I remember from the old times how Hilton was a guarantee for quality - that’s long gone… always a hotel franchise to avoid /-(

Hotel under construction, pool closed, restaurant in a weird conference room. None of this information was provided before my stay. I quite literally booked it *for* the pool. The front desk staff said "it was on the website" and would not let me out of my reservation. Had a full free afternoon in New Orleans before flying out and wanted to sit by a pool. Who the hell goes to the website for the local Hilton to book? There's no reason this info can't be available on 3rd party booking sites, and in the Hilton app. If not, the reservation should be refundable.

Nothing really wrong with this hotel. It is located directly across from the airport, so there was not anything really within walking distance, but that is expected. I would certainly stay here again.

Ease of access to the airport.

The plumbing in our bathroom was not great. Kept backing up during shower and same with sink. Staff didn’t seem to be confident when we spoke to them about our rewards and dinning.

Another great stay at the Hilton New Orleans Airport. Service was lovely but the pool was extremely dirty still and the pool vacuum remained exactly where it was when we left for Baton Rouge to drop our daughter off for school at LSU IN 97 degree weather!!! Now the hot tub, which had been green and needed cleaning was cemented over. The pool itself was still extremely dirty and still not usable. It’s a shame because we really liked the hotel overall but may wind up staying elsewhere as a pool is essential in Louisiana during hot summer and fall months.

The day of check in everything was great the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The next morning everything was great we caught the shuttle to the airport we were told several times prior to booking and after checking in the shuttles ran every 15 minutes 24 hrs (the main reason for booking this hotel) Our flight landed about 1:50am we went straight to the pick up area sat literally an hour we called the hotel over 30 times even ask others to call for us thinking maybe our phone service were acting up due to flying but we still couldn’t get in contact with anyone. We had to pay a taxi $43 to take us back to the hotel as we pulled up there was a shuttle out front with a lot of guests waiting to get on the shuttle so we couldn’t understand why we waiting an hour at the airport no one came after being informed that the shuttle ran every 15 minutes for 24 hrs. We went to the front desk there were 3 workers at the front desk who was so rude telling us they didn’t know why would it say the shuttles ran 24 hrs and that the shuttles was up until 2am then start back at 3:15am when we asked several times how did the shuttles run no one ever said they stop running at 2am. They were so rude didn’t apologize just stared at us like we were bothering them. This was a very bad experience we chose this hotel solely because the shuttles ran 24hrs.

Very attentive staff from check in to check out. They had renovations going on but did not disturb us. Had a make shift restaurant that worked good. Very good airport hotel.

The stay was great and we will be staying again later in the week after dropping our daughter off at college. The pool was being cleaned and the hot tub absolutely needed cleaning so we couldn’t really use it but the fitness center was well-equipped. We hope that during our return later this week that the pool and hot tub will be ready for use as it is obviously very hot in Louisiana in August.

It was very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

Everything was fine

There was construction in the hallway outside of our room. The TV didn’t work and the front desk wouldn’t answer my call. I tried several times and when they did finally answer I asked for a 3:30am wake up call they never called.

Wrong room assigned at check-in, after a long day of travel; it was very unpleasant to have to go back down to recheck. Room was ok, but not super clean feeling all around.

Amenities were light on.

The people have been really great, the beds were very hard. But what I didn’t like is all night. I heard the trains in the planes. Also on their website they show a breakfast Bar that came with the room, but when I got here, they didn’t have that.

No room facilities at all not even bottle water.
