It was an ok stay. Too many bumps and noises in the night. The one thing that really pissed me of is that I wasn't given a breakfast ticket! I spent a lot of money on this room and they couldn't float me a ticket for a buffet breakfast where no one was even eating. It was basic food just getting cold!! Some scrambled eggs and toast would have cost you nearly nothing! When people talk about companies gouging their customers, this is what there talking about! I got a lovely breakfast in the past from a hotel down the street, so I'll be going back there next time. And that place is cheaper and just as nice. A foolish move on your part!!

It was ok. The front desk was hard to get ahold of. I had to call multiple times to get help. We were a family of four, but only received three towels daily. Little inconveniences that were annoying overall.

When we arrived the staff was incredibly distracted and rude. They checked us in while talking with another customer. As they made our key they slapped it on the counter and gave us no instructions or told us where our room was. They honestly didn’t even barely look at us. Since we were standing there, he finally took a break from their discussion to say “you’re good” and signaled to the keys. When we arrived to our room to find that they didn’t put us in a King bed room, as we had booked, we went back to the front to ask for our originally booked room. The same gentleman who “checked us in” scolded us for 1. Not bringing our bags up if we didn’t want the room and 2. Told us that we booked through a third party (hotels.com) instead directly through Hilton implying that we wouldn’t get the room we booked. After pressing him a bit to give us our booked style room he gave us pretty disgusting room where the bathtub was peeling and falling apart, the knows were rusting and the carpet was very stained.
The area was decent and convenient. But that’s all the positive things I can say about this place.

The bathroom door handle broke off while I was in the bathroom. I did not have my phone on my as it was charging. Absolutely horrible experience.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hotel, and while the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the room experience left much to be desired. The lobby was clean and well-maintained, giving a great first impression, but unfortunately, the room did not match that standard. The bathroom was outdated and not properly cleaned, with a bathtub that didn’t drain. Maintenance tried to fix the issue by pouring drain fluid, but the problem persisted throughout my stay. Overall, the cleanliness and outdated condition of the room were disappointing, but the excellent customer service deserves recognition.

This was possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I traveled with my husband and our two small children under 6. We chose the hotel in part because it had a pool for our kids, but the pool was closed (we were not informed in advance). We were put on a hall with a dog that was left in its room for hours, barking and barking incessantly. After reporting it several times with no action (the front desk basically told us it was our fault since we chose a pet friendly hotel), the hotel finally moved us to another room at 9 PM way past our kids' bedtime. Then the next day we discovered that in our second room, the shower was broken. It wouldn't stop running and the tub was filling up but again it took several calls to the front desk for someone to come. Then they moved us YET AGAIN to a third room. Most egregiously, in the middle of the night (12:30 AM) I was woken up to loud voices right outside the door AND THEN AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAD KEY ACCESS TO THE ROOM ACTUALLY OPENED THE DOOR AND ENTERED MY ROOM. I called out "there are people in here" and the person said "oh no" and a second voice said "you didn't know people were in there?" This is extremely terrifying and upsetting and I didn't sleep the rest of the night. The next morning when I complained to the front desk they said they would approve a refund with Expedia but then they actually only approved a refund for one night not both nights.

Excellent stay but some parts of the building needs modernising. Rooms are clean and room service was good but needed coffee and tea top ups frequently as not much was provided. Not an attractive view from window and air conditioning machine kept making sounds when switching on and off automatically.

The only issue we had was when we request for towels. We had to asked serval times. In the beginning the staff was friendly but near the end the staff was a little rude. The rooms were nice and clean with the exception of a few ants in one the rooms.

We stayed at this property on a Saturday night with our 8 month old. I did the digital app check in but still had to go to the front desk, which was fine. When we checked in the room initially was on the third floor but the front desk staff moved us to a room on the second floor. Multiple things were falling apart: the pullout mirror in the bathroom was coming off the wall, the bathroom door hinges would make large clicking sounds opening the door, the shower floor looked dirty, and the shower door handle was coming off. I wouldn’t write a review over these things but the frustrating part is the room we were given was very close to the ballroom so we heard loud music, bass and a DJ for hours at night. This continually woke up our baby and we couldn’t fall asleep either until the event was over, which was around 11. Why we would be put in a room with this proximity to the ballroom when checking in with a baby and knowing an event going on is beyond me. Not a good stay.

Terrible customer service. I did check in around 4:00 pm. Room was extremely hot. turned up AC. seems like it Was not working properly. waited few hours as we had a evening event. came back around 10:30. still it was hot. i went to customer service & complained about AC. The guy (Abil) at customer service told me he will send someone to fix it. I went back to room again around 12:00 AM. (MY wife was sleeping). I went again to customer service desk (This time different team) and told them what's going on with AC. She offer me to change the room. I agreed, however My wife was so and as she has to wake up middle of night. (It was wedding event from last 3 days at home). we had to moved all our stuff to new room at midnight (12:30 am). It was exhausted. Next day i called like 10 times to housekeeping no one answer. I had to go downstairs again for Bath towel and shower gel (it was none in the room). day after we went to the Venue for wedding from 7 am to 4;30 pm. No housekeeping was done at the room. Called multiple times, no answered. Had no time to go down. fall a sleep for an hour, and housekeeping knock the door, can you imagine how mad i was waking up in 30 min. sleep. we had to go out for reception so i told them come back later as we all 4 has to get ready. after getting ready for reception and went to front desk asked for Housekeeping and guess what Housekeeping gone for the day. we left for Reception and pick up some bath towel at midnight. It was terrible experience.

I was given room #230. The room smelled like 50 wet dogs were prancing around in my room before i arrived. STINKY, SMELLY, ODOROUS, FUNKY room. Ernesto, The Elderly blonde lady who was training him standing next to him, The Younger front desk guy Rahim...all gave me blank stares and stated there was nothing they can do and my room was given away! My worst stay ever, i used to enjoy DoubleTree Hotels, but after this, I will probably not be doing so. Thank you so much Ernesto and Rahim!

The hotel was fine, but in the morning we woke up to find ants in the sink and counter. We left all our snacks over the night on the counter to find ants in them.Nooo not the snacks, First time in my life that has happened and that's is we have traveled quite a bit.
