Good stay, nice room

Do not stay here! Bed sheets were dirty, towels were stained, no elevator to upper floor. Rooms smelled awful and were so outdated. Do not recommend this hotel. Positive feedback - very close to the airport and the front desk staff was friendly.

Lobby staff was so unprofessional and rude I have never been so mad and I travel a lot. I booked my room through Expedia and there was an error on my reservation and instead of telling me that something happened with Expedia’s end he just went ahead and wanted me to insert my credit card and charge my card. I questioned the transaction and he said expedias payment to them was declined and said you need to call Expedia with an attitude and walked away from the counter. I call Expedia and the hotel guy was standing in a doorway to the lobby playing on his phone and when he sees me he rudely shuts the door on me so I can’t see him. We got the Expedia issue figured out and I get my room key and walk into my room and immediately noticed that the bathroom sink is completely clogged up and there is a huge water damage on the bathroom ceiling that was there for quite some time and it had a bunch of BLACK MOLD. I go back to the front desk and tell the worker about the mold and sink and he grills me if I had messed up the room and if I sat on the bed. I was in the room for 30 sec I told him to come look at it but he wouldn’t so I said do you want me to take pictures then and I showed him pictures. He then gave me another room but when I get to the new room the floor in the room was so rotted and spongy, wavy, and dirty. There was paint peeling on the bathroom wall and on the ceiling. They refused to refund my stay because it was nonrefundable.

Front desk guy was not a happy person

We had a delayed flight at Pittsburgh airport, so we decided to stay somewhere close by. Our room was not well maintained or generally clean. Also, the security latch on the door was broken (like the door had been kicked in or pushed in recently) but was not repaired. We wouldn't stay here again.

The property was a little hard to locate as the GPS location when you put the address in takes you about a 1/2 mile from the actual property.

Dingy and not clean

Clean rooms, good beds but there was a constant smell of smoke in the room. Hardly any staff. Available staff was not very welcoming and also seemed distant. Free breakfast arrangement was below average.

The room had a smell, had to use rooms spray.

Great place to stay the night before flying from the airport. Though you do have to pay for the shuttle, it is a good service. They also have a park and fly service if you need to leave your car for your trip. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice for 1night stay. Parking was difficult only 2handicapped spots that a wheelchair could access.

I was looking for a clean, inexpensive hotel for an overnight stay after arriving late and not wanting to drive the 1.5 hours home. This was a great option. Clean, friendly, efficient staff. Excellent value for money.

On their website, they had that they had a shoveled to the airport that was available. Apparently, you had to pay to use their shuttle, which they probably should put in the description so that people don’t book their hotel.

Hitel looked very good on outside and in lobby. Walking to room some dead bugs on the stairs but hallway to rooms was clean. Room looked fine at first overview. My husband then went to the bathroom which at first looked redone. Until he sat down on the toilet and it moved back and forth. Then he looked up and there was a hole in the wall by the tub. When I went to lay down in bed I mistankly moved the bed and when I looked down where the bed was it was filthy with dirt and dead bugs. The tv stand was filthy around the fridge. There was a yellow stain on the comforter and a hole in the fitted sheet. Cleanliness was not top of the priority dor certain. Would not stay there again.

Poor quality of service. Staff more relaxing than visitors. Breakfast is so poor. Basically nothing to eat. Please advise hotel next time to promote their facility with no breakfast.

Budget friendly. Not fancy but decent place to sleep for a night

Front desk was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and a good value. Shuttle to airport was prompt and courteous.

Arrived for check-in and waited over 15 min. for somebody to show up at the front desk. There was no sign stating that somebody would be back soon, so we started to panic. The guy finally came back and no apology was offered at all. While trying to speak with him regarding an issue, he continued to eat oranges in front of us and was not able to speak with us due to his mouth being full. He then attempted to "mansplain" to me regarding the issue. Will not be staying here again.

The stay started off with getting shuttled to the wrong hotel, as directions were not clear. Then found black hairs in the bathroom and used condom wrapper under the bed, YUCK!

Basic accommodations but they were fine. We like that every room had a microwave and a refrigerator. Property is older so things are worn and although non smoking our room had a faint odor of smoke.

Our stay was fine, very quiet hotel. Breakfast had limited options.

Good place for young crowd. Was adequate for a comfortable stay but food options were limited and gym equipment were in need of service. Very close to airport. Does not have elevators and is not accessible for wheelchair users (if that is a need).

There were no grab bars in the shower. It was difficult to get out of a tub without grab bars.

The Quality Inn was great as a value option for lodging. The room was clean, bed and pillow good, and the breakfast was fine. There might have been a light Oder of cigs in the hallway that I was able to look past. The price is right for a decent place to stay.
