This is worse than a dump. the picture shown does not look anything like reality. There were broken widows in adjacent rooms. the room was so filthy that i didn't want to sit on the couch or the bed. i ended up finding another hotel and spending the night at another place.

I was greeted with a nasty look. I asked to see the room and he made me wait until HE was good and ready. He was curt and definitely not someone who should be in the hospitality business. I didn't like the looks of the place and the pool was a green mess. It looked sloppy and unkept. I would believe this is a 'short stay' place. I asked some questions and received short rude answers. I asked why he was like that and I got more nasty from him. I asked for a refund and he obliged. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you are in dire straits. If you must, just walk in, hand over your credit card and keep conversation to minimum before you start spraying Lysol in the room.

I didn’t stay. When I arrived the front desk told me he didn’t have a room ready and said he might not even have one. Hotels.com said check in was at 2 but they wouldn’t let me have a room. He was very rude and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say so I ended up getting a room somewhere else so in the end I paid for 2 different rooms at 2 different hotels. I will never use Hotels.com ever again if this isn’t resolved and I get a refund.

Bugs, filthy, damaged outlets, holes in walls, security latch broken, light switches that didn’t work, homeless people hanging around the back of the facility, floor air conditioning unit that could be pulled right out of the wall- gaps so big you could see to the outside. Sheets and towels stained. Layer of dust / dirt on hair dryer. Ordered a non smoking room, but it clearly wasn’t- smelled like smoke, cigarette burns on tub, ashtray on table. Bedspread had stains on it, residue of which we could only imagine. Had reserved for two nights, went to cancel the 2nd night but they wouldn’t honor that- apparently they can take your money but not refund it for failure to fulfill obligations. Video / pictures available for any party interested in following up on this. This facility should be shut down for health and safety reasons. If ever there was a property requiring prompt action, this is it. Not expecting opulent accommodations at an Econo Lodge (we just needed to crash for a graduation ceremony / celebration) but cleanliness and safety need to be a given- this was nowhere near close.

We looked inside the room,then went straight to the office, and gave them back the key , they still charged me for the first night, they said it was because I booked the room through "Expedia". I will not make that mistake again. Don't stay at any Econo lodge, and NEVER use EXPEDIA

Room was disgusting, bed was unmade and looked like like someone just slept in it, couch and chair were so bad I wouldn’t dare sit on them, floor was muddy, I lasted 20 minutes in that room then turned my key in and left

Completely filthy, and looks nothing like it is advertised. There were holes in the walls, badly covered patch jobs, bedding was stained and had cigarette burns all over, roaches were coming out of nowhere, and there was exposed wiring. People who stayed in neighboring rooms were extremely noisy, and banged on our door in the middle of the night looking for random people. Despite the weather, the pool is not usable, it is completely green and disgusting. Overrall I would not recommend this place to anyone one.

I must admit I was more than a little bit disappointed the exterior hotel looks like the standard choice hotel appearance however when I walk through the entrance to the gas lobby front desk gentleman there was probably the best part of the whole experience he was very polite he is courteous an accommodating when I got to the room I could not believe my eyes it was in dire need of repairing some walls and the refrigerator was dirty the bed sheets look like someone's had slept in that they hadn't been changed and I questioned my safety because there was no chain on the door and the deadbolt apparently was very easy to maneuver because someone walked in on me I have no idea who he was right in my room.. and what really made me decide to even comment on this review was that the housekeeping staff was extremely rude they beat on the door 40 minutes before we were scheduled to check out and kept knocking at the door every 5 I'd say every 5 to 7 minutes after they initially knocked on the door. Dirty windows ,dirt in the corners , dirty walls and roaches.i

The room is extremely dirty, unsafe. Disconnected fire alarm, room smelled like sewer!!! If you walk on floor your feet or socks would get black from dirty floors. Mirrors and tv screen were so streaked you could see the picture! You had to get key card reprogramed just to get back in. I called the office to complain and night clerk blamed me and told me to speak to the manager tomarrow! Safe your money don't stay here!!!

Got into the room after fixing a flat on our trailer in the parking lot, the room had bugs everywhere . Stay away They wouldn't give us a refund either , will never use hotels.com either as they were zero help with getting my money back.calling credit card company tomorrow

This was my second time booking this hotel. I tried to give the benefit of doubt. The rooms are not clean, the bedding was dirty, there was no pipe in the sink therefore when i cut the water on it went straight to the floor.The remote control had no batteries. The cleanliness of this property is horrible. The Econo Lodge is a whole lot better. Its obvious they are ran or managed by a different set of folks. I will NOT be booking again.

