The Corus Hotel is in relatively decent shape and appearance. The condition of the carpet in Room # 234 looked slightly worn. The Toilet Switch did not work properly and flushing the toilet was an issue which was reported to the hotel front desk.

Amazing staff. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Room a bit run down but clean. Amenities is at the minumum but its good that there is no wastage. Location is best. Overall, hotel adds to the amazing trip.

I visited this hotel last in 2007, and it was a great stay and clean and nice hotel, hence the reason I booked again. However completely disappointed to see how run down it is. It’s in major need of renovation and bringing in line with a simple basic hotel. Bathrooms are so old and falling apart. Only got two hand bath towels, no hand towels or anything. When I asked room keeping for refresh towels, he asked me if I have a phone in the room and to use it! The ONLY thing this hotel is good for is its close distance to KLCC park and mall. Staff at reception and concierge all nice and friendly.

We stayed in the refurbished Executive rooms and glad we paid the extra, very comfortable and nice shower room. Love the executive lounge for a relaxed stay and the service was fantastic. The hotel is in a great location to get around KL and a short walk from Avenue K which has MRT connections. The pool is a great feature at Corus with an outdoor pool which nice terrace area.

Tv made a really annoying noise when you had the volume past 8 Bath tub was not installed properly as a result when you take a shower water runs the perimeter of the tub it leaks on the floor

There was water dripping outside and kept hitting the roof of balcony. It was very noisy, so I didn't sleep well after the first night. Note that it was sunny outside while the water was dripping. I also notified hotel staff about this issue 2 times, but it was never fixed.

Great location! There’s some construction next door but they stop at about 6 so doesn’t interfere with sleep unless you sleep in late during the week. Beautiful cleanliness but the room smelled of either wet rug(but it wasn’t wet) or mold. I would stay here again but try another floor and room.

This hotel is very tired. No money spent on it in years. Reasonable value for money however as location to malls, twin towers, and metro transport is good. Rooms were in desperate need of overhaul. One problem after another. All food at breakfast luke warm. But staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. I felt sorry for them fielding complaints about a building that just needs work!! Hossain and Wanda on reception were always ready to help with a smile and a can-do attitude.

This is a good choice for a short stay in KL. The hotel shows its age already, however, everything works. In particular, I am grateful the A/C worked perfectly. The location is ideal and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The hotel is a little dated and needs a refresh. That being said, the staff are amazing, and they keep everything clean and take care of you well. The location is perfect as it’s easy walking to the twin towers, malls, metro stations and most attractions. Many restaurants close by and even has a street food market across the street.
