Great location with easy access to the freeway. The breakfast were good. The only thing that I didn't like is the showerhead, it is very small and hard to shower. It takes awhile. It be nice to renovate the place as it is aging. The rest are good. Good customer services

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There were problems with the toilet & the sink draining. Otherwise, for what I needed, it was ok. The price was acceptable, the $200.00 deposit was unexpected.

This was one of the worst hotels ive stayed at. There was poop on the toilet paper roll, only two light bulbs worked in the whole room, the control could only turn on the tv but not change channels or volume or anything. When I first arrived to check in, I was asked to wait because they were busy with a report. Mind you, I had just driven 5+ hours from out of state, but was asked to wait. The elevator was so rickety. Everything was outdated and the ac smelled so bad. Never staying here again. Oh! There was a also a $200 deposit that isnt mentioned!!

The whole building was outdated and smelly especially the hallway/ stairs carpet. The breakfast taste awful too. This should be below motel 6 level but they charge best western price.

Interior is old and worn out. Carpet old and dirty, coming up in places. Sink stopper not working. Interior decor looks 40 years old. Some interior stairways had jury-rigged ramps. Some interior ceilings had jury-rigged panels and sheets covering up something wrong with ceiling.

This place looks good from the outside but the rooms are really run down. The bathroom is gross, everything felt dirty. I’ve never been to a hotel that runs a credit card twice. Once for the room then one for a deposit, which took forever to do. The free breakfast isn’t all that great so don’t expect much. Make sure you don’t keep anything of value in your car, I saw some people on bikes a few times that looked like they were checking cars. Overall this place isn’t great, don’t let the reviews fool you.

Disappointed to the room assigned to me although it is a large one. Room is bright enough. Its floor carpet looks like unclean probably because of too old. Electric power socket are all so low that cell phone need to be placed on floor while charging.

Front desk staff was very friendly. She patiently replied my questions when checking in. I do enjoy the quiet environment. Room is clean as well. I definitely will come to stay here again when I am in Ontario area.

Nice, clean bedding. Carpets need cleaning. But pretty pool area and the jacuzzi works. Everyone on staff was very nice.
