This place is in the middle of a remodeling and it is in a very bad condition. Expedia should warn about the status of this Hotel
3.7
It was ok. I was not picky since my house had no electricity because of hurricane. They are in the process of remodeling the building. Was concerned about the hotel because no sign and people sitting around outside the building. The shower has no place to put the soap and etc.

Nice property with welcoming staff
3.7
Under construction! It’s gonna be beautiful though!!
3.7
To far from elevator and was a lot of powder
3.7
Hotel was under construction inside, but was still a clean and comfortable stay! Will be super nice when the remodel is complete!
3.7
The hotel is undergoing a major renovation, the pool is not usable and the bathroom lighting is horrible. The location is good, plenty of restaurant's and local amenities. The staff is really professional and courteous, that’s a plus! I’ll have to check it out again, after the renovations. Thank you.

I reserved thinking it was the other Holiday hotel close by, This was not convenient for me due to it being under construction. I would like to get credit for my payment since I fidnt check in due to the condition of ghe place

It’s nice but currently being remodeled

City of Port Arthur Tx had a busted water pipe so the hotel had no water on check in. Water was on later that night but had no hot water the next morning for check out. I think a room comp would be nice for my next stay.

Just a great night rest

Front desk clerk was very nice and checked us in superfast!

The property was under construction, but our room was perfect. No complaints here except for one thing. We didn’t have a microwave in our room so we had to go down in the dining area to use a microwave, but with the help of a nice staff lady that helped us. We appreciated it.

Very clean, newly remodeled rooms. New updated furniture. Very different from the last time we stayed here. I was impressed!
3.7
Very nice staff
3.7
Great stay over all, love that they have a full bar in the lobby

I just didn’t like the fact that at 9am someone entered my room while I was sleeping and it was a male then said housekeeping after entering my room I was very uncomfortable with that situation
3.7
Property was dirty. Looks like it’s in the middle of renovation. It smell like paint which gave us headaches. The carpet in the hall way smell like piss. Staffs were nice though.
3.7
Staff is friendly Rooms are newly remodeled and clean. On premise security walking and looking after your personal safety and stay, Couldn't ask for much more.
My vehicle was in the parking lot the next morning and nothing missing or taken.. Good location definitely recommend..
3.7
property in bas shape, room was clean, staff was making noise since very early in the morning
3.7
First off the fire alarm that had in the room is a fire alarm for a single family home. Not for a 4 store business. The alarm went off. I tried call the front desk 5 times to get someone to find out if there was problem. I turned it off myself. The elevator was not clean, front desk not clean, and there was issues with the plugs and AC in the room.
3.7
It was pleasant but the hotel is under renovation so it could be noisy at times.
3.7
Always enjoy my stay at your facility.
3.7
Horrible!!! Dirty rooms and dead mosquitoes and crickets all over the room.
3.7
Everything thank you

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
I will continue to stay at holiday home as long as they are open!

The hotel was great
3.7
There are bums on the property at any given time, even can be seen getting a free breakfast. Halls often smell of weed, not a big deal for me but would be for normal families. The phone, hair dryer did not work. Construction going on and does not bode well for night shift workers.
3.7
The staff are amazing! Hotel itself is generic and basic but clean.
3.7
No clerk came to check us in which pushed us to book elsewhere. The entire hotel was not as advertised. I’m from the area and my fiancé booked the hotel unbeknownst of the hotel itself. They haven’t done anything with this hotel since before Katrina . That should let you know everything . Expedia tried to give us the runaround AFTER we paid for insurance just in case the hotel didn’t look like it’s advertised pictures.
3.7
Clean and comfortable. Hwy noise was a little loud
3.7
Elevators are constantly out of order, no water in the morning do to remodeling.
3.7
Staff was very friendly
3.7
It was horrible because none of the staff could seem to get it together about the pet deposit. so not only did I end up paying over $300 just for the pet deposit, but they called Anthony called police on me twice to have me thrown out I’ve the pet deposit. Crazy thing about the whole thing it was all the front desk employees faults for not knowing their job. Also the guy Anthony lied trying to blame his other coworkers for calling the police and they didn’t even work that day. Worst 10 day experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Very unprofessional and to be honest I started to feel like I was being harassed by Anthony towards the end. I didn’t like leaving the room until I knew his shift was over. If the front desk workers well maybe not Tim and the other front desk guy that works there they were actually really awesome however Anthony and the Hispanic lady need to be fired
3.7
The hotel smelled terrible, like old sea water & the elevator seemed like it would give out at anytime, I felt safer using the stairs, except in the middle of the night. The staff was very nice.
3.7
This is the only place that we stay…I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE.. EVEN IF WE DRIVE TO OTHER CITIES…WE WILL LITERALLY STAY THERE AND DRIVE TO WHEREVER
3.7
The property is convenient location for job sites in port Arthur. The room I had last time was clean, quiet and cold.
My room this time was dirty on all surfaces desk, night and tv stand all looked as if they were definitely missed in last and possibly more turn arounds. Sticky smeared ...??...gross
Room smelled musty and a.c. wasnt cooling properly.😔

I did not stay. When i came to the hotel it is extremely old and it smells terrible. I tried contacting Hotels.com to request a refund and no one pi ked up the phone. I was so disappointed i didn't take my clothes out the car and i left and slept at my niece house. The pictures online are deceiving.
