My experience was good, room was nice

They gave us only 2 towels when we were 4, and outside smell a little bad

Everything was just perfect

Very clean

Room was clean for the most part, floor hadn’t been mopped in a while probably. Comfortable beds. Lots of late night noise as it’s close to the interstate and cops present at night for security. Pool was out of order.

The property was well kept. And the rooms were nice and clean. I would stay there again.

I don t like that at a regular guest, it s no parking space. It s no control , the restaurant run the whole parking lot. beside that it was great, I seeing it s a lot of new staff at the front desk, you know you get use to the old staff, they knew all the regular. My father upset one of his closest friends is gone. And he the captain of Maryland State police. But over , the housekeeping to me , does a great job.

The manager is hard to deal with. With most of the population being American that stay here we deserve respect and dignity. Overheard him screaming at a renter due to the renter complaining of being over charged. The manager is Indian and lack communication skills. Management isn't for everyone.

Only down side, elevator was out of service but other than that it was a great place to stay.

The room looked like it’s been updated except for the bathroom. The tub wasn’t very clean and it had cracks in the bottom. The water pressure wasn’t good because the shower heads need to be replaced. Other than that the Room was a huge improvement.

Hotel was good. Didnt have a refrigerator or microwave and the area was ok considering the prostitutes had to work.

It would have been much nicer if the room had included a coffeemaker, blowdryer, closet, fridge and microwave.

Pretty good however the elevator was broke to imagine being hammered and talking the stairs at 3 am

We were very disappointed in the condition of the inn. There were no microwaves or refrigerators. The elevator was broken. The desk clerk claimed that it just happened that day. I wonder if elevators are required to be inspected regularly and the management didn’t have it done. It was a very poor reflection for Wyndham. Of course we were assigned to a second floor room. We told the desk clerk that we could not carry our luggage up the stairs. She said she was alone and could not carry the luggage up for us. The room was pleasant but the tub was disgusting. I only saw one set of towels and I called for more. She said she would bring them right up. She lied again; she did not bring them. In the middle of the night I saw a bug crawling on the bathroom floor. I killed it but started worrying that it could have been a bed bug. In the morning, I found a pubic hair on the sheets I had slept on!! The sheets appeared to be clean and newer, so that was another disgusting thing. The breakfast consisted of a granola bar and juice. The fruit basket was empty. I complained about that and the other things. She said that she would note my complaints and tell the manager who was not available. I told her I would never stay at a Days Inn again. The desk clerks blamed the poor condition on the remodeling and the lack of micros & fridges on Wyndham and the minimal breakfast on hotels.com. If I don’t hear from the manager in 24 hours, I will not stay at a Days Inn again.

My parents enjoyed their stayed and was very pleased. The room was exactly like the picture shown on the website.

Room was clean, updated. No microwave ,no refrigerator. No breakfast,only coffee, 2 types of juice, granola bars. Nice place to spend a night.

The air condition didn’t work and dead bugs on the floor

The check in took an hour. Breakfast was never served.

I..checked out in 20min....the room smelled of dog poop...and dog hairs where all over the room

The room I stayed in had peeling paint in the ceiling, bathroom was dirty with mold all around the toilet, and inside the tub, stains on the walls and floor, the pictures they have online of the rooms doesn't look like the rooms. This motel needs to close down and do renovations. I wanted to leave but didn't want to loose my money.
