Other reviews had me worried, but due to location and price we decided to try this hotel anyway. This hotel was clean and in a great 'safe feeling' location (it's surrounded by a business park). The only thing I could find to 'complain' about would be the light fixture in the corner was dusty; that does not bother me. What I care about: that the bathroom and beds were clean top to bottom, and they were. The front desk didn't give the normal hotel amenities and hours spiel, but she was to the point and pleasant. We would stay here again.

Our stay was for two nights. We found the hotel staff to be exceptional, helpful, and kind in all areas of staffing and management. They bent over backward to meet all of our needs. We want to recognize Ashley, Danyelle, and Sian for their wonderful service to my wife and me. They made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

The check-in was fine. The hotel is on the older side but has been reasonably maintained. The room was very comfortable, with a well-lit workspace and a large TV.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. (It was very firm) There was plenty of parking. We only found ice on one floor. The hotel was quiet. Overall great stay.

I booked this for the price last minute, and tbh when I pulled up I was a little unsure as a solo traveler. It looked super old and I saw few cars when I arrived. It was non refundable so I stuck with it and I’m so happy I did. The inside was nice, clean, and cozy and the staff very friendly. This hotel seems like a takeover project from another company so don’t let the low price or exterior sway you. One of the ladies who helped me said she was from corporate and goes around to different locations - give her a raise/promo/whatever she wants and she will keep being a fantastic host.

First our tv didn’t work. Second really miss not having a free breakfast. I could pay the same amount for fast food as at hotel. Third, our AC/heater was very loud. Lights over sink and microwave were very dim. Pool was low in water and very cold. Parking lot had dim lighting and tall bushes close to entrance doors. Felt unsafe in that area. Won’t stay here again. Not worth the price

I have stayed here twice. For the second time now, my card has been charged for another deposit days after my stay. They charged it when I checked in, the next day it was credited back, and then a couple of days later they charged my card again. When I called, I was told it was “a glitch in their system and there is nothing they can do, and hopefully the charge will just fall off.”

Besides the fire alarm going off our first morning….workers were installing and assembling tv’s in the hallway beginning at 6 am Sunday morning. Arguing, laughing, drilling and opening boxed tv’s with no regard to hotel guest sleeping. Couldn’t even get through the hallway due to boxes and tv’s blocking path, which is ironic considering we had to evacuate the morning before due to fire alarm. Very poor planning!

This hotel was pretty good. Friendly staff but only one person on duty at night. Could have used help I’m sure, but nice lady. Doing her best. Room was clean. Stain on the blanket but clean along with the sheets which were ok. Towels and washroom clean too. I know this is how it should be but these days its an exception rather than rule. I travel with my own blankets.

The woman at check in was very rude. 1 elevator was broken. Plastic trash all down the hallways. No refrigerator in our room. This is our 3rd time there. We reported problems with the refrigerator and they clearly did not replace it. During check out, not friendly or barley speaks....

there were no luggage carts available upon arrival (there were no other cars in the parking lot!), one elevator was not working, and internet access was not available. The rooms keep looking more run down each time I stay there.

Staff was very friendly. Lobby and elevators had strong pet odors. Room was fairly clean. Some stains on the comforter. Small television. Location is good. A little off the beaten path but conveniently located. All in all we had a good stay. Price was just right. Would recommend.

The staff was friendly. The property was clean and the lobby was nice. What i would change is the breakfast choice. Having that cafe is a waste. They could give their patrons free continental breakfast and possibly charge for specialty coffees. More people would probably stay longer if their was a complimentary breakfast.

We stopped here to overnight on the way to Lake of the Ozarks. The hotel itself was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Perfect place to overnight. While we did not use the pool, we had a view from it from the patio on our room and it looked nice. They offered coffee and tea in lobby in morning, which was Starbucks brand. The cons: The front desk staff were not overly friendly or hospitable either at checkin or checkout. The rooms had thin walls. We could hear the couple in next room while they had a conversation in normal speaking levels. The vent in bathroom was dirty. Overall this is a convenient hotel on interstate and we would stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times while attending events in Noblesville. The units are a bit outdated, but it is a great property for people traveling for leisure and/or with family.

The property lacks of amenities for the guest, no continental breakfast or nothing to buy a hot or cold breakfast, common areas no clean, pool are no attractive at all, room service is until certain hour because the staff leaves around midday, so you have to be up before midday if you are lucky for the to clean your room. Thebprice was not reasonable for what the hotel is. Never again.

I have no complaints about our stay. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower water pressure was lacking but it was plenty hot. Only real issue was no breakfast options and some noisy neighbors but the staff was on top of it and got it under control. I'd stay here again for sure.
