Love this hotel! I have stayed many times here and never had a bad experience.
Excellent service and very comfortable!
4.3
Everything was great except the ac wasn’t cooling very well and the hot water was not very hot.

We lived location and the hotel was nice. Only complaint is almost all outlets were so loose charging cell was hard. Our mattress needs replacing as it’s got the ole hump in middle.
4.3
Front desk was amazing!!
4.3
Great place within easy walking to La Villita and the Riverwalk.

under construction in front of road

Great experience! Thanks.

The stay was great except for the extremely loud music outside. We were offered an upgrade but I wanted river view. We were told there was a small band that played until midnight but it was very loud, even on the 16th floor and on Saturday did not stop until 1am
4.3
We had a good stay, the hotel was top of the line and the staff was very nice and helpful.
4.3
Other than confusing construction at the lobby entrance, every thing was great!
4.3
Excellent service and always so professional with guests
4.3
The property was beautiful, everything was in walking distance. The only thing that stuck was parking, no where to park waited over 30 mins for valet all to get charge $55 a night
4.3
We had the best time and beds and pillows so comfy!
4.3
I really recommend the hotel, the beds are very very comfortable, I loved them.
4.3
I loved that it was next to the riverwalk and everything else was walking distance

CONSTRUCTION!!!!!! Had I know there was so much construction I would have reserved at a different hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Your site did not give ANY indication of the amount of construction going on in front of hotel. We were forced to valet and charged for it.
4.3
Beautiful property with great location. Great breakfast options and the rooms were very clean. Please fix valet service. We spent most of our time waiting to drop off our car or waiting to pick it up. Valet experience was surreal.
4.3
Had a excellent time room was nice and clean hotel staff where great and polite. We will book again in the future.

Loved it

Nice hotel - lots of construction around hotel , but very accommodating - good location!

The worst experience I had staying at the Hilton. Construction next door woke me up 7am every morning. Phone didn’t work. Alarm clock didn’t work. No phone charger. Cockroaches in the room. The management didn’t care what I had to say.

This hotel has always been one of my favorite places to stay…, and this visit did not disappoint. Beautiful and unique hotel updated and wonderfully maintained.
I love to sit on the balcony overlooking the riverwalk and watch all of the activity below. It’s a beautiful setting.
So many fantastic eating options both inside the hotel and a short walk along the river.
Tower of the Americas and Alamo Plaza are within walking distance which is good since the construction around the hotel right now combined with San Antonio traffic is awful (I recommend Uber for all vehicular excursions).
The only drawback to this hotel is that the lower floors are quite noisy often until the wee hours. The combination of the traffic on nearby streets (apparently finding the loudest car or motorcycle and driving it up and down the streets with the music turned up all the way is a “thing”) along with the hustle and bustle of the riverwalk and the noise from the Irish Pub downstairs makes the lower floors noisy.
I highly recommend this hotel. Lower floors if you want to have fun (or if you happen to be deaf) and upper floors if you want things quieter.

Hotel was clean, everyone so friendly.
4.3
Beautiful property, hotel and valet service was very helpful and kind. Rooms are spacious and clean

Horribly loud street racing and noise overnight. Downstairs the bar and restaurant had a moldy smell. One drink and I was done. I stayed here years ago but would not recommend.
4.3
no free parking

Hotel was clean and staff friendly

I love that it is right on the river walk.

We came for the River Walk but it was a beautiful hotel. We really had a great time. Our 40th anniversary. We had our honeymoon there. Loved it and it was wonderful as always!!
4.3
We waited 20 minutes just to give our car to valet. The lobby was ridiculously loud I couldn't hear what the front desk attendant was saying. The room was ok. Our comforter was dirt and I have no clue what was going on with the tub in the restroom. It was like there was water accumulate between the tub and its coating. It felt like you were standing on a water bed! There were signs of mold in the shower. Over all not the greatest experience for what we paid. I would not stay here again.
4.3
The hotel is great and very clean. The issue is that there is construction right across the street and the noise started really early in the morning. And we weren’t even warned when we checked in.
4.3
They charged an expensive daily parking rate for parking and they had a massive construction project across the street. We had to wait over :40 just to valet our car. The hotel would not allow us to use our Hilton honor points because they claimed we went through Expedia. Not a good experience with this Hotel.

Great hotel
4.3
Major construction across the street and S. Alamo road needed to get there was shut down but not the fault of the hotel. Valet parking only and was steep prices. Was a once in a life time trip so it will make a great memory of our 43 rd anniversary
4.3
Everyone was very nice and respectful. They had the best customer service i've ever experienced.
4.3
Always a great stay
4.3
It was nice
4.3
The hotel is in a great location and was nice. Parking is the only issue. Just park in the garage on Market and walk a block to the hotel. Worth it for a balcony overlooking the riverwalk!
