Good parking, great hotel, lots of food in walking distance. Close to freeways, clean bathrooms, rooms and living space. 13/10. Great staff.

The room was ok except for the plumbing, we had to call maintenance because there was no cold water!! We were placed in an older part of the hotel, where the rooms aren’t used regularly. He fixed it temporarily but by the second day back to boiling water…we had to let the water run for about 15 min & keep moving the handles back & forth until cool water came in. Otherwise, the cookies are delicious!

I had a good stay this trip. Staff is nice. Room was nice. Only had one issue. When I tried to use my Amazon Firestick it pops-up a splash screen, like when you try to connect a laptop to their wifi, which you have to agree to their terms before it connects to the internet. Not a problem with a laptop but on ther TV it wouldn't load the page so I called the front desk who put me in touch with tech support. They had to add my Firestick MAC address to their firewall to make it work. Took a little time but it eventually worked. Oh, maybe two issues. The wifi speed is terrible. I think I was getting about 10 to 12Mbps so you may get some buffering.

The shampoo and body wash pumps in shower wee empty. The water pressure barely there. Couldn’t really take a shower properly. Also the shower water handle are all the way inside the shower so you have to step in and be blasted with cold water to turn on the shower. So in conclusion the shower situation sucked big time. But the breakfast attendant was super nice. Only good thing to say about my stay.

The room was OK. But the service in the dinner dining room, the assistance provided to print out a document on my behalf, or when the attendant provided a free coffee when i had not time for breakfast tells me that your STAFF makes the difference.

This was the nicest hotel staff I have ever met. Very helpful and made mine and my partners stay very memorable. Arthur helped us when we first arrived and Dang helped us at night to book a second night. Both were super helpful and nice. Would recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel for business for several years. The new updated rooms as a DoubleTree are very nice and comfortable. The updated lobby sundry area is welcomed as well. Appreciated the free water in the room too! Easy hotel to stay at for business.

At one point, we followed a lit EXIT sign to stairs and an exterior door and ended up outside in a very narrow space. There were mechanically locked gates at BOTH ENDS. I did not see an electronic plate for unlocking the door we came out of. IN THE CASE OF A FIRE OR OTHER EMERGENCY, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN TRAPPED IN A DISASTROUS SITUATION!

First time staying here. Very upscale and clean. Rooms were gorgeous & large. Beds VERY comfy which is rare for hotels. Fridge cold upon arrival. Made another reserv for weeks ahead but would stay somewhere else if something was available. Beautiful pool, very warm and clean, but the jaccuzi was lukewarm and same temp as the pool. it should have been at least 100 degrees. Alex the front desk person on checking out was clueless about how to ring up items to purchase from little store in lobby so we left without snacks / drinks for the long ride home. He needs proper training. Pool hours open only until 7pm was very disappointing. For the price, these negative things are unacceptable.

Front desk staff was friendly. The prices were more affordable than other places near LA without sacrificing quality. Property is close to many restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Balcony had a nice view.

Property is being updated and they were working in different areas around the hotel.Very nice rooms - the area at the front desk for a little shop or items to buy for snacks roped off and not operational presently. Attached restaurant looked nice - I did not use it as I was traveling solo and brought take-out to the hotel. Vending not available on most floors. They moved me because of a maintenance issue and they were very nice about it.
