Very friendly staff. Excellent service.

The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. The buffet breakfast offered lots of options.

Beautiful Hotel and great breakfast buffet. Only 2 complaints—beds are too hard and the temperature in the hotel was too warm. We turned the heat off and it still was too warm—we slept with our heat completely off and the patio door open in order to be comfortable and not sweat.
Great location and 6 minute walk to monorail station.

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay and the ease of moving to Disneyland which the hotel offers. Service staff are excellent and this hotel suitable for both families, couples and a group of friends.
F&B quality was also good and we ate at both the Int’l rest as well as the Japanese rest.
Overall experience was great and the hotel is also not overly priced for both rooms & F&B.
We booked two rooms and are very happy with our stay, thank you.

It was a very quick one night stay so that we could easily get to Tokyo Disney Sea.
The room was fine for this purpose however it would not have been comfortable for an extended stay since the room is pretty small for a family of 4. There wasn’t enough room for all the luggage and the bathroom is very tight. The room was clean and updated I believe so that was nice. The staff were very helpful in storing our luggage while we went to Disney and helping us to get transportation to our next hotel after. I would stay here again if going to Disney, but would not have 4 people share one room.

Great location with transportation to the parks. Exceptional service.

Beautiful hotel. Check in and out was quick and easy. Recommend checking in before you return from Disney as it is busy in the evenings.
Hotel staff have difficulty with English BUT are so great to communicate with by using a translator so we can understand each other.
Great location for Disney whichever park you choose. Can walk from the monorail station or by resort shuttle from the monorail.
The room is spacious too and everything is so clean.

Loved it here! Room is spacious and amenities were complete. Loved the tub! Beautiful view of the bay! We didn’t mind that it wasn’t super modern or updated. The bed is not comfortable, but it was great value for being so close to Disneyland and for the price. Walking distance to the monorail! Everyone is nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet, easy access to Disney,

Hotel felt very grand yet modern. Sushi restaurant at the lobby floor serves tasty Japanese cuisine. They have regular shuttle buses to the Tokyo Disney Line and also Maihama station. If you stay on the 11/12tj floors, the Nikko lounge is highly recommended with tasty snacks and great beverages. Hotel room was clean and spacious.

This hotel is fine. Convenient to Disney. Nothing wrong with it. Just basic rooms and a little tired in real life compared to photos. Would choose the Hilton over this hotel for English speaking guests.

We booked for our Tokyo Disney trip. On our last night we wanted to forward some baggage to our Shinjuku, we were informed that they can only assist with luggage delivery between 7 am and 1 pm. This was kind of insane as 7 am is already quite late to be out of the hotel if you are going to Disney as queus start much earlier and the hotel isnt that near to either park entries and there is no way you will be back from the parks before 1 pm. Been to much simpler hotels where reception staff could assist with luggage delivery at any time. It was 6 pm and they said no staff could assist even though they were clearly just standing around as the hotel was empty. Disappointing.

We booked the room with the view of the bay, it was perfect! being able to wind down in the bathtub after a long day of travel or walking around the parks was 10/10. Highly recommend. NOTE: you will need to take a bus to the monorail station, and that station stops at the parks. The bus to the monorail stops right at the hotel which is extremely convenient. We stayed here for the first two nights of our Japan trip and loved it. The breakfast buffet was also very well maintained, had a lot of variety and was delicious. We ate at the hotel one morning and at the park the other. The food at the parks is probably better than any other Disney park we have been to. Overall we are glad we chose the Grand Nikko for the first part of our Honeymoon trip.

Great location for Disney. Poor food choice and you have to pay a fee to access the pool

The view inside the hotel, and the customer service. Unmatched!

The free shuttle to Disneyland was a plus. The small store at main lobby with grocery and drinks was also a plus. Beautiful and quiet. Easy check in and out. I will stay here again next time I Am in this area. Easy JR subway system after we learned how to use it.

Excellent service! Staff are very nice and helpful. Food options were extensive at the breakfast buffet. Bus shuttles are frequent. Our request for baby cot was granted. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend this hotel. There is a shuttle that goes to the train station, Ikspiari shopping and dining, and of course Disney Tokyo and Disney Sea. We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were cleaned every day by friendly staff. I also recommend the breakfast buffet. We will stay here again.

This is our 3rd time back at Grand Nikko and its been so amazing. The Staff, rooms, restaurants, stores and the convenience to the Disney parks and the mall is just awesome. This is our go to hotel when we go to Japan. Love it!

We had an incredible 4-night stay at the Grand Nikko Hotel in Tokyo! The hotel was perfect for our family of four. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay.
The amenities were top-notch, with multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a fitness center, and even a relaxing spa. We especially loved the stunning views of the city from the hotel's higher floors, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of both Japanese and Western dishes.
One of the highlights for us was how close the hotel is to Tokyo DisneySea—it made our daily trips so convenient! We were able to reach the park in no time, which was a huge plus.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Grand Nikko Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in Tokyo.

Amazing staff, super friendly n clean.

Perfect two night stay. The triple room was big by Japanese standards and has three comfy single beds. Lovely bath tub with provisions of bath salts and amenities such as hairband for a good soak after a full day at Disney.
Check-in was smooth and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. There’s a konbini onsite for night snacks like onigiri, instant ramen and drinks; plus a good selection of souvenirs like Tokyo Banana. There is also two Disney merchandise stores.
If you are coming from Maihama, there’s a shuttle from the station. To the parks, there is a short shuttle to Bayside station and you can buy a pass on the Disney Resort rail.

Hotel staff was excellent. Room was family friendly. Dining was very good. We stayed here for a trip to Disney Sea and it worked well - the hotel is visible from the monorail and is like a three minute walk (last minute a bit steep uphill if you walk to the lobby) from the Bayside monorail station on the Disney Resort Line. It has a nice convenience store in the hotel lobby for quick and easy snacks, drinks and treats. We were happy here.

Lack of communication at front desk. Being asked same thing a morning after at the desk. Should have leave Memo or something

My stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama was delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the location was convenient. The train to Disneyland and Sea World was apx. 4 mins away. Key thing to note the hotel shuttle bus takes you to the Maihama Station where there's a Shopping Center, theatre and great places to eat. For people looking for little bit of US cuisine there's a Red Lobster and Outback at that location. I will definitely stay at this resort whenever I visit.

Really nice place to stay with kids and staff was very polite

It was a little difficult to call prior to booking. Really enjoyed the stay, but if you asked if they spoke English (or could be transferred to someone who did) they would tell you to just email :(
One of the calls I made I was able to talk to someone who knew some English, but other than that it was trying to use the little Japanese I knew from high school to communicate with them.

The location is wonderful in terms of being close to the park, but if you need to run out to a convenience store, you can't walk to one.

If uve been to cali disney, then you know the difference between the disney resort and say the marriot in terms of things around, which was our main gripe with the Nikko Bay Maihama.
4.0
It was a pretty comfortable stay, close to the Disney parks. The beds and room size are good. Dinner is good, but breakfast buffet not worth the money, looks like a lot of choices, but the food quality is not that good.
