Room is fine. Place is decently nice. Location is great. I had a do not disturb sign on my room and room service banged on my door 1.5 hours before check out telling me I need to check out now so they can clean. I said check out is at 11am and she threw her hands up at me. The front desk gave the most generic cookie cutter response and took no action. If you’re looking to pay for a room and be kicked out early book here. If you want a better experience pick about any other hotel in the area. I’m over at the other Hilton now and it’s far superior.

So I’m usually very pleased with this hotel and have given it rave reviews because of its proximity to Disney springs and general amenities. I am a passholder to a park and stay there almost every visit to Orlando. That being said… this trip was no bueno. I contacted the hotel prior to my arrival to ask if they had any packages to prep a room for a celebration. I just got engaged. The answer was a thoughtless no. Could care less. I get there and check in to a mobility friendly room. The shower was one of those that had a hand held feature. The problem was it was broken, leaking and only faced the wall. Furthermore, the toilet made a terrible screeching sound for minutes after flushing. I contacted the front desk and they said they couldn’t change my room at all and would send someone within half an hour. At 11pm. I’m like forget it I’m tired. The next morning I go to the front desk and show them videos of the room so then they decide they magically have a room available to switch me. I was checking out the next morning so would only be in the new room one night. If there’s one thing that I think is TACKY is when room service bangs on the door hours before checkout. I felt rushed and disrespected after the room fiasco. They took off the self parking charges for the trouble, but still charged me. I’m irritated to be honest. I always stay here, but man this experience was really bad.

The digital key is a great idea but we came in after dark and it was impossible to find where to park, to find our building and room and to navigate the hotel....the air con was on arctic blast, the sheets smelled like bleach and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable

The mistake was mine—I thought I booked at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista, but turns out I ended up at the Hilton Lake Burna Cista Palace, which is definitely no palace. I even upgraded to a room with a view, hoping it would soften the blow of my error, but nope, didn’t help. Long story short, I won’t be making this mistake again—the difference in experience and cleanliness between the two places is like night and day.

Wonderful place, great location. Disney springs shopping is about a 15 to 25 minute walk depending on your speed. The room was spacious with an awesome balcony over looking the area (I faced I-4 and the large pond) and a ceiling fan. The room service was good and fairly quick. There are several restaurant/ lounges available and a game room for the kids. Very awesome stay, and if I visit orlando again, I would consider staying here again if possible.

We choose this hotel 95% of the time we are in Orlando, and once in a while, this hotel is our only destination. The lazy river is amazing, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food is delicious, too! We love the breakfast options at Citricos - breakfast bowl is always a hit!

What a fantastic experience! This was a last-minute decision to leave a day early and stop through Orlando and we decided to stay at this hotel and I am so glad that we did. Everyone was amazing. Our room was fantastic and we were even able to see all of the beautiful fireworks from the theme parks.

Hotel is ok overall but the service by the management was awful. Treated very poorly. The lobby, restaurants and main areas are very nice and clean. Pool area is great and there were plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. We’ve stayed at this property several times but will not be returning due to the service. It’s a shame.

Easy access to Disney Springs by foot was great. Complimentary shuttles to Disney are a big plus. Easily access to park is a huge perk. For the hotel, Beds were comfortable. Room cleanliness was ok but daily maintenance could be improved. We Stayed a whole week and our bathtub/shower was not cleaned once. Hotel is very noisy, but could be this time of the year too with summer holidays. Music and noises from lobby can be heard on upper floors even past 1100 pm. Beautiful big pool and lazy river. Water is crystal clear but was pretty dirty My kids and I were grossed out by the amount of hair and dirt and other crap we saw in pool. We went on 3 different days and it was the same. Also I forgot my sunglasses in the room one morning on my way out. When I came back they were gone.

First time staying and was happy it exceeded my expectations. Parking was easy, check in was quick and staff were friendly. The room was spacious for a basic double queen room and beds comfortable. Love the in room offerings like their shampoos and lotions. Elevators were fast. Facility was clean and the pool was the highlight of the trip. Easy walk to Disney springs. We will be back.

I have stayed at this property many times and loved it This was the worst experience I have had at a Hilton I did not get my room cleaned once . There was a pitbull in the room next to us that barked all night. We spoke with the cleaning lady the second day and my husband gave her a tip and asked that our room be cleaned and she took our money and did not clean room the room was so dark you couldn’t see to do makeup We left early mainly because of hurricane coming and the front desk wanted to charge an early check out fee even after I discussed what had happened. Double insulting as I actually paid for this room twice. We had to cancel the week before because of a family emergency and paid for hotel in full. Paid again in full even though did not use two days Also there was a beauty conference and they screamed and Slammed doors all night long not relaxing or fun at all

Wow, I have not stayed here since before Covid… So disappointed, filthy the room. There was a big white sticky stuff on the ground in front of the bed. The pullout sofa bed mattress has not been changed in over 30 years The shower floor had mold on it The pillows are harder than rocks and the blanket sucked oh, and the ice machine wasn’t working on our floor Just an absolute disgrace, very disappointed in Hilton I will never stay there again

We stayed there for 7 nights. It is walking distance from Disney Springs area. Shuttle bus service to all 4 theme parks are great. You need to make a reservation online for shuttle bus. It is included in your stay. Tatum from front desk is the BEST. Emer on the other hand is the WORST and makes us feel unwelcomed. Refuse to give 2 water bottles despite our long stay there. A bit noisy (kind of like a white noise) because the atrium of the hotel is open all the way up to 12th floor. Don't worry. The noise goes away during the sleeping hours.

I normally stay in 2 bedroom suites in Florida but wanted a few nights of the trips near Disney springs and this was amazing ! Bit tight for my family of 4 to stay here for a full 2 weeks as we like having a kitchen etc but was a great experience for a few nights . Would stay again

Went here for my honeymoon, had a view of the fireworks at Disney. Was a lovely weekend. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Walked to Disney springs a few times during our stay.

I would like to add that this is our 2nd time visiting in the last month. On our 1stvisit we Stayed in the main bldg. That visit was outstanding. Our last visit we stayed in the bldg next to the pool. If you want piece and quiet, i wouldn't recommend this bldg. We had to endure marijuana as well as noise throughout the night. The cleaning lady would come at 11pm and you would here all this noise when you're trying to sleep. The main bldg is where you want to be. Plus you have this long walk to get to your vehicle when you want to go out.

We loved our stay here. Great view of the fireworks from Epcot and Magic Kingdom from our room. AC worked great, comfortable beds. We LOvED the pool, lazy river and Shades. We walked to Disney Springs every day. We will be back for sure!