Expedia had nice pictures of this room & hotel, which was nothing like it really was. Reserved for 6 nights, arrived to a smelly room, beds were hairy, dirty, moldy room with no towels, or toilet paper. There were bugs in the bathroom. I went to the office to request items missing and to tell them about the room. They had no housekeeping on site so they could not provide the items needed. We asked for a different room, which was a little better except the toilet had not been cleaned and the tub was moldy. I actually purchased cleaner and cleaned the bathroom myself. The next morning, we checked out and we were charged for the first night (which I agreed) but they also charged $75 because we checked out early. WHAT???? They caused it. I wonder if they do that to all of their guests. I tried to get Expedia to help but they would not stand behind their customer and said they would not investigate the hotels "check out" early policy. I was hoping Expedia would want to make sure the properties they represent are legit charges and that they don't rip us off. Expedia did not stand behind me as their customer and I will no longer use Expedia as this tells me how much I mean to them. Note #1: Expedia did state they called the hotel and they "negotiated" only one nights charge but I had to pay for the "check out" early policy. Note #2: I had already negotiated with the motel to charge one night but they would not refund the $75. It's the $75 charge I want back!

The room was one of the dirtiest i have ever stayed in. The mirror on the bathroom door may have never been cleaned. No vent cover on the fan. Lock was broken in the front door. Bathroom door was shredded. Just poor condition and unclean.

Picked Econo Lodge because it advertised 'Pet Friendly" on Expedia ! When I arrived, and had paid for my room... they said there is $15 charge for dogs and NO cats allowed ! I stated there was no mention of an added fee for dogs...and no cats allowed is NOT pet friendly ! I asked if they could waive the fee and they said "NO". I asked for a refund and they said "NO"...that I'd have to take that up with Expedia ! I had to pay the fee at that point. Thoroughly disappointed !!!

This has been absolutely terrible. We were first put in a room with a shattered window that had RIP with a ladies name written on the broken glass where apparently a yound lady was murdered after doing some research. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the curtains. After going and requesting a new room they gave us a key to an already occupied room. Finally after the 3rd try we were able to get to our room. Its been ridiculous. Stay away from this hotel.

To start, the ratings on this place is no way true and unfortunately that’s what I went by when I booked the room. The room looked like it has never been clean or if it has it’s been at least 6 months. The door was even in bad repair from it being busted in and the evidence was still visible. The furniture was nasty. The shower and bathroom wasn’t clean. I didn’t feel safe because of no chain on the door. As I’m writing this review or complaint, I actually had already paid for tonight but turned in the key without getting a refund and told them that this had been the worse experience I’ve ever had in my life at a hotel and I’m a retired veteran over the road truck driver of 27 years. And just so you know, I took pictures and have them and going to keep them for a good while because of wanting to show everyone I know and also tell them that if they ever go to enterprise don’t stay there. I went to enterprise Al because I live a 1000 miles away but have family there and I took them Christmas presents. I wish I would’ve felt more comfortable, safer enough to stay to spend more time with them.

We arrived 10 minutes before check-in & was told to come back at 3pm. We came back and the room they gave us wasn't even clean. Changed rooms and we have NO REMOTE, GARBAGE CAN OR EXTRA TOILET PAPER. They brought us clean towels everyday and that was it, no cleaning, no remote, no garbage can & no extra toilet paper until the last day we were there. Every time we went to the front, there was no one there!! We only found a few cockroaches...

This place had nasty bugs all over the place! Not only that but I opened a drawer and found PUBIC HAIR all in it!! I am BEYOND DISGUSTED with this place! The toilet paper was even dirty and my bed had a piss stain on the sheets. Disgusting. This place needs to close! Roaches, flies, torn up sheets as well! Oh and let’s not forget that they had a tv in there that didn’t even work and the fridge was bowed and opened from being broke and the microwave was broke too! The front end of the AC was torn off. Chairs had stains. Bath had brown stains all in it and I was mortified. Please please do not go here!!

Front desk clerk was super nice but the rooms are in need of much cleaning. Floors are linoleum and I had to wash my bare feet before putting on shoes. Ac/heat unit was falling to pieces but still worked even tho I had to find the knob and use one knob for both functions. Good thing it was hot, only worked on low cool but it did freeze us out. Top “blanket” is as thin as a sheet so it was like having 2 thin sheets. It was quiet the night we stayed and we slept well considering

I very rarely use hotels so when I planned a trip for Mother's Day, I thought I would go the inexpensive route for my one night stay. Wrong move. The old saying about a "roach" motel was all too accurate. I must've killed 20 of em and I slept in my clothes, on top of the bed with my luggage bag in the car overnight. In the morning when I had to take a shower, there was hair on the shower walls and curtain from the last stay. I was in such a rush to get the hell out of there, I forgot my dopp kit in the room. Called when I got home 10 hours later and was told the room had been cleaned and nothing was found. Of course. The only good thing about this whole place was the very nice girl who checked me in and out. If not for her, I wish I could give this place a below zero rating.

Very loud property, garbage outside the doors every day, the walls are filthy and most of the lights don’t work. When I arrived, there was a used pad in the toilet and the toilet didn’t flush. No chain on door, no inner lever lock. Was walked in on twice despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. They charged me $150 more than the Expedia price - keep an eye on your bank statement.

There was pee on the back of the toilet. The place stunk like pee, and the fridge smelled molded. The floor was dirty, and unmopped. I will never stay at this hotel with this name again. Disgusting!!
