We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay! I want to say and I hope it is noted that out king bed was awesome!!! It did NOT have the too hot memory factor am toooers that all the hotels are changing to. Those beds are hell- thank you sooo much for keeping the oh so comfortable and cool mattresses!!!! The only thing at this location was the super bright ugly light trained on the hot tub???!!! What the heck? No ambience on that… but we loved our stay and we will choose Travelodge in the future!!!

Beyond run down hotel. So outdated and nothing like the pictures. Fridge had to temperature gauge, so everything froze. No hot water on the second floor at all. No matter how long we let it run. Door frame all busted and black as if someone was trying to kick their way out. The outside stairs are carpeted? One night there was a crackhead shooting up right outside our door. The whole place just needs to be demolished. Do not stay here.

The mattress was pretty bad. The dressing area door and bathroom door were dirty. There is Some orange/brown substance along the wall base in the bathroom and wall paper peeling. It needs a general redo. Otherwise location is good and the lobby area was clean. Staff was very nice. Parking lot needs work!

The staff was not at all welcoming here. They certainly did not appreciate our business. The shower head was really low - only able to wash from the chest down. A tall person could never take a shower here. There was food leftover in the refrigerator. The room had a musty smell.

Pros: plenty of parking. Super friendly staff. Close drive to everything Palm Springs downtown. Quick check in. Cons: card keys don't work on the door half the times. Old dated hotel. Internet was working intermittently. I thought housekeeping skipped my room, but they will only clean your room every 3 days. Bathroom needed repairs.

Never even stayed the night.. upon arrival cops were there. Paid an extra 34$ for early check in get to the room to find the room in horrendous conditions. Asked Luis the manager for a refund because of the condition and also not feeling safe which to him was not a good enough reason for a refund smirked grabbed his food said refund denied & walked away. Definitely not worth the money.

Everything was adequate. Latout is very nice.,jacuzzi open until 10pm, room could use paint and maintenance. A few noticeable potholes in parking lot,,staff was very friendly.

Check in with easy with no issues. The room was clean without any unusual smells, the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows they were very soft. Microwave and a nice size fridge to put food inside with a coffee maker and an ironing board an iron. Now the stuff that needs work is kind of dated just a lot of wear and tear on the tub, if facing the Sun on either side need blackout curtains. Happy to say the jacuzzi was working when we got there and was fixed like a lot of hotels no breakfast was offered only coffee and tea and vending machines outside. Before the price you can't beat it anywhere to be close to downtown Palm Springs.

This hotel is extremely dirty. Walking from the bed to the bathroom my feet were extremely dirty. I had to wear shoes any time I got out of bed. There is a strong smell of mildew and mold. My boyfriend and I got sick with a really bad respiratory infection after staying here just one night. There is mold in the bathroom walls and ceiling.

First impressions are everything. Upon arrival two people were arguing in front of the lobby. Entering the lobby to check-in the clerk could not even bother to get out of her chair let alone smile or give a proper greeting. The room was dirty and outdated. Only stayed five hours and left. Will not recommend anyone to stay here.

I shouldn’t have had such high hopes based on the price. The pictures do not accurately reflect the rooms. The room was dirty and old and had an odd smell to it. There was a container of food left behind in the microwave upon arrival. Towels had yellow stains. The bed was an old spring mattress that was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything looked disgusting. The check in staff was friendly.

I visit once every month to visit my mother and the staff is friendly and accomodating, they do their best to provide clean rooms and it's generally the best deal in the area. It's centrally located, near shopping and in the least windy area of Palm Springs.

Felt like a truck stop motel. Filthy old and Decrepit. Needs a huge overhaul and a major facelift. Only reason I booked and stayed here was a last minute trip. I know I only paid $70 but I prob could had stayed at a Motel 6 that was better put together. Seriously someone please pay more attention to the manicuring and upkeep of this place….. Just being honest, front desk staff was genuinely nice though…

The room very smelly but the worse was that there a lot of homeless and drug addicts. We didn’t feel safe. We reported the security concerns when we checked out but the staff member in reception took zero interest. Dont stay there.

Looking on the outside the hotel looks decent. Staff was very nice and polite and even asked if we would like an upstairs or downstairs room and on either end of the property which I’ve never been asked before so that was awesome. The door to the room looks like it’s been kicked in which was sketchy to me and my husband. Semi clean but if it’s just a night it’ll do. Pool area was nice, kiddie pool, jacuzzi and pretty huge pool with lots of space and chairs!! Saw a few bugs crawling on the floor and in the shower. Refrigerator and microwave actually work!! The bed was a little lumpy but decent. Overall an okay place for the price

There was a holes in wall the hotel charged me $200 on credit card and I gave them cash for deposit. I feel like where trying to rip me off!!!! The room smelled and there was mold in the bathroom. It was disgusting. Unfortunately I had no choice I was 1am…
