With the ridiculous amount of money they charge for a room overnight, they obviously put no money into this hotel. Let’s start with the $15 charge to park overnight. Followed by the fact, you have to walk through a cloud of smoke, because people are out in front of the hotel smoking weed. There is no room service, they used to be a fountain, but that doesn’t even work anymore. Restaurant is not open, but you can buy food, if you can find a bartender because I waited 12 minutes and no one showed up to the bar. The rooms are old, the bathtub was cracked and rusted, and the spout you could not get to work to switch to shower mode because it was so corroded and rusted solid. This place has turned into a complete dump, and I will not be going back here again, nor will I recommend it to anyone I do business with.

It was good. I was there for a high school reunion. My room wasn't ready until after 6 pm. Fortunately i was traveling solo so it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

The hotel looks like it was designed by someone that designs prisons. It’s tired and needs a refresh. Melissa at front desk was not warm or enthusiastic about being there either
3.7
They need to Have a lifeguard on premises. They should open the hot tub again
3.7
The room was dirty, gum on the walls, other sticky substances and coloring from prior visitors. Night stand had paint splatters on it, carpet was coming up. Bathroom was dirty, tiles falling from tub and tub had a hole in it. Dissatisfied to say the least. For what we paid I expected better. Will never stay there again
3.7
Comfortable, clean room. Relatively quiet. Breakfast was provided and there were a lot of choices.
This property charges for parking. This was unexpected and did not seem necessary. It's not an area where parking is limited.
3.7
-Did not like the fact that we had to pay to park our cars based on amount of days we stay there.
-I also did not like how the hotel offers free breakfast, yet there were nowhere to seat. And Ice machine wasn’t working.

Although it is a little older than when I stayed there 27 years ago, it was a very good stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially the made-to-order egg dishes. I had egg dishes made for me 27 years ago, but this time they were especially delicious. Thank you very much.

Staff was ver helpful hotel was comfortable and beautiful relaxing stay
3.7
This place needs a major upgrade
3.7
It’s good and quite place
3.7
There were unexpected other experiences
3.7
A/C was not working properly but besides that everything okay.

By having later breakfast on weekends, Saturday it was so crowded, there was no place to sit, and many items ran out. Sunday, we had to depart early morning as do most vacation travelers. By, delaying breakfast, the hotel may save money. But, the increased expense for travelers has a net impact on the cost of travel, and creates a negative outlook on future bookings when breakfast included is not actually provided to a large number of guests.

Breakfast was great

The guest made this hotel experience the worst. From the moment we checked in, we were met with rude and unruly guest that booked up the hotel and occupied every space of the hotel and refused to share a space with other guest.Staff who seemed like they could not do much about the guest and their inconsiderate behavior. The amenities advertised on the website were o way what was advertised online - the pool area is outdated and looks cosmetically dirty.when we brought these issues to the attention of the front desk- we were not assisted and it felt like we were dismissed and disregarded.
To make matters worse, the other guests were loud and inconsiderate, partying late into the night and making it impossible to get any rest. The walls were so thin that we could hear every word of their conversations, adding to the overall discomfort of our stay.
Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look into the events taking place that particular booking. It was a complete waste of money and ruined what should have been a relaxing trip.

Broken ac, no digital key, food delivery has to be picked up at front desk
3.7
I recommend this hotel
3.7
Old, durty and you pay for parking
3.7
The property needs updating.
3.7
Rooms were clean except bathroom showers need deep clean on grout. The staff pleasant, helpful and polite.
3.7
Pool was dirty. Unable to see bottom of pool or the kids in the water picture to prove statements Staff was rude disrespectful morning breakfast area was horrible due to the staff pulling chairs away from tables where kids were waiting for their parents to return with food rooms had ripped sofa and dirty bathroom
3.7
asked to pay for parking and if one do not pay they find a way to take the money from your bank account
3.7
The property was beautiful with lots of plants and a fountain. The rooms were clean but a little outdated. Old wallpaper and carpet.
3.7
Hotel was dirty and you only had 1 hour a day at the pool. Needs a complete facelift!
Air conditioning was very sub par
3.7
The property was nice, although the rooms needed some work. The elevators weren't all working, the halls in the facility itself had zero AC, and the carpets in the rooms were stained with red juice type of stains, bedroom wall looked like there may have been blood on it or some dark substance and the bathroom door was falling off the hinge. Other than that, the staff was good and the breakfast chef was amazing.
3.7
There was a very large party staying at the hotel. They has children playing in the halls until after 1 in the morning. The kids left popcorn and candy all over the carpets and toys in the hall. While not the hotels fault, they should have asked the party to quiet their children and clean up the mess the children made in the hallways. Normally a very nice place to stay.
3.7
Very nice!

Rooms were clean, the property was beautiful. Enjoyed the get-together at 5 PM. My only suggestions:
1. Include the parking fee in the booking itself, even if it has to be a separate line item listing.
2. Be specific what beverages are included in the social hour as I asked for something on tap that WASN'T Bud or Bud Light (No thanks).
3.7
This hotel was convenient to the event we were in town for, the buffet breakfast was very good. The suites could use some updating, it was ridiculous to have to PAY $15 per night per vehicle to PARK & paying $17.95 for WiFi was also ridiculous! When you pay to stay at a hotel these amenities should definitely be included. It was very inconvenient as well, and we paid for parking on our phone then also got charged on our incidental account & had to go to the front desk to have it fixed. We travel A LOT, this was a very frustrating trip. Do better Hilton!!
3.7
Hotel is old. Everything in rooms is dingy. The sheets were more gray than white. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling off, old worn out tub, the list goes on. On top of all that charging for parking in suburbs is absurd.
3.7
The furniture was dated and worn, the tub/shower was not clean, the ice machine was disgusting, the corridor carpets were dirty (food, etc). The restaurant was not open (only the bar). They charged for parking!
3.7
Hotel desperately needs to be updated. The A/C wasn't working on a 95 degree day. Food at the bar was terrible though the bartender was great! If you can, stay somewhere else. Hilton, you can do better than this.
3.7
Overall a good stay, but the air conditioning needs work. So does the elevator.
3.7
I have never stayed at the embassy suites like this. It's old and outdated. The lady who cooks the breakfast is rude. Pool is closed . You have to pay $15 per night for parking along with an additional $100 per night for deposit I've never had to pay for parking and never been charged for early check in or more than $50 for incidentals . I've been to many embassy suites and this one is by far the worst one.
3.7
Standard Embassy Suites room but furniture was clearly quite old icludihg torn sofa cushions.
3.7
You don’t really want my opinion I gave it to your staff
3.7
Beautiful interior. Very clean. Rooms need a remodel but still in good condition.
3.7
Worst hotel I ever stayed in.
3.7
Best service at counter, dingy room, no remote and was never given one, wet carpet floor
