of food that left me still hungry. Definitely not worth the menu price but as a free breakfast it's certainly better than nothing.
Good for an overnight stop when driving through or visiting White Sands, but I wouldn't want to spend more than a night here.

We read a lot of reviews on this hotel before we booked and while the hotel is fine, it certainly was not a ten.
First, the positives. The check in was excellent, the lady at the front desk, I believe Jackie, was fun, gave good details and made us feel at home. The pool was nice, clean and in good shape. The room was fine, smaller, but that's what you get for roadside motels/hotels. The bathroom was clean and had the regular supplies you would expect. This room had a spa tub and it worked well, the water was hot and the tub was clean.
The negatives. The room smelled of mildew. And yes, they know it. There was a damp-rid on the shelf, filled with at least 4-5" of water. Should have been replaced a while ago. The bed was soft; really soft. The curtain rod was broken, had to use our portable laundry line to pin it together. There were small push pins in the curtain that someone had used to try and keep the curtain up. The furniture, overall, was old and worn.
Now, please understand, this is not a bad place for a quick stay, however, it's not a 9-10, more like a 6-7. If I were in the area again, I'd pick something different. Plenty of choices.

Went out for a football game and stayed one night. It was a nice place, very clean and convenient to the area. The best part was the staff and breakfast . The beds were comfortable but the air conditioning didn’t work too well The bathrooms could use some upgrades. I would stay again and definitely recommend!!

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The property is a bit outdated. Good place if you are on a budget and want a friendly and clean place to stay

Whenever I come to town this is the place to go. The beds are always comfortable, and rooms are clean. The price is perfect for my budget. The breakfast is great.

The staff definitely elevates this property from average to good. Definitely dated, particularly the bathroom. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was made to order and included, with an option to purchase additional items or special meals. If you are looking for something more contemporary and upscale, this is not it. But for traveling and a good price, it’s definitely worth the stop. For a longer stay, it might not be the best option, although it is very close to many restaurants and has a nice pool area. We’ll definitely stay again when we travel through Alamogordo!

The breakfast was made to order off a limited but very good selection of items. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They had complementary sled checkout for White sands. Rooms were clean and spacious.

My friends and I stayed only a few hours as a quick stop during the night while road tripping. The room was clean, and everything was neat; however, the one drawback was the A/C circulation throughout the room: it was not the greatest and was a very warm night. However, everything else overshadowed that small detail. It is a great place to bunk for the night!
