It clearly says the hotel has sauna and steam room but when I got there, they said it’s under construction, the hotel is under construction and there’s only one elevator working in the lobby and it takes a long time for the elevator to transfer you to the floors, they should either close the Hotel finish the construction, and then open it or open up another elevator

Our family trip was amazing in your place. Friendly stuff, great pool and bar, family terrace room with garden was excellent big enough for 4 of us. Location is perfect. Thanks Hilton Bosphorus! We will definitely come back.

The hotel over all is old hotel but we had one of the remodeled rooms and everything in the room was pretty much new, the Staff was extremely helpful and nice and that was one of the main things made our stay unforgettable, thank you so much for going above and beyond to make sure our group of 20 is happy Thanks Again

We had the executive room, everything was perfect. We were abit spectical about staying her because of some of the bad reviews we had read. But we had no issues at all. Staff were great the hotel was amazing and great location.

Extremely friendly staff and very professional. Front desk personnel especially Zaineb was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff specifically Mohumut Amin were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back

Since I did not have the opportunity to go out of Istanbul for this holiday, I wanted to try Hilton Bosphorus for a stay and I’m more than satisfied.

WE HAD A TRULY PERFECT STAY AT THE HILTON -THE FOOD ROOMS CLEANING AND EXECUTIVE LOUNGE WERE ALL EXCELLENT THE ONLY REGRET WAS THAT THE INDOOR POOL WAS CLOSED AND SURPRISINGLY THE TENNIS COURTS WOULDNT HIRE OUT RACKETS SO MY SON WAS DISAPPOINTED AT NO BEING ABLE TO PLAY

The property is iconic with wonderful views of the Bosporus and lovely grounds including an expansive pool area. But, the real highlight is the excellent staff. They are there to help, with a smile, whenever needed. I look forward to staying at the Hilton Bosporus again.

However, it was Özlem Çalışkan, the guest services manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Her beaming smile and supportive demeanor during check-in immediately made us feel welcome and valued. To our delightful surprise, Özlem’s kindness didn’t stop there. She thoughtfully sent us a bottle of exquisite wine and a scrumptious dessert to our room, adding a touch of luxury and personalization to our stay. This thoughtful gesture was not only heartwarming but also showcased the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service. The excellence extended beyond the front desk. The housekeeping team deserves a standing ovation for their impeccable attention to cleanliness and detail. It’s always a pleasure staying at the Hilton Bosporus. It’s my favourite location, close to everything, clean and beautiful views. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding As a female solo traveller always felt safe! Looking forward to see the new renovation!

The reception made sure that the rom had no perfumes / detergent smells present. (This is rare to experience because many places use refresheners to cover up the deep cleaning that's missing.) The view and the location was just breathtaking. It was the best Hilton, and hotel experience in general, so far.

Staff were absolutely wonderful- polite, helpful and friendly. I was particularly struck with how kind they are to the local cats. I am not a huge cat fan but it's nice to see some kindness. The hotel is lovely; clean and well looked after. The rooms are a little dated but nothing unbearable and despite this they were clean and room service always left everything very neat. The health centre was very nice- I can highly recommend a massage from Murat- he is very knowledgeable and an excellent masseuse. The outdoor pool is great- nice and deep, very clean and quiet.
