I always stay at this hotel whenever I am in the area for work and I love it. The staff are amazing, the hotel is always clean and the bed is very comfortable - I have stayed in other hotels in the area and they do not even compare.

Parking lot was unsafe on the side of building due to lighting also a sign that inform you of parking at own risk. The 7th floor bathroom was outdated and small. The ceiling looked as if they painted over a leak instead of replacing the drywall. Breakfast was okay, certain food was cold on the hot bar buffet. Omelets was the only thing good. Rooms were very clean with a fresh smell as you entered the room.

The experience was AMAZING!! The room was clean and BIG! The breakfast has many varieties from hot (made to order) to cold..I only stay 1 day but I walked around before leaving and got to see the indoor pool area was nice..they also have a restaurant and a gift shop..took some nice pictures because the place was stunning and beautiful..overall I enjoyed my time..and definitely will come back.

Overall very good except the check in. Shasha needs re-trained. Very slow, rude & arrogant. Had 3 reservations & she could not get them straight. Checked me in the wrong room. After I caught her mistake she had to start over after 10 minutes. Charged my charge card 3 time for incidentals for 1 room? In the middle of this an other customer came up to the dest & was upset.Told Shasha the keys she just gave him didn't work & he couldn't get into his room. Was a mess until another employee made corrections. After dealing with Shasha everything was beautiful.

The lobby is very pretty, but the rooms are such a bubble buster. Teeny, tiny bathrooms, rust, a freezer that our items got stuck in and couldn't remove at checkout, disappointing television service. You can't even connect an HDMI to watch your own stuff from your laptop. They close off the lounge and pool after a certain time, so if you need to take a break from your room after that's closed, or you're a night owl, this isn't the place for you. We needed extra bedding for our baby to sleep on the floor in our room. They said they didn't have any, so we went out and bought a crib mattress from Target instead. It looks like a luxury hotel, but it's a shallow experience. Once you get in, you realize it's not very deep. The staff is very friendly. We didn't get to experience the breakfast because it was so crowded every morning. The couch was too firm, the carpet felt dirty.

What a wonderful location and beautiful hotel! Cranes Roost park is located just a few yards from the hotel. There is a wonderful trail around the park. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the Jacuzzi. The room was spacious. What will I improve? The showers don't have much pressure and will get more comfortable pillows.

We love the way Embassy Suites keeps the interior open and makes you feel like you are at a resort. This is our second stay, the first was in Denver, and it was excellent. The staff are attentive, the quiet time is appreciated and although there were a few hundred kids at some sporting event we were not bothered by them. If we are not staying at a real resort, we book Embassy Suites.

I was supposed to have a room with a double bed for my family of five , However I got a single bed and couch bed that had no sheets on it. I had to walk and get sheets from the front desk just to have to put it in myself at 1 in the morning. Not only that at the breakfast lounge they were not bringing out any food . We had no Wi-Fi as well.
