Room facilities were very good.

The hotel location was good. It was very close to Union Station, CN Tower, Metro convention centre and the Rogers centre. The staff were amazing and were able to provide us with an early check in.

Visited with my family and my dog. The direction was a little bit confusing but guest service directed me how to get there and when I got there everyone was very helpful with no delay very nice service. CN Tower and aquarium very close by

I don't have anything to say about the hotel itself. It was amazing, people working over there, the Team and everyone was perfect
But.. About the Hotel.com, I have lot to say.
How I can be in Canada, renting an hotel room in Canada and you give me a price which I agree and pay and then when you charged my Credit card you charge me more? And when I reached out you told me it's because the price was in US Dollars? How you dare? In your receipt your just mention dollar, on the website you just mentionned dollar. How you dare now tell me it was US dollar? Hotel.com doesn't have any respect for their customer. And the Lady I was talking to was just repeating this is the price, this is the price. It's not an answer. I'm in Canada, I'm renting a hotel room in Canada. You MUST give me the price in Canadian Currency. If it's US dollar, you must mention Clearly USD which you didn't do and now you charged my credit card 200 dollars more than the price I've agreed with you.
Be respectful of people, that's the only thing I request!!

Very noisy Brody be train station and we didn’t get enough sleep

Our flight was early in the morning and they accommodated our rooms quickly. We got an upgrade with view of the jays field. It was a very nice hotel

You can't beat the location. That said, the hotel is otherwise nothing very special. It's a nice Marriott, close to the train station and super close to lots of attractions. We were going to a baseball game at Rogers Centre, so it was perfect for that.

Hotel was loud. For the price ($500 a day) even the water in the room had a charge. Won’t stay here again

We had a great stay at the hotel. Amazing views and amazing location. Unfortunately, the cleaners need to do a better job checking under couches. Our 3 year old found a random pill under the couch, ate it, and we ended up in emergency for 8 hours and missing our flight home.

The hotel was great. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of storage for clothes in the room which meant leaving most things in the suitcase.
We had a few good meals at the Sportsnet Grill. If you have the chance to have breakfast there, make sure to ask to sit in Alex’s section. He was a great server - attentive, personable and made sure we had everything we needed. I felt he went above and beyond, especially since we had the buffet. Thanks Alex!

Great experience and place to rest after a concert at Soctia

While the hotel and staff were fantastic, we were quite disappointed with the pool. The water was cold, and the atmosphere was very uninviting. It is somewhat isolated from the rest of the hotel so it feels a bit creepy. The elevator from the fitness centre down to the pool also needs a makeover.

Hot tub not working/no water in it.
Bedroom was so dry, both my kids woke up with nosebleeds.
Shower in hotel room very slippery.
Pullout couch very uncomfortable.
Expedia included a continental breakfast. Staff at hotel said not included.
I had to pull up the ad on Expedia which was not accessible or outlined in the receipt. Had to find in original search.

Called down to front desk for valet to retrieve my vehicle. The gentleman said it would be there in five minutes. Went down and waited 45 minutes for my vehicle. Head of valet said it was on its way but it wasn’t until the 35 minute mark that another valet took our ticket and made a call and stated that they never received a call from the front desk.

So convenient getting to the CN Tower and the waterfront. Buffet breakfast was tasty and revealed a great view of the field.
My body soap dispenser was empty, forcing me to use the hand soap bar.

Sky box suites are amazing!

The property was ok. It was weird how the wall had leakage and was soaked. The carpet was also soaked about 8-10feet from the wall. The paint was peeling and the baseboards looked like this has happened before. I don’t know if it came from the out side rains or the upstairs suite but it was an unpleasant surprise. We ended up moving the furniture around to avoid the large area of soaking wet. Only a two day/night visit. Great place and even better location otherwise.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We are big Blue Jays fans and it was so wonderful to stay as close to Rodger’s Centre as possible. Also a close walk to Union Station and other attractions. Thank you all for a great stay!
