Booked a stayed at this hotel & unfortunately tried to switch my stay by 1 week and lost my money. I always loved staying at Doubletrees by Hilton but I will never will stay at one again plus I will tell anyone who wants to know about them to never to stay there. I would have ordered room service there because I’m disabled and couldn’t have gone out.

The hotel could be cleaner and updated. Our room faced a utility room which was odd (no window in our room looking outside). Felt very depressing

Our room had a musty smell to it. There was visible mold in the shower. The property seemed dated and in need of updating.

This entire chain is in decline and its management just doesn’t seem to care. It’s chronically understaffed, just which appliances won’t work is luck of the draw (telephone didn’t work in this one, so no wake-up calls), and it’s not clean. Maintenance work is shoddy and obvious. Also, the person at the front desk would not tell my wife our room number after we just checked in and I had gone out to get our luggage (I gave my wife her key, but had mine in the paper folder that had the number written in it)

Hotel was clean. But what bothered me was the American flag they are flying was torn. Not cool. Another flag flying was in shreds sheer curtains throughout the hotel were torn.

Elevator was down more than it was running. Not good for those that are elderly and handicapped. Broken tiles in the elevator which made for a trip hazard. Everything else appeared to be good.

This is our second time staying at this hotel on our drive home from vacation. It is very clean and the beds are so comfortable. Will continue to make Harrisonburg our stop in the future.

Front staff was friendly. Elevator (only one for the whole hotel) broke down while we were on it. Had to pry the doors open to get out. Room smelled musty. Shampoo holder broken. Gym was very hot, set at 80 degrees. Not a good variety of dumbbell weights. Went from 5lb to 20lb. Breakfast was disappointing, eggs were wet. Overall just so-so, could definitely make small changes for improvement. Probably won’t be back.

Nice hotel that is aging and needs an update. The pool area was nice, but the furniture was old and uncomfortable. In addition, the indoor pool was not heated.

The actual hotel itself was average..a little outdated. The hallways needed significant paint jobs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, my room had a musty odor. Overall, I would recommend for 1-2 night stay.

The rooms were nice and clean and there were a lot of restaurants around. I didnt know i was above the pool so it was a little noisy but its good that it stopped at 10. 9 would have been better but it wasnt bad.

The property advertises it has a pool. Be warned, it is out of service. Per the staff, it needs a new motor. They have no idea when the issue will be fixed.

The stay was fine, nice pool and restaurant. The air conditioner in the room had exposed wires and was so loud it was hard to sleep. The main elevator seemed to miss the floors and had to adjust before opening the doors.
